Increasing the number of vehicles in Special Region of Yogyakarta caused by congestion occurred at various traffic points in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The solution to reducing congestion is by increasing the use of public transportation within the city, but it still not in demand by the public. Optimizing daily activities, community always tries to avoid the traffic density on the road to be bypassed. Some research on social media has been used to detect traffic density anomalies. However, the system still cannot provide traffic density information on roads that will be passed by the user because it is just a mapping. Based on this problem, this study aims to classify the traffic density on the road that will be passed by users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta into the category of high traffic and low traffic by utilizing Twitter and GPS data. The results show that Android Applications are able to classify traffic density on the road to be traversed using Geonames.org API. Using the naïve bayes classification algorithm, the system can classify traffic density on 14 streets with an average accuracy of 77.5%, 90% precision, 79.1% recall, and 82.8% f-score.

Billboard is the type of outdoor advertising. For this reasonable effectiveness of the billboards were placed and selected on the road that has high traffic density. Furthermore, in order to attract attention, the billboard is equipped with powerful lights large enough to get eye catching effect. At certain hours of relatively low traffic density, so that the expected level of effectiveness of billboards as a function of promotion will also be decreased. In these conditions for reasons of energy saving light energy should be reduced or even turned off. The problem is what time the street has low traffic density. Based on these reasons, it is necessary to conserve energy on billboards as the city of Bandung by conducting a review the level of traffic density per hour and determine the feasibility level of energy use electricity for lighting Billboards.

Princely building ventures in post 1857 colonial India included, among others, construction of religious buildings, even as their patrons enthusiastically pursued the colonial modernist agenda. This paper examines the architectural patronage of the Bhopal Begums, the women rulers of Bhopal State, who raised three grand mosques in their capital, Bhopal, in the 19th and early 20th century. As Bhopal marched on the road to progress under the Begums’ patronage, the mosques heralded the presence of Islam in the city in the post uprising scenario where both Muslims and mosques were subjected to retribution for fomenting the 1857 insurrection. Bhopal’s mosques were not only sacred sites for the devout but also impacted the public realm of the city. Their construction drew significantly on the Mughal architectural archetype, thus affording the Begums an opportunity to assert themselves, via their mosques, as legitimate inheritors of the Mughal legacy, including taking charge of the latter’s legacy of stewardship of Iam. Today, the Bhopal mosques constitute an integral part of the city’s built heritage corpus. It is worth underscoring that they are not only important symbols of the Muslim faith but also markers of their patrons’ endeavour to position themselves at the forefront in the complex political and cultural scenario of post uprising colonial India.

ABSTRACTAnalysis of Mode Choice Models as The Effect Plan Implementation of Odd-Even Schemes In Bekasi City: One strategy to reduce the use of automobile is implementing the policy of odd-even on the road sections are unidentified has an unworthy performance. With the implementation of the odd-even scheme, it is expected that the automobile user will switch to using public transportation. In Indonesia, this scheme has already conducted trials on corridor Sudirman Thamrin, Jakarta, and had a positive response towards the implementation of this policy, which is about 13.3% citizens moved to use TransjakartaBusway. If the same scheme was implemented in TheCity Bekasi, was going to have the same response with the city before? How the selection of the mode of the community, when done the policy plan simulation. Quantitative research is conducted by calculating the probability of mode choice the odd-even scheme implementation plan simulations The City of Bekasi using binary logit analysis in the SPSS 17.0 software. The result is plan the implementation of this scheme, it is noted that the people of The City of Bekasi tend to continue using automobile with a probability of 61%, while opportunities will use public transport around 39%. Even so, simulation of the scheme is able to improve the use of public transportas much as 10%.Keywords: Mode Choice; Planning; Odd-Even Scheme.ABSTRAKSalah satu strategi dalam mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi adalah dengan menerapkan kebijakan ganjil genap pada ruas jalan yang teridentifikasi memiliki kinerja yang tidak layak. Transit stations are generally well known as nodes of spaces where percentage of people walking are relatively high. The issue is do more planning is actually given to create walkability. Creating walking led transit stations involves planning of walking distance, providing facilities like pathways, toilets, seating and lighting. On the other hand, creating walking led transit station for women uncover a new epitome. Walking becomes one of the most important forms of mobility for women in developing countries nowadays. Encouraging women to use public transportation is not just about another effort to promote the use of public transportation but also another great endeavour to reduce numbers of traffic on the road. This also means, creating an effort to control accidents rate, reducing carbon emission, improving health and eventually, developing the quality of life. Hence, in this paper, we sought first to find out the factors that motivate women to walk at transit stations in Malaysia. A questionnaire survey with 562 female user of Light Railway Transit (LRT) was conducted at LRT stations along Kelana Jaya Line. Both built and non-built environment characteristics, particularly distance, safety and facilities were found as factors that are consistently associated with women walkability. With these findings, the paper highlights the criteria  which are needed to create and make betterment of transit stations not just for women but also for walkability in general.

