This research is motivated by a lack of teacher competency in preparing a plan for implementing learning. This can be seen, the teacher does not design a plan for implementing the learning itself and the teacher is not able to provide an evaluation of what has been taught. It is not uncommon for teachers to teach improperly (carelessly taking responsibility). The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competency in preparing a learning implementation plan. This study uses the School Action Research design. School Action Research is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection, and carried out at least in two cycles. The results of the study prove that the assessment of the implementation plan for the learning of the Melayu Besar Elementary School 001 teachers in class IV and class V increased by 6 points or 30%. Whereas for the 002 Melayu Besar state Primary School in the fourth grade increased by 7 points or 35% and for class V increased by 5 points or 25%. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that by applying academic supervision can improve teacher competency in developing plans for implementing learning in the Melayu Besar 001 Elementary School and the Melayu Besar 002 Public Elementary School.

This study aims to form the characters of Indonesian students through the implementation of Value-clarified Techniques with the help of folklore. The implementation of this lesson is based on the dynamics and problematics of characters that occur today in primary schools and intends to bridge the issues. The research design used is the type of action research with the subject of the study of grade V of Pontianak Elementary School Pontianak amounted to 32 people in the first semester. Data collection methods are observation and interview, while to analyze the data with qualitative descriptive. From the analysis of the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion that the implementation of Value-assisted Clarification Technique folklore can improve the formation of the character of Indonesian students in primary schools.

The research aims at improving students science achievement at the fourth grade of SDI Bhoanawa 1  South Ende subdistrict, Ende regency. The research design was classroom action research (CAR) with Kemmis Mc Taggart model.  The subject of the research was 16 students of class IV B. The techniques to collect the data were observation, documentation, and test. The result showed the improvement of the score for science subject with material " the benefit of living things" which was proved by the treatments in cycle I and cycle II. The achievement percentages were  37,5%, 62,5%, dan 100% with average 90, 31. In conclusion, the application of puzzles improved students science learning. This research is motivated by the low speaking skills of fourth grade students. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN 1 Durian Umbrella, totaling 31 students. This research was conducted using a classroom action research model with a John Elliot model research design consisting of 3 cycles and each cycle consisting of 3 actions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in improving speaking skills in grade IV elementary school, you can use online learning by using a zoom meeting platform. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas IV. Subjek penelitin ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Durian payung yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan desain penelitian model John Elliot yang terdiri dari 3 siklus dan setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 3 tindakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara di kelas IV Sekolah dasar dapat dengan menggunakan pembelajaran dalam jaringan dengan menggunakan platform zoom meeting.

