The results of observations and interviews on lecturers and students show that students tend to pay less attention when the lecturer explains the material. The interaction is also still impressed one way, only lecturers to students. It shows that students' interest toward organic chemistry learning is still low and considered difficult by them. Students are less directed in constructing their knowledge, resulting in many misconceptions and low student's thinking ability. This happens because the union has not multi-level chemical representation that includes the macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic levels in the learning process undertaken. This research was conducted on chemical education students at IKIP Mataram who took organic chemistry course II. This research was conducted from September to December 2016 consisting of preliminary research, product trial, data processing and preparation of research result report. This study aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of teaching materials with inquiry assisted approach Computational Chemistry program in improving students' creative thinking ability. This research uses R & D procedure which includes define, design and develop stage. The result of the research shows that the teaching materials developed meet the valid criteria, and effectiveness in improving the ability of creative thinking this can be seen from the result of the n-gain test which shows the improvement of students' creative thinking ability after learning using inquiry materials of computational media in organic chemistry.

<p>Double regression of corrasional survey is aimed at, 1) acknowledging the impacts of both creative thinking ability and positive thinking on mathematical learning achievement all together 2) acknowledging the impacts of students’ creative thinking ability on mathematical learning achievement 3) acknowledging the impact of students’ positive thinking on mathematical learning achievement.  The  research was conducted at SMK Assalam, Kelurahan Cisalak, Cimanggis Districts, Depok in 2015/2016 by using simple random sampling with 93 respondents taken from the number of population reach as many as 122 respondents. The instrument used is test on variables of mathematical learning achievement and questionnaire on variables o creative thinking ability and positive thinking ability and all instruments have been empirically validated. Hypothesis test was conducted after the data fulfill in series of classic assumption test, i.e. normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis test with F<sub>test</sub> and <sub>test</sub>. The research result show that 1) there are significant impacts of both creative thinking ability and positive thinking on mathematical learning achievement all together 2) there aresignificant impacts of students’ creative thinking ability on mathematical learning achievement 3) there are significant impact of students’ positive thinking on mathematical learning achievement.<strong></strong></p>

