The article substantiates and presents the structure and content of the information and communication learning environment for the formation of important components of the professional competence of the future teacher of foreign languages – a professionally oriented communicative competence other than language, methodical and innovative competencies. Taking into account the technical and didactic capabilities of the Moodle education management system, it is determined that it should be used to design the information and communication learning environment for the professional training of the future foreign language teacher. The structure of the electronic informational and methodological package for the discipline as a complex of electronic educational resources, combined into training modules, electronic cases, topics designed to provide a comprehensive system of teaching of future teachers of foreign languages for the development of professional competence in the process of independent out-of-class work is presented.

The article analyzes different approaches to the  «professional training of a teacher» definition as a system of organizational-pedagogical measures and vocational training systems; a critical study, the improvement and experimental use of ideas; the purposeful, systematic and organized process of pedagogical influences; qualifications in the process of studying in the corresponding direction, specialty, educational program; systems of special knowledge, abilities and skills, competences, qualities. The peculiarities of the professional training of future foreign languages teachers are defined by the author as: a possession of units of a foreign language and the ability to use them in specific situations of communication; a consistency of the initial level of foreign languages knowledge received at school with the goals and objectives, methods and technologies of forming the personality of a student as a future specialist in the process of vocational training; the ratio of theoretical and practical training, special and psycho-pedagogical, methodical preparation; a symmetrical study of two foreign languages and bilingual life (Ukrainian and Russian); knowledge and appreciation of the cultural characteristics of a nation, the language of which is studied. The author also proposes the definition of the concept of «professional training of future foreign language teachers» as a dynamic system of organizational and pedagogical influences, which is characterized by the unity of goals, content, methods and technologies of professional training of students, which study foreign languages on a multi-lingual basis, and foresees the formation of readiness for their professional activity, a professional competence. The article deals with important components of the future foreign languages teachers’ training such as: the theoretical and linguistic training; the practical training; the professional-oriented theoretical training; the methodical one. The article analyzes the tendencies of future teacher training in the European region. Among the modern European approaches to foreign language teacher training, the author highlights the following main trends: the unification of requirements for professional training in the process of higher education integration into European educational space; the updating of goals and content of studying and teaching foreign languages, changing educational programs and state standards taking into account common European trends; the transition from the knowledge concept to the competence paradigm in higher education; the internationalization of education; the use of new flexible technologies in the study of foreign languages, the strengthening of the practical component of vocational training.

As a result of the rapid development of intercultural communication and global transformations taking place in the world in the 90s of the XX century, it became necessary to create a new personality with a new set of qualities and competencies that are urgently needed for the rational functioning in a multicultural world. For the successful performance of professional duties is not enough to be a specialist who knows job, today. Modern Ukrainian society needs educated professionals who can think critically and make decisions independently in a situation that requires a choice, that is, to be dynamic, mobile, creative. That is, the main feature of professional activity is its development, which requires constant updating and improvement of skills. Each specialist should acquire new knowledge and improve their skills, and, consequently, improve their professional qualities. According to research, professionals who are not engaged in improving professional competence, there comes a time in life when they have internal dissatisfaction with their activities and they need to improve professional skills, or even change their professional orientation. Given the large variety of information technologies at all educational levels, it is not difficult to improve your professional level, and mobile learning is a way to solve a number of educational problems today. In this regard, the relevance of communicative education of future police officers is increasing. After all, the need to train a competent police officer capable of effective professional activity in a multi-ethnic environment is a priority in the training of future police officers in the parameters of European standards. The socio-cultural aspect in the professional training of future police officers is not only the formation of communicative competence, but also the space of interpersonal relations, in which a holistic culture of the individual is formed. The article presents an analysis of the diagnostic results of the formation of communicative competence of the future police officer. The results demonstrate the levels of formation of communicative competence of future police officers in cognitive, emotional and behavioural components.

