The method for formation of the neural network based on educational qualification characteristics of graduates of educational institutions in distance learning system is offered. Modeling was performed by means of MOODLE, NeuroShell2 and PHP under the Code certification and training of seafarers' for seafarers training center. It is shown that the proposed method can be used for a wide range of educational institutions.

The urgency of the task of developing tools for neural network analysis of biometric parameters for recognizing the personality and emotions of students of the distance learning system has been substantiated. The necessity of formalizing the architectural solutions used in the creation of software for neural network analysis of biometric parameters is shown. As a result of the research carried out in terms of the UML modeling language, the architecture of the neural network analyzer of biometric parameters has been developed. Diagrams of options for using the neural network analyzer have been developed both for recognizing the personality of a student when entering the system, and for recognizing the personality and emotions of a student in the process of his interaction with the distance learning system. Also, based on the developed use case diagrams, a structural diagram of the analyzer is built. The necessity of including subsystems for determining the functional parameters of the analyzer, registration of biometric parameters, neural network analysis of registered biometric parameters, personality recognition and emotion recognition is substantiated. An original feature of the proposed architectural solutions is the introduction into the neural network analysis subsystem of an integrated analysis module designed to summarize the results of neural network analysis separately for each of the biometric parameters. A rule for making an integrated decision has been developed, taking into account the results of a neural network analysis of each of the registered biometric parameters and the corresponding weight coefficients determined by expert evaluation. The introduction of the integrated analysis module makes it possible to increase the accuracy of recognition of emotions and personality of a student, since the final classification is realized through a generalized assessment of several guaranteed significant biometric parameters. In addition, the use of this module makes it possible to increase the reliability of the neural network analyzer in case of difficulties associated with the registration of a particular biometric parameter. It has been established that the decision-making rule can be improved by using one or more neural networks in the integrated analysis module, designed to generalize the results of the neural network analysis of all registered biometric parameters. It is proposed to correlate the directions of further research with the development of appropriate neural network solutions.

The peculiarities of the first in Ukraine dictionary on theory and practice of distance learning, distance course “Linear Algebra” and the course-book “Linear Algebra and Analytical Geometry”, which promote the raising in quality of education and training of specialists, are revealed.

AbstrakPada masa pandemi yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran harus melalui sistem PJJ (Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh), pihak KB Flamboyan membutuhkan arahan serta masukan agar pembelajaran tetap berlangsung dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yang cocok. Mengingat dalam kondisi pandemi dan usia dini rentan terhadap penularan viruz, namun juga mengingat pembelajaran harus tetap berjalan, pihak mitra berharap arahan dari tim dosen dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran jarak jauh yang cocok untuk anak usia dini. Oleh sebab itu KB “Flamboyan” bekerjasama dengan tim dosen Unitomo untuk mengadakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi pembelajaran prasekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dari identifikasi KB “Flamboyan”, kesepakatan penentuan objek pelatihan, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta evaluasi bersama. Hasil yang telah dicapai adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru-guru (SDM) KB “Flamboyan” dalam berkreasi membuat strategi pembelajaran yang aman dan nyaman bagi siswa, baik secara luring maupun daring dengan dalam koridor keterbatasan orang tua siswa.  Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, pandemi, daring, luringAbstractDuring the pandemic, which resulted in learning having to go through the PJJ (Distance Learning) system, the KB Flamboyan team needed direction and input to keep learning going by applying appropriate learning strategies. Considering that in a pandemic condition and at an early age, they are vulnerable to virus transmission, but also considering that learning must continue, the partners hope for direction from the lecturer team in developing distance learning strategies that are suitable for early childhood. Therefore, KB "Flamboyan" collaborates with the Unitomo lecturer team to provide counseling and training on fun learning strategies for preschool learning. This service activity starts from the identification of the KB Flamboyan, an agreement to determine the object of training, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results that have been achieved are an increase in the skills of KB "Flamboyan" teachers in creating safe and comfortable learning strategies for students, both offline and online within the corridors of the limitations of parents.Key Word: learning strategy, pandemy, online, offline

Ключевой проблемой в данном контексте выступает недостаток преподавателей, способных и готовых осуществлять деятельность в системе дистанционного обучения. В статье анализируется готовность преподавателей вузов к дистанционному обучению после прохождения обучения по авторской технологии. In the context of digital transformation, digitalization of education and the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the transition of educational institutions to distance learning is logical. The key problem in this context is the lack of teachers who are able and willing to carry out activities in the distance learning system. The article analyzes the readiness of university teachers for distance learning after completing training according to the author's technology.

The article describes the introduction of cloud services in the educational process of the discipline «Databases» of future teachers of informatics and the design of the cloud oriented learning environment on their basis. An analysis of the domestic experience of forming a cloud oriented learning environment of educational institutions is carried out, given interpretation of concepts «cloud oriented distance learning system», «cloud oriented learning environment in the study of databases», «the design of the cloud oriented learning environment in the study of databases for future teachers of informatics». The following stages of designing COLE are selected and described: targeted, conceptual, meaningful, component, introductory, appraisal-generalization. The structure of the educational interaction of subjects in the study of databases in the conditions of the COLE is developed by the means of the cloud oriented distance learning system Canvas, consisting of communication tools, joint work, and planning of educational events, cloud storages.

