Abstract Highway in Malang there that needs to be analyzed is Intersections Letjend S. Parman Street – Ciliwung Street and Letjend Sutoyo Street – Letjend Selorejo. The road is an arterial road in the city of Malang with a high vehicle density level (Saputra, 2013). The Street was a high traffic flow led to queues or long saturated flow that is not supported by the settings of the light signals in accordance with the conditions in the field so often causes congestion. From finding a solution the traffic density in the study Letjend S Parman Street – Ciliwung Street and Letjend Sutoyo Street – Letjend Selorejo with Indonesia Highway Capasity Manual (IHCM). After stages 3-signal coordination calculation in Ciliwung Intersection of Malang, Intersection obtained time peak hours at the intersection area occurred at 11.00 – 12.00 GMT. Performance 3-waay junction on the Ciliwung Malang at this time has not met the target. Seen from there is still a Degree of Saturation (DS) which do not meet the targets ( ≤ 0,75), namely 0,83. After having don e engineering into 3 phases and cycle time 100 minutes Degree of Saturation (DS) be 0,77. Keywords: intersection, peak hours, capacity and degree saturation

In the province of East Kalimantan, especially the city of Tana Paser, Paser Regency, has a fairly high population growth, and is a fairly dense city and it is included as a fairly developed city hence many migrants who migrate to trade or to find a job. Based on the results of the Central Bureau of Statistics recording in 2016, the population of Tana Paser city was 50,000 people which make the city of Tana Paser as the city with the largest population in the Southern part of East Kalimantan Province. To find out the traffic density level, it is necessary to analyze and survey the traffic,  the results of the analysis show that the surveyed road with the highest density level or the highest Degree of Saturation (DS) is MT Haryono road with DS value of 0.494 with road capacity of 1406 , 725 SMP / hour and total of traversing current of 694,4 SMP / hour followed by road of Untung Suropati with DS equals to 0,441 with road capacity of 2134,458 SMP / hour and total of traversing current equal to 942,350 SMP / hour. For the surveyed road with the lowest density level or the lowest Degree of Saturation (DS) is the Pelopor road with DS value of 0,020 with the road capacity of 2229,323 SMP / hour and the total traversing current is only 45,100 SMP / hour; then Sungai Tuak Sultan Hasanuddin road with DS value of 0,066 with road capacity of 3305,275 SMP / hour and total traversing current only equals to 217,050 hence the road is categorized as quiet road.

Abstract Traffic congestion in the City of Surakarta gave rise to a phenomenal figure among motor vehicle drivers, called the Traffic Control Volunteers or abbreviated as Supeltas. This Supeltas is present on the road to help organize the movement of traffic, as happened at the Surakarta Ganesha Unsignalized Intersection. This study aims to determine the influence of the existence of Supeltas on capacity, degree of saturation, delay, and queuing opportunities that occur at the intersection. The analysis was carried out using the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual. The results showed that the intersection without Supeltas had a capacity of 3,114.03 pcu/hour and a degree of saturation of 1.47, while the same intersection but with Supeltas had a capacity of 3,136.81 pcu/hour and a degree of saturation of 1.51. These results indicate that Supeltas has a positive influence on the performance of the intersection. Nevertheless, the degree of saturation in the location increased due to the increase in traffic volume as well as increased capacity. Keywords: unsignalized intersection, intersection performance, intersection capacity, degree of saturation  Abstrak Kemacetan lalu lintas di Kota Surakarta memunculkan sosok fenomenal di kalangan pengendara kendaraan bermotor, yang disebut Sukarelawan Pengatur Lalu Lintas atau disingkat Supeltas. Supeltas ini hadir di jalan untuk membantu mengatur pergerakan lalu lintas, seperti yang terjadi di Simpang Tak Bersinyal Ganesha Surakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh keberadaan Supeltas terhadap kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, dan peluang antrian yang terjadi di simpang tersebut. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggu-nakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa simpang tanpa Supeltas memiliki kapasitas sebesar 3.114,03 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan 1,47, sedangkan simpang yang sama tetapi dengan Supeltas memiliki kapasitas sebesar 3.136,81 smp/jam dan derajat kejenuhan 1,51. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Supeltas mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja simpang. Meskipun demikian, derajat kejenuhan di lokasi tersebut meningkat karena bertambahnya volume lalu lintas di samping kapasitas yang juga meningkat. Kata-kata kunci: simpang tak bersinyal, kinerja simpang, kapasitas simpang, derajat kejenuhan

Increasing the number of vehicles in Special Region of Yogyakarta caused by congestion occurred at various traffic points in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The solution to reducing congestion is by increasing the use of public transportation within the city, but it still not in demand by the public. Optimizing daily activities, community always tries to avoid the traffic density on the road to be bypassed.Some research on social media has been used to detect traffic density anomalies. However, the system still cannot provide traffic density information on roads that will be passed by the user because it is just a mapping. Based on this problem, this study aims to classify the traffic density on the road that will be passed by users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta into the category of high traffic and low traffic by utilizing Twitter and GPS data.The results show that Android Applications are able to classify traffic density on the road to be traversed using Geonames.org API. Using the naïve bayes classification algorithm, the system can classify traffic density on 14 streets with an average accuracy of 77.5%, 90% precision, 79.1% recall, and 82.8% f-score.