The paper is devoted to the problem of professional competence development of students majoring in Agronomy during the process of learning a foreign language. The authors indicate that the use of the integrative potential of a foreign language in modern realities is a source of professional knowledge, advanced experience and emphasize that the knowledge of a foreign language enables prospective agronomists to navigate in professional literature, on the market of agricultural products, as well as in the latest technologies, which results in their competitiveness in the agricultural sphere. Thus, learning a foreign language gives an agronomist an opportunity to improve professional competence and skills, to gain experience abroad, learn a lot of new information. In this regard, there is a necessity to update the content and structure, develop new approaches to organize the process of foreign language teaching to prospective agronomists. The paper notes the importance of Foreign Language course potential as an integrative factor influencing prospective agronomists professional competence development, and provides specific examples of its use. The paper analyzes the notions competence and prospective agronomists professional competence based on the views of domestic and foreign scientists. The authors underline the expediency of the competence approach use for professional competence development, which has recently transformed from a local theory into a social phenomenon that claims to be the conceptual basis of educational development. The provisions of the paper are based on the advanced research in the field of professional training and teaching foreign languages.

The article considers the intensification of the process of a foreign language communicative competence formation with the help of computer games. The author emphasizes the advantages of computer games use as one of the types of information and communication technologies to achieve the modern goals of foreign language teaching in the conditions of the society informatization. Special attention is paid to the creative potential of computer games use in the process of foreign language studying. The article sets and describes some genres of computer games that are recommended for use in order to form a foreign language communicative competence in the combination of all its components. The author gives some recommendations for learners on studying a foreign language with the help of computer games. Thus, the purposeful use of computer games in teaching foreign languages helps to create appropriate psychological and pedagogical conditions for increasing the level of a foreign language communicative competence formation.

The paper investigates the peculiarities of teaching foreign languages by means of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). In the course of a comprehensive study the most effective for the development of students’ linguistic and communicative competence, the following types of ICT were singled out and analysed: Internet-based project work, online correspondence by e-mail, chat, blogs, wikis and podcasts and training programs. The aim of the article is to identify the peculiarities of teaching foreign languages by means of ICT The theoretical, empirical and statistical methods have been used to reach the purpose. To check the effectiveness of applying ICT in teaching foreign languages empirical (diagnostic) methods such as testing, observation and discussion were used. The pedagogical experiment with the fourth-year students of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics was conducted. The pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of developing foreign language activity by means of ICT. The statistical methods helped to evaluate the results of the research. Using ICT is really helpful to increase students’ language competencies and, respectively, it provides the development of foreign language communicative competence in general. Conclusion: ICT creates a new environment and opportunities for foreign language acquisition; they have become an important educational tool successfully used in foreign language teaching.

The study is relevant since there is a contradiction between growing requirements for the informational and communicative competence of different students, including the use of cloud-based computer modeling systems, and the insufficient use of cloud technologies in teaching bachelors of economics and technology. The study aims at determining cloud-based systems that are advisable to use as a means of forming the professional competencies of future specialists in economics and technology and developing guidelines for their use. Based on the analysis of various programs, the authors have proved that the most appropriate is the use of specific software in the professional training of future specialists. Scattered software and cloud services need integration based on unified access that a Google account can provide. They also developed a method of using cloud technologies as a means of forming the informational and communicative competence of bachelors of economics and technology. The use of cloud-based information and communication technologies ensures an increase in the level of professional competence of future specialists.

The purpose of the article is to determine the structure of communicative competence of future foreign language teachers. In the process of research, a number of methods was used, among which: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, comparison, monographic method, abstraction. The article substantiates the need to structure the communicative competence of future teachers of foreign languages, highlights the main factors: 1) competence as a scientific and pedagogical category; 2) competence in general and communicative competence in particular are evaluative categories; 3) foreign language communicative competence requires comparative analysis within its structure. The peculiarities of the classifications of competencies offered by different scientists in relation to different areas of training are considered. The analysis of scientific sources on the problem of structuring the communicative competence of future specialists is carried out. The structure of communicative competence of future foreign language teachers is presented in the set of the following components: purposeful, which reflects the level of students’ interest in further growth of their level of communicative competence, on the one hand, and motivated mastery of modern information and communication technologies; cognitive-linguistic component, which is represented by a set of systematic knowledge of a foreign language and methods of its teaching, as well as a course in psychology and pedagogy of higher education; procedural and technological, which allows, on the one hand, development of communicative skills in the field of foreign language communication and teaching foreign languages, on the other – skills and abilities to use modern ICT in the process of learning (and further teaching) foreign languages; reflexive-evaluative, which involves the ability to assess the level of formation of communicative competence of future teachers of foreign languages with the use of modern information and communication technologies, and to implement their own reflection of these processes. The identified and described components of communicative competence are correlated with the list of professional competencies of the specified specialist. We see the prospects for further research in the development and implementation in the practice of higher education institutions of the model of formation of communicative competence of future teachers of foreign languages.

