This study aims to determine the role of classroom teachers in providing counseling guidance services to students, so that students at SD Negeri Wiradadi have achievement motivation in competitions. Based on the observation of researchers at SDN Wiradadi that SDN Wiradadi has several charter and trophies, as in the previous four years starting from 2016-2019. The championship in the Sokaraja District level competition that was obtained by the school in 2016/2017 contained 13 trophies. In 2017/2018 there were 8 championship trophies. In 2018/2019 there were 13 competition trophies. Schools often get championships to compete with other schools. The championship was obtained by students representing schools to take part in the competition, besides that research was conducted to find out the factors that influence students so that they could excel. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted with 10 respondents, namely the Principal, 3 class teachers and 6 students. The results showed that students in SD Wiradadi State already had high achievement motivation. Obtaining championships in students get support and guidance from a teacher. The role of the teacher in shaping students to be outstanding using counseling guidance services. Teachers have ways, approaches and strategies for students in implementing the counseling guidance service to form students so that they have high achievement motivation. Factors that can influence students to be outstanding are socioeconomic status factors, parenting practices, the education system, self-skills and teacher expectations.

Ex Psychotics are people who have experienced mental disorders and are declared cured of mental hospitals, but they do not have proper independence. Therefore, they need an independent guidance service. This research is intended to find out the process of implementing independence guidance services, supporting and inhibiting factors and the form of independence in ex psychotics at the Social Services House of the former Psychotic Hestining Budi Klaten This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were four social workers and three beneficiaries selected using a purposive sampling technique at the Social Services House of the Former Psychotic Hestining Budi Klaten. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. In testing the validity of data using source triangulation. While for data analysis techniques using several stages starting from data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusion: drawing / verifying). The results of this study that the implementation of independence guidance services at the Social Services House of Ex-Psychotic Hestining Budi Klaten is carried out through several stages including (1) Planning, namely social workers determine in advance the material to be given to ex psychotics; (2) Implementation, namely the provision of material to ex psychotics starting from Daily Living Activist (DLA) guidance, physical guidance, mental guidance, social guidance, and skills guidance; (3) Evaluation, namely giving an assessment from the results of the implementation of guidance; (4) Follow-up, which is the step to proceed to further guidance. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of independence guidance services such as facilities and infrastructure, Human Resources, ex-psychotic conditions, society, and difficulties in selling ex-psychotic works, while supporting factors start from the existence of good cooperation between social workers and outside parties/institutions, facilities and infrastructure, and family. The success of the independence guidance service process, namely ex psychotics is able to be independent in taking care of themselves, interact socially, carry out worship, and skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi sosial anak yatim, layanan bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dan peran bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial anak yatim di Pondok Pesantren Yatim dan Dhuafa Al-Kasyaf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan berupa fakta, angka-angka yang kemudian dideskriptifkan dengan memberikan predikat pada hasil prosentase. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan di pondok pesantren yatim dan dhuafa Al-Kasyaf dilaksanakan menggunakan metode diskusi dengan teknik public speaking, dan durasi waktunya mingguan. Proses interaksi sosial yang terjadi adalah bentuk assosiatif dan dissosiatif. Peran bimbingan dengan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan interaksi sosial dengan kategori tinggi pada setiap aspek yaitu (1) kemampuan relationship (2) kemampuan identifikasi masalah (3) kemampuan memfasilitasi perubahan dan (4) evaluasi interaksi sosial dengan rentang persentasi peningkatan 82%-94%.   This study aims to determine the social interaction of orphans, guidance services with discussion methods, and the role of guidance with the method of discussion in improving social interaction of orphans in Pondok Pesantren Yatim and Dhuafa Al-Kasyaf. The method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenological approach. In this study data collected in the form of facts, the numbers are then descriptive by giving predicate on the results of percentage. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire. The results showed that the guidance services in the Pesantren Al-Kasyaf using the method of discussion with public speaking techniques with the duration of time weekly. The process of social interaction that occurs is the form of associative and dissociative. The role of counseling with the method of discussion in improving social interaction with high category (1) the ability of relationship (2) problem identification ability (3) ability to facilitate change and (4) evaluation of social interaction with 82% -94% improvement percentage range.