ABSTRACT[Development of Visual Audio-Based Microbiology Research Materials for Lipolithic Bacteria to Measure The Ability of Creative Thinking]. The purpose of this research was to develop the design of audio visual teaching materials to measure the creative thinking ability of biology students of FMIPA University of Bengkulu, based on research of lipolytic bacteria degrading palm oil liquid waste. The development model used is the 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). In the defining phase, an analysis of the depth of the material, from learning indicators in syllabus, units of lectures agenda and a great line of lesson plan. The analysis is also done by direct interviews to lecturers of microbiology subjects, and participate in learning activities both in the classroom and laboratory. The results of this material analysis serve as guidance in making the design of audio visual teaching materials. The next stage of activity is the design of the preparation of teaching materials developed from the existing learning syllabus. The design of audio visual teaching materials is carried out by feasibility measurement by media experts, IT experts and education practitioners. The results of the measurement of audio-visual material by media experts as 80%, by IT experts as 91.2%, and by education practitioners 75.2%. The deployment stage was only tested on 72 students of Biology Strata one math and science faculty University of Bengkulu, to see the level of creative thinking ability. Analisis juga dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada dosen pemangku mata kuliah mikrobiologi, dan ikut serta dalam kegiatan pembelajaran baik di kelas maupun praktikum di laboratorium. Hasil dari analisa materi ini dijadikan pedoman dalam membuat desain bahan ajar audio visual. Tahapan kegiatan selanjutnya adalah  rancangan desain penyusunan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dari silabus pembelajaran yang sudah ada. Desain bahan ajar audio visual dilakukan pengukuran kelayakan oleh ahli media, ahli IT dan praktisi pendidikan. Hasil pengukuran kelayakan bahan ajar audio visual oleh ahli media  80 %, oleh ahli IT  91,2 %, dan oleh praktisi pendidikan 75,2 %. Tahap penyebaran hanya diuji cobakan pada 72 orang  mahasiswa S-1 Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan  Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Bengkulu, untuk melihat tingkat kemampuan berpikir kreatifnya. The purposes of this study were to describe students’ concept mastery, creative thinking ability, profile of creative attitudes, and the correlation between creative thinking ability and concept mastery after implementing 5E Learning Cycle model. This research was the mixing of the quasy experiment with one group pre test-post test design and correlational study, which initiated by teaching materials development using the Dick & Carey model. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Mojosari involving students of IPA-2 grade XI as subject. Instruments used in the research were teaching materials’ validation sheets, leson plan activity observation sheet, mastery concept sheet, creative thinking ability sheet, creative attitude observation sheet, and students’response questionaire. The data analyses of students’ concept mastery, creative thinking ability, and profile of creative attitudes were descriptively done, while analysis of correlation between creative thinking ability and concept mastery were using Pearson’s product moment correlation technique. Based on the data analysis, it could be described that results of the reasearch were (1) the students’ concept mastery and creative thinking ability on the salt hydrolysis topic after implementing 5E Learning Cycle model had reached high gains, (2) the creative attitudes appeared during the implementation of 5E Learning Cycle model including curiosity in engagement phase, complexity in exploration phase, curiosity in explanation phase, risk-taking in elaboration phase, and risk-taking in evaluation phase were good, each had frequency more than 75%, and (3)  there was a very strong and significant correlation between creative thinking ability and concept mastery. The conclusion of the research was chemistry learning on the salt hydrolysis topic using 5E Learning Cycle model had improved the students’ concept mastery and creative thinking ability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penguasaan konsep, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, profil sikap kreatif dan hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep siswa setelah implementasi model 5E Learning Cycle. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan dari penelitian eksperimen semu jenis one group pre test-post test design dan penelitian korelasional, yang diawali pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model Dick & Carey. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Mojosari dengan subyek siswa kelas XI IPA-2. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan RPP, lembar penilaian penguasaan konsep (LPPK), lembar penilaian kemampuan berpikir kreatif (LPKBK), lembar pengamatan sikap kreatif, dan angket respon siswa. Analisis data tentang penguasaan konsep, kemampuan berpikir kreatif, dan profil sikap kreatif siswa dilakukan secara deskriptif, sedangkan analisis hubungan antara kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep dilakukan menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, dapat dipaparkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada topik hidrolisis garam setelah mengimplikasikan model 5E Learning Cycle telah mencapai gain tinggi, (2) sikap kreatif siswa pada implementasi model 5E Learning Cycle yaitu curiosity pada fase engagement, complexity pada fase exploration, curiosity pada fase explanation, risk-taking pada fase elaboration dan risk-taking pada fase evaluation adalah baik, masing-masing mempunyai frekuensi lebih dari 75%, (3) ada hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara berpikir kreatif dan penguasaan konsep. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran kimia pada materi pokok hidrolisis garam dengan model 5E Learning Cycle telah meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan berpikir kreatif siswa.

The purpose of this study is to describe the creative thinking ability of Tadris/ Mathematics Education students in Padangsidimpuan IAIN in solving open-ended problems. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach that seeks to analyze the ability of students to think creatively in solving open-ended problems. The research subjects were students of the third semester of the Tadris / Mathematics Education Study Program at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. The research subjects consisted of 6 students consisting of 2 students in the high category, 2 students in the medium category, and 2 students in the low category. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, tests and interviews. Data analysis is performed by data reduction, data presentation and verification or conclusions. The data validity technique is done by triangulating data sources. The results showed that students' creative thinking ability for high category was very good in solving open-ended mathematics problems. The ability of students to think creatively for the category is in good criteria. The ability of students to think creatively for low categories as a whole is in poor criteria. Overall for low ability students still need coaching.

This study aims to determine the ability of creative thinking high school students in physics learning, know the form of assessment of creative thinking abilities. The study was conducted at SMAN 6 Yogyakrata. This type of research is a survey with a cross-sectional method that is a survey conducted once and at a time. The subjects were the principals, teachers of physics from SMAN 6 Yogyakrata and 30 grade XI students. observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis method used was the quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the creative thinking ability of class XI MIA 1 students at SMAN 6 Yogyakarta can be said to be in the average and quite good category, although there are some students whose level of creative thinking ability is low. In addition, the form of assessment used by physics teachers has not been effective and accurate enough in assessing students 'creative thinking abilities. So it is recommended to use The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT) in physics learning because it has been proven to be accurate in assessing students' creative thinking abilities.