The article presents the possibilities of using the disciplines: “Speech Culture and Expressive Reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop”, “Ukrainian language for professional purposes”, and “Preschool language didactic” in the process of forming communicative competence of future preschool teachers on the basis of integration.It is determined that the important component of professional competence of an educator is communicative competence because a graduate of a higher education institution must be fluent in the native language, be able to communicate, interact with children and adults, and be ready to develop the ability of children to speak Ukrainian in various communication situations.It is emphasized that the formation of communicative competence of the future educator of preschool education should be aimed at mastering basic and interdisciplinary knowledge, psychological and pedagogical, professional and methodological, special and creative skills, education of value orientations, motives of pedagogical activity, communicative culture of personality, ability to develop own creative potential in the field of language education of preschool children.In the process of professional training the task of forming communicative competence in future preschool education specialists is realized in the process of studying all disciplines, although the priorities, in our opinion, are the disciplines “Speech culture and expressive reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop”, “Ukrainian language for professional direction”, “Preschool language didactics”. Among the tasks that solve these disciplines, there are those that relate to the motivational, cognitive, activity, and reflective components of the communicative competence of the educator.The peculiarities of the formation of communicative competence in future specialists of preschool education during lectures and practical classes in the above disciplines on the basis of the principle of integration are revealed. A list of tasks of independent work in the disciplines “Ukrainian language for professional purposes” and “Preschool language didactics”, which provide integration of students' knowledge in the disciplines “Speech culture and expressive reading”, “Modern Ukrainian language with a workshop” in order to form communicative competence.The use of the principle of integration in the study of the above disciplines contributes to a comprehensive, high-quality and effective formation of communicative competence in future educators of preschool education institutions. The results of pedagogical experiment on forming socio-communicative competence to the future officers of the State Criminal and Executive Service in the process of their professional training are highlighted in the article. During the pedagogical experiment the essence of such humanities as: «Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes», «Penitentiary Pedagogics», «Penitentiary Psychology», «Professional Ethics», «Rhetoric», «Foreign Language» was supplemented/structured in order to form this professionally important property taking into account the peculiarities of professional activity and socio-communicative interaction in the penitentiary service. The results of theoretical analysis of the problem of forming socio-communicative competence to the future officers of the State Criminal and Executive Service in the process of their professional training and the data of experimental work on forming this professionally important property allowed to substantiate certain methodological recommendations.

The study is comprehensively characterized professional competence as a basis for professional training of future foreign language teachers; new approaches to the system of professional teacher training are outlined; the model of professional competence of future foreign language teachers is presented. The future teacher is the implementer of the state policy on the development and formation of the younger generation. The professionalism and quality of professional activity of the future generation largely depends on teacher training.  The analysis of scientific literature and research on the issues of professional training of future teachers of foreign languages allowed determining the features and essence of their professional and pedagogical orientation. Under the professional and pedagogical orientation of the future foreign language teacher we understand the integral professional quality of the individual, which implies a constant interest in the profession of foreign language teacher, the need for systematic and continuous work on themselves and their own communication skills, desire to constantly communicate with students and teach them foreign language communication. It has been concluded that it is necessary to improve the professional training of future teachers and strengthen the role of teachers in society. One of the important factors in this is the definition of requirements for future teachers, for their professional training, which should be focused on multifaceted future professional activities.