Gelendzhik is the resort town, there aren't a lot of industrial enterprises here. The main pollutant is transport. The work purpose is the assessment of a condition of the artificial landings of a pine located along the Federal highway "Don" and landings, which is nearly the sea coast. Researches were conducted to a standard technique of the General vital state (A. S. Bogolyubov). The assessment of a condition of pines was carried out during 6 years: from 2010 to 2015. For carrying out research we used 6 experimental grounds on the Markotkhsky spine and 2 control grounds within the town. We investigated 24 trees on each platform, middle age of the trees were 30 - 40 years. Results. 1. The condition of trees in the pine forests located in immediate proximity with the Federal highway "Don" (No. 1, 2, 3) is unsatisfactory. As even weak influences of the majority of atmospheric gaseous pollutants (sulphurous gas, nitrogen oxides, etc.) give effect of a necrosis and hloroz of pine needles, the condition of pines is connected with technogenic pollution. So near the Federal highway "Don" the air environment is strongly polluted by exhaust gases. Information of 2012 confirm that negative influence of the route on Markotkh's vegetation decreases at reduction of load of the route. 2. On the sites located above on a slope (No. 4,5,6) thanks to remoteness and the wind mode intensity of influence of pollutants is lower and a condition of pines the quite satisfactory. 3. Trees on the sites located near the sea (No. 7,8) are in a good shape. Small deterioration of a state is noted in very droughty years. Conclusion. Results of six years' research show that the condition of the plantings which are in close proximity with the road worsens. It is explained by increase in intensity of the movement on the road, especially during a resort season. Gelendzhik is the city with a good ecological shape, but the damage to environment is already caused. If not to take measures, we can lose a unique part of the nature in the future, recreate it will be impossible. Measures of reduction of negative impact of exhaust gases were offered. Results of researches are transferred to ecological department of the City administration of Gelendzhik.

Abstract Public health professionals (PHP) have a dual task in climate change. They should persuade their colleagues in clinical medicine of the importance of all the issues covered by the GD. The fact that the health sector contributes to the overall emissions of 4.4% speaks to the lack of awareness within the health sector itself. The issue of providing adequate infrastructure for the health sector is essential. Strengthening the opportunities and development of the circular economy within healthcare is more than just a current issue. The second task of PHP is targeting the broader population. The public health mission is being implemented, inter alia, through numerous activities related to environmental monitoring and assessment of the impact on health. GD should be a roadmap for priorities and actions in public health, bearing in mind: an ambitious goal of climate neutrality, an insistence on clean, affordable and safe energy, a strategy for a clean and circular economy. GD provides a framework for the development of sustainable and smart transport, the development of green agriculture and policies from field to table. It also insists on biodiversity conservation and protection actions. The pursuit of zero pollution and an environment free of toxic chemicals, as well as incorporating sustainability into all policies, is also an indispensable part of GD. GD represents a leadership step in the global framework towards a healthier future and comprises all the non-EU members as well. The public health sector should consider the GD as an argument for achieving goals at national levels, and align national public health policies with the goals of this document. There is a need for stronger advocacy of health and public-health interests along with incorporating sustainability into all policies. Achieving goals requires the education process for healthcare professionals covering all of topics of climate change, energy and air pollution to a much greater extent than before.
