The purpose of this study is to describe the elements of lexical cohesion and grammatical cohesion elements in the poem discourse "Museum of Destruction of Documents" by Afrizal Malna. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by using library, reading, and note taking techniques. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, then described and verified. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that the grammatical cohesion used in the collection of poetry "Museum Destroyer Documents" by Afrizal Malna found as many as 313 markers which include; 1) referencing 168 markers; 2) absorption of 2 markers; and 3) assembling 143 markers. Furthermore, the use of lexical cohesion used in the discourse on the poem "Document Shredder" by Afrizal Malna was found as many as 93 markers which included; 1) repetition of 39 markers; 2) synonym 11 markers; 3) antonimi 29 markers; 4) collocation of 9 markers; and 5) equivalence of 5 markers. When combined, the total usage of both is 406 markers.

This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh, with the aim to answer the question of how the payroll accounting system applied in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh.This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively and lasted continuously until complete so that the data has been saturated. Activity in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, treanggulation and conclusion / verification.The results show PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh has implemented a neat and well-payroll accounting system in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Payroll accounting system in PDAM Tirta Daroy Banda Aceh is used to overcome errors and irregularities in the calculation and payment of salary. Payroll accounting systems are designed by companies to provide a clear picture of employee salaries so that they are easy to understand and easy to use.

Analysis of music form aims to peel and unravel the song thoroughly so that the contained elements in it can be found. The problem statement in this research is analysis of form song from Kidung Penghiburan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and using several data collection techniques, including observation and documentation studies. Data will be validated by data triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal and verification. The result of this research showed that the songs from Kidung Penghiburan titled Pintu Gebang Terbukalah, Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu, Makin Dekat Tuhan, and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau are the two-part songs with different phrases arrangement and motif tabulation. Pintu Gebang Terbukalah’s form is A (a a’), B (b y), Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu’s form is A (a a’), A’ (a x), B (b y), Makin Dekat Tuhan’s form is A (a a’), B (b a’), and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau’s form is A (a a’), B (b b’).

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how optimalization management of tourist attraction during pandemic by Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kendal Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which means that researchers get data through observation and interviews and documents about Tourist Attractions by Disporapar. The data analysis used the theory of Miles & Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Disporapar held tourism management training for tourism actors with the aim that tourism actors were able to make Kendal Regency tourist destinations known to tourists and the wider community during the pandemic. The optimization of the management of Tourist Attractions during the pandemic by Disporapar has gone well and effectively. Such as providing a place to wash hands, adjusting seating distances and requiring visitors to wear masks. Disporapar worried if this pandemic will be long over, because it affects the income of business actors.

The purpose of this study is to find out the provision of motivation in persuasive communication in order to improve the performance of the employees of Bunda Pengharapan Hospital in Merauke Regency, In this study researcher interviewed 10 people as research informants. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative method while this study used three stages, namely data presentation, data reduction and conclusion. From the results of this study, the researchers found that there was a work motivation that the leader did to the employees of BundaPengharapan Hospital so that the results of the employee's performance were good enough to carry out work duties every day. However, in the motivational indicator, it isnecessary to maintain more support or appreciation for employee work performance so as to further encourage employees to further improve or maintain their work performance in the Hospital.

The problem in this study is how does the form of conversation and mother speech act strategy to the children in Banjar society when gabut baisukan. This study will discuss the form of conversation and mother speech act strategy to the children in Banjar society when gabut baisukan. It is hoped that this study will add the conceptabout one of communication form in Banjarese culture in gabut baisukan.This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection is done through note taking, recording, and also from document, and literature from January 2019 until June 2019. The data are taken from Martapura village, South Kalimantan. This study uses several steps, they are collecting the data, selecting the data, analysis, and presentation. The data presentation uses common words. The result shows that speech act used by mother to the children are dominated by command, while the strategy which is used is positive and negative strategy. ABSTRAK Lawakan komika Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy tersebut mengandung implikatur. Kajian pragmatik mengenai implikatur dalam lawakan komika Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Grice dengan adanya 2 jenis implikatur, yakni: (1) implikatur konvensional dan (2) implikatur nonkonvensional atau implikatur percakapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah tuturan komika Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy yang diperoleh melalui Youtube. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implikatur yang terdapat dalam lawakan komika Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy dan jenis implikatur yang terdapat dalam lawakan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik simak dan catat, sedangkan analisis data melalui langkah identifikasi data, reduksi data, klasifikasi data, dan interpretasi data. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat implikatur dalam lawakan Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy dan (2) ada 11 implikatur konvensional dalam lawakan Abdur pada acara Stand Up Comedy dan tidak ada implikatur nonkonvensional dalam lawakan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Implikatur, lawakan, stand up comedy  ABSTRACT The Abdur’s jokes on the Stand Up Comedy show contains implicature. This pragmatic study about the implicature of a comic Abdur’s jokes on Stand Up Comedy Show uses Grice’s theory in the presence of 2 types of implicature, namely: (1) conventional implicature and (2) non-conventional impicature or conversational implicature. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the research data is the Abdur’s speech on the Stand Up Comedy show obtained through YouTube. The purpose of this study is to describe the implicature of a comic Abdur’s jokes on Stand Up Comedy show. The data are collected by listening and note taking techniques. The data analysis steps include data identification, data reduction, data classification, and interpretation. The results of this study are as follows. (1) there are implicature of a comic Abdur’s Jokes on Stand Up Comedy Show and (2) there are 11 conventional implicature of a comic Abdur’s Jokes on Stand Up Comedy show and there is not non-conventional implicature.Keywords: Implicature, jokes, stand up comedy