Jl. Yos Sudarso is one of the centers of movement in Tarakan or a business zone. Jl. Yos Sudarso has experienced an increase in road load and a decrease in the level of road services which will eventually cause traffic problems, namely the effectiveness of reduced traffic performance. To find out the analysis of traffic performance due to the arrangement of the vehicle movement system on Yos Sudarso Tarakan road, traffic surveys are carried out, such as traffic volume, traffic speed, road capacity, and degree of saturation. After the road performance analysis, the characteristics and conditions of the road were obtained, the average total volume was 1399.92 pcu / hour, the average degree of saturation on the Yos Sudarso road in the direction of Kusuma Bangsa was 0.53, while the direction of Mulawarman was 0,55. Thus the average performance along Yos Sudarso road includes the C service level. By looking at these conditions it is necessary to increase the clear traffic flow regulation system such as traffic signal so that it can reduce the congestion that occurs on these roads. The construction of the coastal road frontage line and the construction of the access road network will provide benefits in the form of a road network in the western part of Tarakan city, reducing traffic density points.

ABSTRAKPersimpangan merupakan suatu bagian jalan yang menjadi pusat pertemuan dari berbagai pergerakan arus lalu lintas. Pada tipe simpang tak bersinyal, sering dijumpai titik-titik konflik arus lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan kemacetan arus lalu lintas terutama pada saat jam-jam sibuk. Contoh kasus terdapat di Kota Bandung, terjadi pada persimpangan Jalan A.H. Nasution dan Jalan Cikadut. Lokasi ini dipilih karena selain kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh titik-titik konflik arus lalu lintas yang tidak teratur pada saat jam sibuk, di sekitar jalan pada simpang ini juga merupakan kawasan pertokoan, pemukiman, sekolah dan juga terdapat pom bensin. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan dan analisis data pada kondisi awal simpang, didapat nilai derajat jenuh (DS) sebesar 0,983 untuk pagi hari dan 0,937 untuk sore hari. Karena hasil perhitungan simpang pada kondisi awal tidak memenuhi syarat MKJI 1997, yaitu DS < 0,85, maka perlu dilakukan perhitungan ulang dengan beberapa alternatif agar nilai DS bisa memenuhi.Kata kunci: persimpangan, kemacetan, derajat jenuh, MKJI 1997. ABSTRACTIntersection is a part of the road that becomes the center concourse of various traffic flow movements. In the type of unsignalized intersection, there are often traffic flow conflict points which cause traffic jams, especially during rush hour. Examples of cases are in the City of Bandung, occurred at the intersection of A.H. Nasution Street and Cikadut Street. This location was chosen because in addition to congestion caused by irregular traffic flow conflict points during rush hour, around the road at the intersection this is also a shopping area, residential, school and gas station. Based on these problems, data calculations and analysis are carried out in the initial intersection condition, obtained saturated degree (DS) values of 0,983 in the morning and 0,937 in the afternoon. Because the results of the intersection calculation in the initial conditions did not comply the requirements of the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual of 1997 (IHCM 1997), that’s DS < 0,85, it is necessary to recalculate with some alternative that value of DS can comply.Keywords: intersection, congestion, degree of saturation, IHCM 1997.

Tabanan Regency is one of the regencies that is traversed by the main route connecting Gilimanuk-Denpasar so that the road is known as Jalan Raya Denpasar-Gilimanuk. The road is a National Road which is the main route connecting the districts in western Bali, namely Jembrana Regency, Tabanan Regency, Badung Regency and Denpasar City. In addition, with the increasing activities of the Tabanan community, especially those in the city of Tabanan who travel either to the city of Denpasar or to other areas, passing through this route which is the main route that serves transportation activities from Tabanan to Denpasar and vice versa. In this location there are many places that cause attraction, namely shopping centers, stalls and places of worship. Therefore, congestion on these roads often occurs, especially at peak hours of traffic flow (Peak Hour). This research was conducted on the performance of roads to determine the level of service. The data analysis process uses the method of calculating the Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997). The results showed that the Tabanan-Denpasar road, Jl Ahmad Yani, during the COVID-19 pandemic PPKM level 4 was obtained, the road capacity was 2,457 smp/hour, the free flow speed was 46.48 km/hour, the degree of saturation was 0.79, the light vehicle speed value was 36 km/hour with a travel time of 25 seconds. Based on the value of the degree of saturation on the Tabanan-Denpasar road, Jl Ahmad Yani during the COVID-19 pandemic PPKM level 4 of 0.79, then the level of service for the road was entered at Service level D.

