This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of organizational innovation partially significant on employee performance, to determine the effect of knowledge management partially significant influence on employee performance, to determine partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational innovation, Knowledge management and transformational leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of North Buton Regency. This study used 50 respondents as civil servants of the North Buton Regency Environmental Service. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational innovation partially on employee performance, knowledge management also has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. The same results were also found on the influence of organizational innovation, knowledge management, and transformational leadership simultaneously having a significant effect on employee performance at the North Buton Regency Environmental Service.

Economic, social, cultural and technological changes increase the importance of information. It is possible for organizations to adapt to change, by sharing up-to-date information. Knowledge-based new economies which consist dynamic market conditions, network-based organizational structure, continuous learning, digitalization, innovations and innovative businesses as competitive advantage source, corporate knowledge management has a strategic importance. Th eaim of this research is to determine the relationship among innovation and sub-dimensions of knowledge management as "information acquisition” and “education and communication". For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 120 employees of 3 innovative organizations that operate in various sectors. According to the results of the research, the acquisition of information has a significant positive effect on organizational innovation (β=0,29; t=3,10; p<0,05); education –training and communication variables have no significant effect on organizational innovation (p>0,05).

A leader is a person who has the skills and strengths so as to be able to influence others to carry out certain activities, for the achievement of goals. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance. Using a sample of 76 employees at PT. Raditya Perkasa, this study used a questionnaire as the main instrument. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The results showed that compensation and transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Partially, this study found that transformational leadership has a stronger effect on employee performance compared to compensation. Furthermore, the values ​​of transformational leadership are considered very important in supporting employee performance. Transformational leadership includes two essential elements, namely relational and dealing with real change so that leaders and followers raise themselves to each other to arrive at certain levels of motivation and performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

ABSTRACT This study aims to look at "The influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees". The total population and sample in this study were all employees in the North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale model then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables, performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The results of this study are a). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.222 with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05. b). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh employees that is equal to 0.782 with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05, leadership and motivation together have a significant positive effect on the performance of North Payakumbuh District Payakumbuh City employees at 51,623 with a significance level of 0,000 <0 .5. Based on the conclusions obtained, it is recommended to further researchers, if you want to do similar research, it is expected to add other factors that can affect employee performance such as incentives, work environment, and others. Keywords: Leadership; Performance; Motivation

Organizations that are successful in achieving goals and being able to fulfill their social responsibilities will depend largely on their leaders. The transformational leadership style can encourage and motivate employees to increase the extra role and performance of employees towards the organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as intervening variable at PT. Sarana Arga Gemeh Amerta (SAGA) Denpasar. The research population is the employees of PT. Sarana Arga Gemeh Amerta (SAGA) Denpasar with the number of samples is 88 respondents. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v 3.0 software. The results of this study show that (1) transformational leadership has a negative effect on employee performance (2) organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance (3) transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (4) organizational commitment has significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (5) organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance (6) organizational citizenship behavior fully and positively and significantly mediates relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance (7) organizational citizenship behavior mediate partially and positively and significantly to the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. Suggestions on research that is transformational leadership should be preferred by managers because based on the results of research that transformational leadership variables have a negative effect on employee performance. Employees are also advised to further improve mutual attitudes and pay attention to its extraneous role to the organization as it can improve employee performance. Furthermore, further research can broaden the research orientation within the larger organizational and population scope and add other variables.

The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of Supervision and Work Environment to Employee Performance of Secretariat Office of Election Commission of Lahat Regency. The respondents were all employees of the secretariat office of Lahat district electoral commission as much as 33 respondents. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. From the value of regression equation obtained value equation Performance = 5.673 + 0.107 Supervision + 0.766 Work Environment + e. Monitoring and work environment variables together affect the performance with the value of determination coefficient of 67.4%. This means that 67.4% of the performance of the Lahat Regency Electoral Commission (KPU) is influenced by supervision and work environment while 32.6% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The result of partial test shows that the control variable has no significant effect on the performance, while the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on the performance.

Purpose, - The purpose of this research is to find out and obtain a study of the influence of career development, motivation and competence on the performance of employees of the Department of Food Security of Central Kalimantan Province.Design/methodology/approach - This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total of 60 respondents. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and R2.Findings - The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, Competence has a significant positive effect on employee performance, self-development, motivation and competence has a significant positive effect together on employee performance.

The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of incentive, dicipline, and comunication simultaneously on employee performance sewing division PT.Pelita Tomangmas Karanganyar. 2) To determine the effect of incentive, dicipline, and comunication on employee performance sewing division PT.Pelita Tomangmas Karanganyar..Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire / questionnaire to 50 employees as respondents. Sampling technique used is random sampling method convenionce sampling. Data analysis methods used include: test instrument (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f and the coefficient of determination (R2).Results Descriptive analysis showed that most respondents gender female (90%). All data from the questionnaires have passed the test instrument. For testing f test result that the value of F (46.710)> F table (2,81) with a probability of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means Fhitung in the region of Ho rejected, which means a significant difference between the independent variable (incentive, dicipline, and comunication) simultaneously on the dependent variable (employee performance). From the results of the t test result incentive have a significant positive effect on an individual basis to variable employee performance. This is evident from tcount (5.697)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). Variable dicipline are also significant positive effect on employee performance. This is because tcount (2.164)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). comication is also significant positive effect on employee performance. This is because tcount (2,551)> t table (2.013) with a significance value <α (0.05). The results of the analysis in this study was obtained R2 values of 0.753 (75.3%). This means that the independent variable (incentive, dicipline, and comunication) able to contribute 75.3% influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). While the rest of 24.7% is influenced by other variables outside of this study as a leadership, compensation, organisational culture, working environment, etc.Keywords: Incentive, dicipline, comunication, employee performance

The problem of the quality of human resources is the most important part for every company, both government and private. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, job placement on employee performance and work climate on employee performance. This research is located at PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. The research population is all permanent employees of PT.Bank Modern Express Ambon. This study aims to find out) The effect of work experience and motivation variables on employee performance of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District This research is categorized as associative research. Samples taken were 55 employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Deli Serdang District. Data analysis techniques in this study are multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research data comes from primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the study obtained Work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where t is equal to 3,714 > t table 1.67469 with a significance of 0.000 <0.005. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance where t count is 3,511 > t table 1.67469 with significance 0.001 <0.005. Work experience and motivation influence simultaneously on employee performance where F count is 38,575 with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.005. The calculated F value is 38.575 and F table 3.18. Significance value 0.001 < 0.005.
