ABSTRACT[Innovation of microbial fuel cell stack system using cow rumen waste substrate and its implementation as a learning media]. The aims of this study are to: 1) describe the difference of Electric Motion (GGL), 2) describe the difference of electric power per unit area of the anode (Pa) which is produced between the series design MFC type series, parallel, mixed type 1 and mixed type 2, and 3) describe the significant difference of learning outcomes between the PBL learning model using MFC media with PBL learning model by using the electrical kit medium on dynamic electrical concept in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu. The free variable of this research are MFC stack system design (series, parallel, mixed types 1 and 2) and the dependent variable is GGL and electric power per unit of anode surface area. The results are obtained difference GGL and Pa between series design, parallel, mixed types 1 and 2 by comparison are 3: 1: 1,5: 2 whereas Pa ratio is 1: 10: 6: 2 with maximum GGL is obtained in series design of 3,29 V and Pa maximum in parallel circuit 21,76 mW / m2. Implementation of MFC series as a learning media used Problem Based Learning model on physics learning Implementation of MFC circuit with research design using one group pretest-posttest design. The testing of hypothesis with t-test shows tcount 2.739> ttable 2,001 and 95% significant level so it can be concluded there are significant differences in learning outcomes of PBL learning model by using MFC media with PBL learning model by using media Electric Kit on dynamic electrical concept in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu. Keywords: Stack Microbial Fuel Cell (MFC) Sistem; Rumen Cow Liquid Waste; Learning Media.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade IX SMP Muhammadiyah Padang LuasKecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study aims to improve learning outcomes in mathematicslearning through STAD type cooperative learning with the RME approach in class IX SMP MuhammadiyahPadang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. The subjects of this study were all classes IX in SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar totaling 26 people. The form ofresearch is classroom action research. This research instrument consists of performance instruments and datacollection instruments in the form of teacher activity observation sheets and activities. The results of the studystated that there were significant differences between students' mathematics learning outcomes before applyingthe STAD type cooperative learning model with the RME approach with after applying the STAD typecooperative learning model with the RME approach. The difference shows student learning outcomes after theaction is better than before the action with completeness reaching 80.77% or 21 completed. Based on the resultsof the study and discussion it can be concluded that the application of STAD type learning model with RealisticMathematic Education (RME) approach can improve the learning outcomes of grade IX students of SMPMuhammadiyah Padang Luas Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar on statistical material.

ABSTRACT The ability of Pelobacter carbinolicus to oxidize electron donors with electron transfer to the anodes of microbial fuel cells was evaluated because microorganisms closely related to Pelobacter species are generally abundant on the anodes of microbial fuel cells harvesting electricity from aquatic sediments. P. carbinolicus could not produce current in a microbial fuel cell with electron donors which support Fe(III) oxide reduction by this organism. Current was produced using a coculture of P. carbinolicus and Geobacter sulfurreducens with ethanol as the fuel. Ethanol consumption was associated with the transitory accumulation of acetate and hydrogen. G. sulfurreducens alone could not metabolize ethanol, suggesting that P. carbinolicus grew in the fuel cell by converting ethanol to hydrogen and acetate, which G. sulfurreducens oxidized with electron transfer to the anode. Up to 83% of the electrons available in ethanol were recovered as electricity and in the metabolic intermediate acetate. Hydrogen consumption by G. sulfurreducens was important for ethanol metabolism by P. carbinolicus. Confocal microscopy and analysis of 16S rRNA genes revealed that half of the cells growing on the anode surface were P. carbinolicus, but there was a nearly equal number of planktonic cells of P. carbinolicus. In contrast, G. sulfurreducens was primarily attached to the anode. P. carbinolicus represents the first Fe(III) oxide-reducing microorganism found to be unable to produce current in a microbial fuel cell, providing the first suggestion that the mechanisms for extracellular electron transfer to Fe(III) oxides and fuel cell anodes may be different.

This research is experimental research on students class XI of MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. This research takes the title of "The Influence of the Application of the Cooperative Learning Model Type Course Review Horay (CRH) Against the Liveliness of learning and the Results of the Economic Study (study on the Grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto)". The purpose of this research is to know the difference in learning outcomes and learning activity between the learning model Course Review Horay (CRH) with conventional learning model, to know the influence of learning model Course Review Horay (CRH) against the learning outcomes and learning activity, as well as to know the influence of the liveliness of the learning results of learning. The population of this research is the grade XI MIPA in SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The number of samples taken in this study is 72 i.e. 2 Class XI of MIPA which each class amounted to 36 students. Purposive Sampling Method used in the determination of the sample. Based on the results of the research and the anallisis data indicate that (1) there is a significant difference between the model of learning learning activeness cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) and conventional learning model on economics. (2) there are significant differences between the learning outcomes learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) and conventional learning model on economi. (3) there is a positive influence learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) against the liveliness of the study on economic. (4) there is a positive influence learning model cooperative Course Review Horay (CRH) against the results of the study on economic. (5) there is no positive influence between the liveliness of student learning against the results of the study on economic. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen pada siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap Keaktifan Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Ekonomi (Studi pada Siswa Kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto)”.        Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Jumlah sample yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 72 yaitu 2 kelas XI MIPA yang masing-masing kelas berjumlah 36 siswa. Purposive Sampling Method digunakan dalam penentuan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan anallisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan keaktifan belajar antara model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH) dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (2) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  terhadap keaktifan belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif model pembelajaran kooperatif Course Review Horay (CRH)  terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif antara keaktifan belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.