Covid-19 has led to the closure of educational institutions around the world and turned formal learning into distance learning. This study aims to investigate the effect of e-learning infrastructure and individual’s knowledge and competence on distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020. E-learning infrastructure and individual’s cognitive competence were also used to determine the readiness of educational institutions in distance learning. The e-learning infrastructure includes Learning Management System (LMS), electronic devices, communication applications, and internet accessibility. Quantitative approach was used in this study with a sample of 324 participants from three major universities in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data were collected through online surveys. The descriptive statistical approach and one-layer regression analysis were used to examine the problems raised in this study. The results show that distance learning is positively influenced by e-learning infrastructure and the cognitive competence of the students, the faculty, and administrative staff. The results also point out the university’s readiness level in adopting online learning based on their previous experience of using the learning system. Finally, the study proposes that in order to improve the e-learning process, there needs to be sufficient financial support from the government, whereas the universities are advised to conduct workshops and training, and to provide teleconferencing applications.

The current pace of development of information technology has created the preconditions for the emergence of a wide range of tools for providing educational services using distance learning technologies. This is confirmed by the intensification of the use of distance learning systems in the conditions of sanitary and epidemiological restrictions and the need for acute cost savings. The existing scientific and methodological apparatus for studying the quality of functioning of distance learning systems is mostly based on approaches to separate assessment of the effectiveness of their elements and the relevant quality indicators. This limits the ability to take into account important factors in the decision-making process and requires comprehensive consideration of the contributions of relevant subsystems to the functioning of the distance learning system. In order to solve this problem, the article presents a comprehensive methodology for assessing the effectiveness of distance learning system, based on methods of probability theory and hierarchy analysis and describes the patterns of influence on the effectiveness of distance learning system of importance and contributions of its subsystems. Comparative analysis of the data obtained by monitoring and forecasting performance indicators based on the proposed method, shows an increase in the reliability of the assessment within 15-18%, which in contrast to the existing reduction of standard deviation of performance indicators by an average of 26% and ensures the adequacy of the results within certain assumptions and hypotheses. In such conditions, the choice of an appropriate option for the construction of the DN system is ensured by the reliability of the forecast of the results of its operation in the range of 82-85%, which is high enough to make appropriate decisions. The value of this study lies in the possibility of using the tested scientific and methodological apparatus in forecasting the outcome of the system and saving material, financial and human resources in the process of implementing the relevant recommendations in practice. This fact makes it possible to eliminate limitations in the practice of building distance learning systems and creates a new opportunity to cover a wider range of factors that affect the quality of operation.The application of this technique makes it possible to predict the results of the joint operation of the relevant subsystems of the distance learning system, taking into account their contribution to the overall result.

For the modern higher education system, it is difficult to find a more relevant topic than distance learning. Having tested the distance format in the spring of 2020, when strict self-isolation measures were introduced by the decision of the city authorities, higher educational institutions in Moscow switched to this format again in the fall of 2020, in connection with the onset of the second wave of the pandemic. Considering that subsequent waves of the spread of COVID-19 or other viruses are possible, Russian higher educational institutions must be ready to take on new challenges, which makes improving the distance learning system in each specific educational institution an extremely important task in planning and organizing the educational process. The purpose of the study: to share the experience of the Timiryazev Academy on the implementation of distance learning during the pandemic. The object of the research is distance learning. The subject of the research is the implementation of distance learning at the Timiryazev Academy in the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years. The research methods are content analysis of the official website of the Timiryazev Academy and other Internet resources, as well as the sociological survey of students of the Timiryazev Academy. The article shows the main problems that the academy faced when implementing distance learning: selection of high-quality content, psychological preparation of teachers, establishment of operational communication, as well as the provision of students with means of communication. The main scientific result: it is shown that the key to successfully overcoming the difficulties and solving the problems caused by the pandemic was the course for the consistent digitalization of the educational process, which began to be performed at the Timiryazev Academy even before the pandemic started.

The article analyzes the problem feld of the distance education system. To determine the popularity of distance learning in Moscow universities among teachers and students, a sociological survey was conducted, which allowed us to identify an increasing trend in the number of students who would prefer distance learning to traditional with a strict schedule and draw conclusions about the prospects for distance education in Russian higher education institutions. The article presents a model of the educational process in the distance learning system with a brief description of each block. The model includes all the stages that a student goes through when entering, studying and graduating from a higher educational institution before receiving a diploma confrming the appropriate level of education. Each of the blocks contains descriptions of the actions required to pass this stage, as well as recommendations for improving and extracting the maximum result for both teachers or educational institutions, and for the students themselves. Alternative options are provided if one of the stages is stopped or impossible to overcome. Conclusions are drawn, in which cases the presented model of the educational process is applied, and the prospects of distance education in General are considered.
