An inventory Information System is an Information System that provides information from several processes including procurement of goods, warehousing, and reporting. Therefore it is necessary to create an Inventory Information System application to improve the company's performance process which originally became computerized which will result in more detailed reports. The creation of this application is done using data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design, and database. Application program creation was developed with PHP and Waterfall model as well as tested using black-box testing. And it is expected that the manufacture of this application can facilitate the company in processing the inventory of goods, then in this research was made Designing Inventory Information System At PT. Arsen Kusuma Indonesia Jakarta.

Cooperative in SMK 1 Pariaman City is cooperative that is on developing and have a routine enough high, but the process processing the data still using a manual system. In overcoming these problems an information system is needed in order to simplify the performance of cooperative devices, then the authors designed a cooperative information system at SMK Country 1 city Pariaman. There are several methods in this writing such as research methods to develop an system the interactive model used has several stages in forming an information system, namely system planning, system analysis, system design and application of system. The result of this writing is a cooperative information system design that uses the testing phase with the blackbox method, namely system testing that focuses on functional spesifications and software and the tester can define a collection of input conditions in testing the functional specifications of the program.

<p>Logistics supply when emergency of disaster comes up that have some problems to be considered  much as setting up of emergency operations center irregularly, less coordination between sectors, the data of victims is not properly recorded, and the logistics supply not appropriate with the need of victims. These problems occured because there are no information connected between sectors related to victim data, and the aid that has been fulfilled is very urgent logistics at the disaster site. Information system for distribution and logistics supplies during disaster response is needed to realize effective and efficient distribution. This information system design  includes planning, system analysis, collecting data, system design, system testing and implementation. This  research was conducted at BPPD office in Pidie Jaya Regency. This information distribution and logistics inventory system that is designed will simplify and accelerate the process of recording in distribution and logistics supply. The results of this system can be introduced to society, so that when disaster occurs the community will receive information quickly and accurately related to distribution and logistics supply</p>


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Abstract: The author reflects on one private company engaged in the field of communication that is still carrying out the process of inventory of conventional goods. In this study the authors conducted a web-based inventory information system design analysis, the authors used the Waterfall, the Java programming language the author chose in designing this inventory application. This web-based inventory application is to support the process of monitoring goods so that they can be better controlled so that they can become a reference as a decision maker quickly.            Keywords: Inventory, Waterfall Model, Web Based  Abstrak: Penulis melakukan pengamatan terhadap salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang komunikasi yang masih melakukan proses inventaris barang secara konvensional. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis perancangan sistem informasi inventarisasi berbasis web, penulis menggunakan model Waterfall, bahasa pemrograman Java dipilih penulis dalam merancang aplikasi inventarisasi ini. Aplikasi inventarisasi berbasis web ini untuk mendukung proses monitoring barang agar dapat terkontrol dengan lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat menjadi acuan sebagai pengambil keputusan dengan cepat.      Kata kunci: Berbasis Web, Inventaris, Model Waterfall

Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. Andalas University is the oldest university outside Java Island, and is the fourth oldest university in Indonesia. The University of Andalas also has assets and facilities such as buildings, land, equipment, campus buses and official vehicles managed by the administration acnd general 2 fields under the leadership of the Vice Rector 2, the assets and facilities available at the university andalas are also leased to people who want to rent or use existing facilities. Payment transactions and report recaps are still done manually this makes managers in recording transaction data becomes difficult. The status of pay by the lessee is difficult to track if the leader requests the report results. Therefore we need an information system to manage rental transaction and facilities at university andalas, that is information system that can recap asset, tenant and payment data. The research method used is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) research, in SDLC development process consisting of system planning, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. With this information system is expected both parties' transactions can be easily and mutually beneficial and the storage can also supervise transactions that exist wherever they are

The university tri dharma executive information system aims to determine the performance of lecturers in the implementation of tri dharma. Executive information system design and executive information system analysis are used in achieving research objectives. Information from the use of the executive information system produces a summary of the performance of lecturers in the implementation of the tri dharma.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This research resulted in the design of a website-based Bali traditional clothing reservation information system. The system that was built will be used to assist the company in processing Balinese traditional clothing reservation transactions. The research method used in this study was to use the waterfall model and SWOT analysis. The stages of the research start from observation, system design and interface design. The output of this research is a website-based custom clothing reservation information system design where the data input is in the form of goods data and reservation data that produces output in the form of reports on Bali traditional clothing reservation data. The report was used as material for data collection on the reservation of traditional Balinese clothing at Bali Klasik Wedding Organizer.<br />Keywords : reservation, traditional Balinese clothing, website<br />ABSTRAK<br />Penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan sistem informasi reservasi pakaian adat Bali berbasis website. Sistem yang dibangun akan digunakan untuk membantu pihak perusahaan dalam memproses transaksi reservasi pakaian adat Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model waterfall dan analisis SWOT. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari observasi, perancangan sistem dan perancangan antarmuka. Luaran penelitian ini berupa rancangan sistem informasi reservasi pakaian adat Bali berbasis website dimana input data berupa data barang dan data reservasi yang menghasilkan output berupa laporan data reservasi pakaian adat Bali. <p>Indonesia's high disaster risk requires an information system that can improve effectiveness in disaster response. Therefore, there is a need for an application that could be a means for various information in disaster response in Indonesia. This research uses the Development Life Cycles or SDLC Software, specified with the Waterfall Model. This model has 4 phases, as following: requirement analysis, system analysis, implementation, verification, and maintenance. From this research, a victim-based data collection application can collect data at the disaster site regularly. It also can replace the previous conventional methods so that it can facilitate the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) in carrying out information to the community. The results of this study are the prototype of data collection applications in helping disaster response.</p>

Abstract - Economic development in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly. To achieve this economic development, a good system is needed. One of these systems is a payment system. That is a system that deals with payments made by a company to suppliers so that a job can be completed on time without any financial disturbances. An integrated system makes it easy for employees to do their work. PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia is a contracting company. The existing system of PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia is currently not computerized. The manual process for checking the billing file causes the length of the payment process due to the large number of billing files that have to be processed and not connected between one part and another so that to conduct a complete data check must ask directly the relevant part. Because of this, the author tries to make the bill payment system of suppliers at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. This payment system analysis is made to solve the problems that exist in this company in order to achieve an effective and efficient system in carrying out activities in the company.