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Keterampilan membaca puisi ditentukan dari kemampuan atas pemahaman terhadap penguasaan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TTW (<em>Think, Talk, Write</em>) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang dianggap efektif. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe TTW (<em>Think, Talk, Write</em>) terhadap keterampilan komunikasi membaca Puisi siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 023905 Binjai Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas, IV SD Negeri 023905 Binjai Utara Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa yang terbagi dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas IV-A dan Kelas IV-B. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi atau sampel total yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian inia dalah quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe TTW (<em>Think, Talk, Write</em>) dengan alat pengumpulan data yaitu Tes berupa LKS yang telah disiapkan oleh peneliti. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Konvensional memperoleh nilai rata-rata 59,50 dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe TTW (<em>Think, Talk, Write</em>) memperoleh nilai rata-rata78,68. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t diperoleh t<sub>hitung</sub>= -0,61613 &lt; t<sub>tabel</sub>= 1,7061 karena t<sub>hitung </sub>&lt;  t<sub>tabel </sub>sehingga <sub>Ho </sub>diterima dan <sub>H1 </sub>ditolak, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe TTW (<em>Think, Talk, Write</em>) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menulis siswa dikelas IV SD Negeri 023905 Binjai Utara.</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Poetry reading skills are determined from the ability to understand the mastery of good and correct Indonesian. The TTW (Think, Talk, Write) type of cooperative learning model is one of the learning models that is considered effective. This paper will discuss the effect of the TTW type cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) on students' poetry reading communication skills in Indonesian subjects in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 023905 Binjai Utara. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of Public Elementary School</em><em> </em>023905<em>  </em><em>Binjai</em><em>, which amounted to </em><em>30</em><em> students divided into 2 classes namely class IV-A and Class IV-B. The sample in this study were all members of the population or a total sample of </em><em>30</em><em> students. The type of research used in this study is quasi-experimental using the TTW cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) with a data collection tool that is a test in the form of LKS prepared by the researcher. From the results of the research carried out the implementation of learning using the conventional learning model obtained an average value of 59,50 and the implementation of learning using the TTW cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) obtained an average value of 78,68. Based on the analysis of the results of hypothesis testing using t test obtained t<sub>count</sub>= -0,61613&lt;t<sub>table</sub>= 1,7061 because t<sub>count</sub>&lt;t<sub>table</sub>so that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, it can be concluded that the TTW cooperative learning model (Think, Talk, Write) is not there is a significant effect on improving writing skills of students in class IV </em><em>0</em><em>23905 Binjai</em> <em> Public Elementary School </em><em>Binjai</em><em></em>.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Penelitian kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan iklim kelas yang dialami (actual climate) dengan iklim kelas yang diinginkan (preferred climate) peserta didik di kelas IV, V dan VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 10 Ganting, Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. Responden penelitian berjumlah 78 orang, masing-masing peserta didik di ketiga kelas tersebut merespon dua macam angket. Alat ukur iklim kelas actual form diadministrasikan terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui iklim kelas yang dialami peserta didik, kemudian diikuti dengan alat ukur iklim kelas preferred form untuk mengukur iklim kelas yang diinginkan peserta didik.  Setelah data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis maka dapat diketahui bahwa beberapa skala iklim kelas yang dialami (actual climate) peserta didik kelas IV, V dan VI SD 10 Ganting tidak jauh berbeda dengan iklim kelas diinginkan (preferred climate).  Namun demikian, skala cohesiveness dan satisfaction pada preferred climate di kelas V lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang dialami peserta didik (actual climate). Untuk itu, diperlukan langkah-langkah treatment untuk meningkatkan kedua skala tersebut agar iklim kelas sesuai dengan yang diinginkan peserta didik. Kata kunci: iklim kelas, sekolah dasar, keakraban, kepuasan, demokrasi, kecepatan, kesulitan, formalitas CLASSROOM CLIMATE AT PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 10 GANTING, KOTO TANGAH, KOTA PADANGAbstractThis collaborative study aims to determine and compare the climate of the class experienced (actual climate) with the desired class climate (preferred climate) by students in class IV, V and VI at Public Elementary School Number 10, Sub-District Koto Tangah Padang, West Sumatra. Research respondents were 78 people, each student in the three classes responded to two kinds of questionnaires. The actual form of classroom climate instrument was administered first to know class climate experienced by students, then followed by preferred form of classroom climate instrument to measure climate of class desired by students. After the collected data were processed and analyzed it can be seen that some actual classroom climate of class IV, V and VI of Public Elementary School No. 10 Ganting are not much different from the preferred climate. Nevertheless, the scale of cohesiveness and satisfaction in preferred climate in class V is higher than that actual climate. This research is based on the background of the low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at Public Elementary School Pedurungan Kidul 01 Semarang in the subject of Social Sciences natural resource material and students' low creative thinking skills. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at Public Elementary School Pedurungan Kidul 01 Semarang, totalling 40 students with a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample. The research design used was a one-group pretest-posttest design. Based on the results of normality data analysis with Stable = 0.140, initial normality was obtained with L0 = 0.134, and final normality L0 = 0.139 with H0 results accepted that the data came from a normal distribution. Furthermore, the t-test calculation with ttable = 1.685 obtained t-count learning mastery = 23,772. With classical learning, completeness reaches 95%. Calculation of the analysis of creative thinking by students obtained t count = 15,899, and t arithmetic analysis of creative thinking conducted by the teacher = 10,690. Then Ha is accepted, meaning that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model effectively affects students' creative thinking skills and social studies learning outcomes for class IV Public Elementary School Pedurungan Kidul 01 Semarang with 95% classical learning completeness. Effective social studies learning outcomes, natural resource materials, and fostering students' creative thinking skills can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching.

This study aims to determine the improvement of teacher competencies in preparing plans for implementing learning in 008 Sungai Primary School, Sigajah and 013 Public Elementary School, Teluk Piyai, through continuous workshops and guidance. The subjects of this study were 008 State Elementary School teachers, Sigajah River, and SDN 013 Piyai Bay, totaling 24 teachers. This study uses school action research with two cycles. The technique of collecting data uses an observation sheet on the preparation of plans for implementing learning carried out by the teacher. The school action research is carried out in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year for approximately two months, from September to November 2018. The results of the study are 1) workshops and ongoing guidance can increase teacher motivation and competence in preparing a complete learning implementation plan according to the components. The teacher shows the seriousness in understanding and compiling the plan for implementing the learning after getting guidance on the preparation of the learning implementation plan from the researchers in the implementation of the workshop. 2) Continuous guidance can improve teacher competency in preparing learning implementation plans. It can be proven from the results of observations that show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing the implementation of learning plans.

This research was conducted at 004 Koto Kombu public elementary school. The subjects of this study were all 13 teachers consisting of 6 female teachers and 7 male teachers. The design of this study uses school action research which aims to improve teacher competency in compiling items through workshop activities. The study was planned in 2 cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed, in the effect of the suitability of the questions with the learning objectives in the initial data to the first cycle increased by 15.7% while the increase in the initial data to the second cycle increased by 27.6%. Asfect suitability of the questions with the content (material), from the initial data to the first cycle increased by 17.7% while the initial data to the second cycle increased by 23.3%. For the language use effect, from the initial data to the first cycle increased by 12.9%, while the data from the second cycle increased by 28.2%. Can the researchers conclude that through the workshop activities can improve teacher competence in compiling items in elementary school.

This research is motivated by the still many weaknesses found in teachers, especially in the preparation of learning implementation plans. The purpose of this study is to improve teacher competency in preparing plans for implementing learning through academic supervision. This research was conducted at 004 Sungai Manau Elementary School with 9 teachers. This study uses a school action research consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of the research prove, in the first cycle, the average value of the overall teacher in preparing the implementation of learning plans amounted to 67.5 with enough assessment categories. After conducting the assessment in the second cycle, the results of the assessment of the preparation of the learning implementation plan increased to 88.4 with a very good category. It can be concluded that through academic supervision in 004 Sungai Manau State Elementary School can increase teacher competence in developing learning implementation plans.
