Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji hubungan Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size terhadap Cash Holding pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pendekatan deduktif bersifat deskriptif. Jumlah populasi adalah 49 perusahaan properti & real estate yang ada di BEI periode 2014-2017. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampling purposive sehingga sampel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 31 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan sedangkan model analisis data adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian uji F yaitu Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size berpengaruh terhadap Cash Holding. Secara individu Growth Opportunity tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Cash Holding sedangkan Leverage dan Firm Size memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Cash Holding. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang dilihat dari Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,256 yang menunjukkan bahwa cash holding dapat dipengaruhi oleh Growth Opportunity, Leverage dan Firm Size sebesar 25,6%, dan sebesar 74,4% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diajukan dalam laporan penelitian ini.

Untuk menguji dan mendapati dampak dari tiap variabel terhadap peraturan cash holding (kas ditangan) di industri properti yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2015-2019 ialah tujuan penelitian ini. Sebanyak 20 perusahaan properti menjadi sampel dalam penelitian. Kajian data yang dimanfaatkan yaitu, regresi linier berganda menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan program SPSS release 23.0. Hasil penelitian : (1) cash flow, firm size, dan cash corversion cycle secara parsial tidak berdampak signifikan pada cash holding; (2) net working capital, growth opportunity, leverage, dan board size  secara parsial berdampak signifikan atas cash holding; (3) cash flow, net working capital, firm size, growth opportunity, leverage, board size, dan cash conversion cycle secara simultan berdampak pada cash holding (kas ditangan) perusahaan property dan real estate yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2015-2019

This research aims to determine the effect of firm size and growth opportunity to cash holding and firm value. Manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange are used as population. Annual ?nancial data of 38 ?rms from manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016 examined as sample. Path analysis technique used to analysis hypothesis of  the research by SPSS software. The results showed that: firm size and growth opportunity had positive and significant impact on firm value. Firm size had negative and significant impact on cash holding. Growth opportunity had positive and significant impact on cash holding. Cash holding had positive and significant impact on firm value. Cash holding mediated the effect of growth opportunity on firm value significantly.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran Tax Avoidance dalam Mengintervening Growth Opportunity, Leverage, Firm Size dan Profitability terhadap Cash holding. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 96 jumlah pengamatan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan Consumer Goods yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 sampai dengan 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengujian asumsi klasik dan analisis jalur yang menggunakan dua persamaan regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Hasil analisis hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan secara parsial Growth opportunity, leverage, firm size dan profitability tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Sedangkan untuk hipotesis kedua Growth opportunity, leverage, firm size, profitability dan tax avoidance berpengaru secara simultan terhadap cash holding, dan secara parsial leverage, firm size berpengaruh terhadap cash holding sedangkan untuk growth opportunity, profitability dan tax avoidance tidak berpengaruh terhadap cash holding.

This study aims to test and provide empirical the effect of profitability, leverage and firm size of the audit report lag. The population in this study is a sub company property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2014. Sample of 34 companies was selected by purposive sampling method. The data used in this study as much as 102 samples. This study uses several stage of calculation, using outlier test that is by converting the data into a standardized score or so-called z-score. After going through the process of outlier samples were chosen in this study to 93 samples. Analysis of the data using multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% and determine the hypothesis used t test and f test. The results test showing that profitability, leverage and firm size are simultaneous positive and significant effect on audit report lag. The results test this study indicate that profitability has significance on audit report lag are partial. Meanwhile leverage and firm size has no significance on audit report lag

<p><em>This research was conducted to capture the extent to which Indonesian companies have revealed their activities related to each goal of the Sustainabls Development Goals (SDGs), specifically in the year the SDGs were launched. Aim of the study is to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of SDGs’ related company disclosure, firm size, leverage on profitability, and related industrial analysis. The SDGs’ related company disclosure was measured using content analysis. This research conducted on all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015, with a sample, amounted to 468 companies. The results show the positive effect of SDGs’ related company disclosure on profitability and the negative effect of leverage on profitability. There is no effect of size on profitability. The results also show that the financial sector revealed the most SDGs, followed by the basic industry and chemical sector, property, and real estate sector, and the consumer goods sector.</em></p>

This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership, leverage, cash holding and debt maturity on financial performance in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. This study is categorized as causative research. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method, there were 24 companies as the research’s sample. The type of data used is secondary data and used is panel regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that foreign ownership, cash holding and debt maturity has no significant effect on financial performance, only leverage has significant effect on financial performance

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find the influence of growth opportunity and capital structure on firm value. The research objects used is property, real estate and building construction company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. This research used a purposive sampling technique in determining the research sample. The number of companies chosen as the sample in 37 company of 54 companies registered in property, real estate and building construction sector. This research was included in the explanatory research using quantitative approach. Data analysis method used in this research is partial least square (PLS) analysis. The result showed that in directly growth opportunity and capital structure has a significant effect on firm value. Growth opportunity undirectly has significant effect on the firm value by means of capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on capital structure and capital structure has a negative and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure and Firm Value

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of state enterprises in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2015. State companies have an important role in the Indonesian economy. State companies also serve to generate revenue for the Indonesian government to fund the Indonesian State Budget. Factors affecting the value of state firms tested in this research are Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, and Firm Age. In addition, this study also uses control variables to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable of firm value. The control variables used in this study are International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio. This study uses a sample of state companies listed on the IDX 2011-2015. This research uses multiple regression analysis to test the influence of independent variable and control variable to Dependent variable. The results show that Cash Holding, Leverage, Exchange Rate, Net Working Capital, ROA, Size, Firm Age, International Trade, Growth Opportunity, GDP per capita, and Total Asset Turnover Ratio simultaneously have significant effect on firm value measured by tobin-q. The t test shows that firm size partially has a significant negative effect on firm value while other variables show insignificant results.
