The actual task of modern information society forming is a construction and introduction of the information systems in educational management. The article contains the analysis of subject domain of the informative system in the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, description of financial documents and facilities for automations of their treatment in the integrated environment of Windows SharePoint Services – Microsoft Word. The conceptual model of information is presented, it is shown, as on its basis facilities of automation of work are built with financial documents. The CRT forms of document life cycle are resulted in the information system: conceptual model of information, logical model of data, physical model of data, template, a document, eventual document with the automatic filling of indexes of financial documents.

A construction and introduction of the information systems in a management education is the actual task of forming of modern information society. In the article the results of research of automation of treatment of financial documents, which was conducted within the project «Scientific-methodical providing of the informative system of programming of scientific researches in Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine based on the Internet» № 0109U002139 are represented. The article contains methodical principles of automation of treatment programming and financial documents as well as requirements to the information system, which will be the base to next project stages.

Introduction. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an auspicious approach that supports management and exchange of semantically rich 3D models across design disciplines. Recently, BIM has gained widespread acceptance in the AEC industry, and it improves the efficiency and quality of the process by facilitating the early exchange of 3D building models. At different stages of the life cycle, a building information model is gradually refined from rough conceptual design to detailed individual components. The task is to develop mechanisms for machine verification (authentication) of data transmitted to/from different systems (for example, from a customer to an expert evaluation authority, from a contractor to the urban planning management information system or any other state information system) in the form of an information model of capital construction facilities or certain components of an information model. Materials and methods. To substantiate the choice of the language employed to describe machine-readable documents, various use cases of XML schemas were analyzed, including the use of the Google Trends tool. Information systems, implemented in the Russian Federation, were also considered. Most of them use the W3C XML Schema language to describe XSD schemas. Results. A consolidated list of XML schemas, necessary and sufficient to maintain stages of the life cycle of a capital construction facility in terms of interaction with the Urban Planning Management Information System is presented. To ensure interaction between the life cycle participants and state information systems, it is necessary to have the list of XML schemas approved at the federal level. The paper presents matrixes of scenarios for the application of XML schemas in the following coordinates: participants, life cycle stages. Conclusions. XML schemas can be supplemented in respect of various stages of a life cycle of a capital construction faci-lity to be verified with due regard for further methodological approaches and changes in regulatory and technical acts; new approaches and the need for this supplementation must be substantiated.

The changes made in the environment as a consequence of massive industrialization led to a change in the vision of mankind on how organizations should interact with the ecosystem. In the same time information system has a key role in their activity. The increasing their use is accompanied by positive effects. This chapter presents the changes necessary for transformation traditional information systems in green information system. The organization's motivations to develop and implement strategies and regulations for environmental protection are varied. They can be the organization's internal drivers, such as reducing delivery costs, increasing efficiency, improving market reputation, and external, such as government legislation or policies, regulations, competition. Changes necessary to implement green information system are presented based on agile model life cycle and in accord with organizations objectives.

The article describes the concept of a new geographic information system for the provision of electronic state and municipal services. The problem of the lack of an open portal in the Internet for choosing unencumbered and suitable for use for the intended purpose land plots is considered. The importance of information systems in the development of the digital economy and information society in the Russian Federation is shown. The analysis of existing geographic information systems is given in a generalized and systematic way. As a result, it was found that the main drawback of the existing systems is the limitation of a certain territory and a set of services. It is concluded that it is necessary to display the free land. Automatic notifications should be sent to the competent authorities. The new information system should have direct and feedback links with all information and geographic information systems in operation and being developed in Russia. The results and conclusions are applicable to the creation of new geographic information systems.

The article describes the full life cycle of an information system based on open Webtechnologies from the point of view of developers and system administrators. The article starts with the development of technical specifications for an information system creation and ends with the system’s launching into operation and its subsequent uninterrupted operation. As the example, the creation process of the information system for the Foundation of Algorithms and Programs of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences is described.

The article provides a review of approaches and methods used by Russian and foreign authors for solving tasks of increasing reliability and failure robustness of information systems (IS) and hardware and software complexes. The methods of organizing complex expert examinations (МОСEE) are described and the possibility and necessity of МОСEE combined application for analyzing reliability and failure robustness of IS, their components and hardware and software complexes are proven. The following methods and models were used to perform a comprehensive assessment: PATTERN methodology, G.S. Pospelov’s method of solving matrices, models based on the information approach of А. А. Denisov. A number of modifications of the above МОСEE is offered; methodology of system analysis for solving a task of assessing reliability of information system and its components has been developed; a conceptual model of methodology of developing new solutions in the field of IS and IT has been built.

Abstract - Management of letters that use manual storage, frequent errors in data storage and mail search. This mail archive information system is very necessary. This mail archive information system aims to change the way in which mail is stored by reducing paperless use. This information system is created using the Notepad ++ application. While the programming language uses PHP, Xampp is used to run the web server, MySQL is used for database management. Life cycle model is used waterfall, while unit testing uses blackbox testing. With paperless mail retention, errors that have occurred so far can be minimized. The purpose of making this application is to create an information system that processes mail archive data so that it is easier to use.Keywords: Information Systems, Website, Mail ArchiveAbstrak - Pengelolaan surat yang menggunakan penyimpanan manual sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data dan pencarian surat. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini sangat diperlukan. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini bertujuan mengubah cara penyimpanan surat dengan cara mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Notepad++. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP, Xampp digunakan untuk menjalankan web servernya, MySQL digunakan untuk pengelolaan database. Model alur hidup yang digunakan adalah waterfall, sedang pengujian unit menggunakan blackbox testing. Dengan adanya penyimpanan surat secara paperless, kesalahan yang terjadi selama ini dapat diminimalisasi. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi yang mengolah data arsip surat sehingga lebih mudah dalam penggunaannya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Website, Arsip Surat

It’s impossible to imagine a modern information system without virtualized components – servers, remote workstations (VDI), network equipment. The competent approach is necessary to protect these environments. If information system of a company processes information that is subjected to mandatory protection in accordance with requirements of Russian legislation (for example, personal data or information processed in state information systems), then only certified security devices that have passed the procedure of compliance assessment by regulators – the Federal Security Service of Russia and the FSTEC of Russia. The use of these protection means will ensure the required level of information security.