This study aims to analyze and examine the role of independent learning in mediating the effect of achievement motivation on student achievement during online learning. Respondents of this study were 158 active students of the Department of Economic Education, UNESA, batch 2018. Data collection techniques were through questionnaires and documentation, then the data were analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has a direct and significant effect on learning achievement. Achievement motivation has a direct and significant effect on learning independence. Learning independence has no direct and insignificant effect on learning achievement. and achievement motivation has an indirect effect on learning achievement through independent learning with a total value of 20%.

33 early (before kindergarten) reading children and 33 matched control children were given a battery of tests and their parents were interviewed about 47 items dealing with demography, parenting practices, and child characteristics. Results showed that early readers were superior to controls on measures of conservation, on two measures from the Illinois Test of Psycho-linguistics, and on one measure of creativity. Parental interview data suggested that parents' achievement orientation and the environment of the home were more important than the child's interest as motivation for early reading. It was concluded that the presence of operativity in children, combined with high achievement motivation on the part of their parents, facilitates the attainment of reading skills at an early age.

This study aims to determine how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in reducing social prejudice in students using group guidance services in Palangka Raya Model MAN. The implementation of this study uses a qualitative approach. While the method used by researchers to uncover the problem in this study is the case study method. Data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The objects in this study are BK teachers, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and students. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the progress of the group guidance service program in schools conducted by BK teachers, (2) Knowing the progress and changes that occur in participants students after being given group guidance services to reduce their social prejudices

This study was conducted to find out the students’ achievement motivation in learning English, to find out the students’ self-concept in learning English, to find out the students’ socioeconomic status, to find out the students’ English learning achievement. To analyze the correlation between students’ achievement motivation and English learning achievement, to analyze the correlation between students’ self-concept and English learning achievement and to analyze the students’ socioeconomic status and English learning achievement.This study employed correlational research. The technique of taking sample was random sampling. The population of this research was 90 students of the second year students of SMP Negeri 3 Bulukumba which belong to three classes. The sample of this research was 45 students. It took from 50% of population, 90 x 50/100 = 45 students. The research data were collected using questionnaires and test. The data were analyzed by using Likert scale and descriptive statistics through SPSS 17.0 version. The research result showed that the second year students of SMP Negeri 3 Bulukumba have high achievement motivation in learning English. This was proven by mean score of achievement motivation 81.57. It was classified into high achievement motivation categories ranges from 68 – 84 score. The students have high self-concept in learning English This was proven by mean score of self-concept 80.24. It was classified into high self-concept categories ranges from 68 – 84 score. The students have moderate socioeconomic status categories. This was proven by mean score of socioeconomic status 64.17. It was classified into moderate socioeconomic status categories ranges from 52 – 68 score. The students have good score in English learning achievement. This was proven by mean score of test 75.71. It was classified into good score in achievement categories ranges from 76 – 85 score. Based on the result of SPSS analysis about the correlation between achievement motivation and English learning achievement was positive and significant with r =  0.757 classified into strong category range from  0.60 – 0.799. The result of SPSS analysis about the correlation between self-concept and English learning achievement was positive and significant with r =  0.803 classified into very strong category range from  0.80 – 1.00. The result of SPSS analysis about the correlation between socioeconomic status  and English learning achievement was positive and significant with r =  0.324 classified into low category range from  0.20 – 0.399.education

One manifestation of the important role of banking in a region, as implemented by PT Bank Sumut, Gunungsitoli Branch, is to distribute loans for investment, consumption and working capital for the people in the area. The purpose of providing credit for banks is the return of credit that earns interest and can increase income to finance activities and business continuity. From the results of research conducted with this data collection technique, it shows that PT Bank Sumut has a number of loans from 2009 to 2014 which each year rises. From this study, it is also known that the rate of credit repayment has a positive influence on the level of profitability.