The study aims at examming 1) the difference of cognitive leraning outcomes between students  who were taught by using cooperative learning model of Make a Match type and the ones taught by using The Power of Two type, 2) the difference of affective learning outcomes between students who were taught by using cooperative learning model of Make a Match type and the ones taught by using the Power of Two type 3) the difference of psychomotor learning outcomes between students who were taught by using cooperative learning model Make a Match type and the ones taught by using The Power of Two type of grade XI students at SMAN 1 Sungguminasa Makassar. The study was a quasi-experiment research which employed the static group pretest posttest design. The study used the experiment group I by implementing cooperative learning model of Make a Match type and the experiment group II by implementing cooperative learning model of The Power of Two type. The instruments of the study were the test of learning outcomes to measure the cognitive learning outcomes, observation sheet to measure affective and psychomotor learning outcomes of the students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis and inferential statistic analysis (uji t α = 0,05 ) supported by SPSS 17.0 for windows program. that the result using The Power of Two was higher than the one using The Power of Two.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match dengan kooperatif tipe The Power of Two pada siswa kelas XI SMAN. 1 Sungguminasa Makassar 2) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar afektif siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match dengan kooperatif tipe The Power of Two pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Sungguminasa Makassar 3) Mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar psikomotorik siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match dengan The Power of Two pada siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Sungguminasa Makassar. Instrumen penelitian berupa Tes Hasil Belajar (THB) untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif, dan lembar observasi untuk mengukur hasil belajar afektif dan psikomotorik siswa. Data dianalisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (Uji t α = 0,05) dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Hasil belajar kognitif siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran The Power of Two lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match 2) Hasil belajar afektif siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Make a Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two 3) Hasil belajar psikomotorik siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Make a Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power of Two.

ABSTRACT [Relationship between Groundwater Surface Depth with Salinity at the Coast of New Kungkai Beach and its Implementation on Discovery Learning Model]. The aims of this study were 1) to describe the relationship between groundwater surface depth with salinity in the coastal areas of new kungkai beach of Seluma, and 2) to determine the improvement of learning outcomes (cognitive) of high ability students, moderate and low by using discovery learning model on the concept of static fluid in class X computer and network engineering at SMK Negeri 3 Seluma. This research was a quasi experimental research with one groups pretest-posttest design. The results showed: 1) The relationship between depth with salinity has a value of 0.6478 with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05); 2) Learning with discovery learning model can improve student learning outcomes on cognitive aspects (knowledge). Increased cognitive results can be seen from the average value of the initial test, the final test and the average value of gain in the class x Tkj is high-ability groups are at high criteria with a value of 0.75 gain in the group is in the criteria medium with the value of gain 0,52 and in the low group were in moderate criteria with a gain value of 0.44. There is a difference in learning outcomes between the high, medium and low groups. The difference is shown by Fcount > Ftable (4.04 > 3.35) with a significance level of 5%. Keywords: Groundwater surface depth; salinity; discovery learning model; SMKN 3 Seluma.

ABSTRACT [The Effectiveness of Using a Model Problem-based Learning (PBL) to the Results of Physics Learning on High School Students 9 Lubuklinggau]. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of problem-based learning model. The research method used experiments with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample in this research is the students of class XI A and class XI B SMA N 9 Lubuklinggau City which amounted to 50 students. The  technique of collecting data in this research is a test. The test is in the form of pretest and finally test (posttest). The purpose of holding initial and final tests to determine the effectiveness of Physics learning with PBM model and conventional learning. The test instrument that was made before the test was tested was done by panelists test using Intracorelation class coefficient (ICC). Data analysis technique used in this research is t-test. The results showed that there are differences in student learning outcomes taught with Problem-Based Learning model (PBM) with students taught with conventional learning model. The difference can be seen in the result of t-test which yields t-count> t-table (3,98> 2.01). The effectiveness of using the PBM model in the experimental class is 13.5% better than in the control class. Keywords: Effectiveness; model; PBL; learning outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the application of the cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achivment Division type in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students and to find out the difference in the increase in learning outcomes obtained by students when using the Cooperative learning model of the Student Team Achivment Division type. The difference in the improvement of learning outcomes obtained from 10 relevant journals was caused by the subjects selected by different researchers such as different research sites, different abilities possessed by each selected subject, and different years of research. This type of research is quantitative research using the meta-analysis method. The research begins with formulating research, looking for relevant journals available in electronic media. Based on the analysis of the cooperative learning model, the Student Team Achivment Division type can improve student learning outcomes by an average of 78.59 from the previous 53.53. Based on this research, the application of the cooperative learning model type Student Team Achivment Division can be used as a suggestion to be applied in elementary schools.