<p><em>: </em>Jalan Yosodipuro<em> </em><em>is a local path that connects the city of Surakarta to downtown. </em>Jalan Yosodipuro<em> </em><em>is </em><em>a strategic area close to the main line of Surakarta City, Jalan Slamet Riyadi.</em><em> </em><em>The development of economic activity in th</em><em>is</em><em> streets </em><em>has </em><em>began since the construction of a Mall that Solo Paragon Mall. As trade and service area began to grow, commercial activities dominate land use along the road Yosodipuro complement previous activities: education and housing. Means of trade and services in the form of a shop and even the development of the home into a place of business functions are often found along </em>Jalan Yosodipuro<em>. The high activity in this region causes the amount of movement of the vehicle is not able to be accommodated by the existing road capacity.</em></p><p><em>To overcome this problem researchers conducted a study on the evaluation of the performance of the road to the development of trading activities and services. The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of the development of trade and services activities include the development of the number of business units, floor area, extensive land use and range of activities. Analysis of changes in the performance of roads which include changes in the flow of vehicles, number of occurrences side barriers, and the capacity of the road and analysis croosstab. From the overall results of analysis show that the activity of trade and services in the Yosodipuro Road experienced growth from 2010 - 2014. The development of trade and services activities cause a disturbance in the traffic activity in  Yosodipuro Road. Billboard is the type of outdoor advertising. For this reasonable effectiveness of the billboards were placed and selected on the road that has high traffic density. Furthermore, in order to attract attention, the billboard is equipped with powerful lights large enough to get eye catching effect. At certain hours of relatively low traffic density, so that the expected level of effectiveness of billboards as a function of promotion will also be decreased. In these conditions for reasons of energy saving light energy should be reduced or even turned off. The problem is what time the street has low traffic density. Based on these reasons, it is necessary to conserve energy on billboards as the city of Bandung by conducting a review the level of traffic density per hour and determine the feasibility level of energy use electricity for lighting Billboards.

Abstract In a large city, there are many congestion problems, so the selection of the fastest route to reach the destination is needed. The city of Bandung is one of the big cities in Indonesia which has a fairly crowded traffic density and tends to be a lot of congestion in it. So we need a study that can discuss the path of independence. In the study to determine the shortest path there are several algorithm options to solve it. This research was conducted using the Bellman Ford algorithm to try to solve the problem of selecting the fastest path. The case that will be focused on in this study covers the route that starts from Ir. H. Juanda street and ends at the Leuwipanjang bus terminal. The road node that will be passed is taken from several main points that will be passed. Calculation of coordinates will be calculated using the concept of graph and haversine formula. The impact of this research is that it can be known the fastest path needed using the Bellman Ford algorithm.   Keywords: Algoritm, Bellman Ford, Graph, Haversine Formula, Shortest Path.   Abstrak   Dalam sebuah kota besar saat ini banyak sekali permasalahan kemacetan, maka dibutuhkan pemilihan rute jalan yang tercepat untuk mencapai tujuan. Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota besar di Indonesia yang memiliki kepadatan lalu lintas cukup ramai dan cenderung banyak terjadi kemacetan didalamnya. Maka diperlukan sebuah penelitian yang dapat membahas mengenai jalur tependek. Dalam kajian untuk menentukan jalur terpendek terdapat beberapa pilihan algoritma untuk menyelesaikannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan algoritma Bellman Ford untuk mencoba menyelesaikan masalah pemilihan jalur tercepat. Kasus yang akan difokuskan dalam penelitian ini mencangkup rute yang dimulai dari jalan Ir.H.Djuanda dan berakhir di terminal bis Leuwipanjang. Simpul jalan yang akan dilalui diambil dari beberapa titik utama yang akan dapat dilewati. Perhitungan koordinat akan dihitung menggunakan konsep graf dan haversine formula. Dampak dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat diketahuinya jalur tercepat yang dibutuhkan menggunakan algoritma Bellman Ford.   Kata kunci: Algoritma, Bellman Ford, Graf, Haversine Formula, Shortest Path.