The purpose of this study was to investigate the cultural values in the ritual of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata as part of the Toraja indigenous people life. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Meanwhile, the respondents involved in this study include culturist, linguists, and the Toraja community. The research instruments used in this study were document files, interviews with the subjects, and observations using a video recorder that recorded the ritual process of Bulangan Londong Sembangan Suke Barata. The data analysis technique in this study includes three main steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the cultural values contained in the rituals of the Bulang Londong Sembangan Suke Barata were 'Manuk' which symbolized the value of the work ethic, 'Ussembang Suke Barata' which represented the religious value of bamboo slashed by 'Mina', and 'Kayunan Londong' which personifies the leader's patriotic value.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki nilai-nilai budaya dari ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata dari masyarakat adat Toraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah budayawan, ahli bahasa, dan komunitas Toraja. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah file dokumen, wawancara dengan subjek, dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan perekam video pada ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata. Teknik analisis data mencakup tiga langkah utama, pengurangan data, presentasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam ritual bulangan londong sembangan suke barata adalah manuk yang melambangkan nilai etos kerja, ussembang suke barata yang mewakili nilai religius bambu yang ditebas oleh mina, dan kayunan londong sebagai personifikasi nilai patriotik pemimpin.

This study aimed to reveal the concept of Tumbuk in Javanese gamelan tuning, namely gamêlan agêng with Sléndro and Pélog. This study used a qualitative method with an ethical emic perspective. The data collection was done by conducting literature review, observation, interviews, and studio work, then processed with data analysis. The data analysis then was followed up through data interaction by interpreting the relationship reactions of the three elements of analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The interpretation of the data was done inductively, so that the conclusion was drawn entirely from the development of the data according to the realities of the field. The results showed that tumbuk was not only limited to a note that has the same high and low, but it is a musical concept that integrates the Sléndro and Pélog scales in the tuning of a set of gamelans. There are basically only two types of tumbuk: nêm tumbuk and lima tumbuk. Other than those, it means that they are the strut. The thing is,tumbuk has a central tone that serves as a benchmark and a supporting tone whose position strengthens the integration of each type of tumbuk. As a concept, it was found that tumbuk plays several important roles including equalizing the highs and lows of certain notes, equalizing the range of certain notes, and conditioning the range of notes or the addition of the tune.

This study discusses the empowerment of productive zakat aimed at fostering the welfare of mustahik. This research is a programme on the implementation of the Zakat Amil Agency in the distribution of zakat. This research uses qualitative method in order for it be relevant to the results achieved. The sources of the data in this study are relevant literature both in the form of books, journals and articles used to compile theories about problems that are the objects of the research. Based on our findings, the mustahik receive zakat from the Zakat Amil Agency with the scheme of productive zakat. In relation to the data compilation in this study, the techniques used include the activities and the development of the Zakat Amil Agency in daily activities to manage zakat and mustahik’s productive zakat in organizing the programmes. Data analysis was conducted by structuring data in the form of compiling, classifying and testing data during the research. Data analysis was carried out to describe the processes and results of examinations from transcripts and notes and other materials. In relation to the qualitative approach, the data analysis is conducted in three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and reduction of conclusions.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the digital competence of madrasah teachers during the covid-19 pandemic. The research used the qualitative method. It explored the phenomenon of madrasah teachers’ digital competence. The data were collected through observation and interviews. The study participants involved 1 principal and 9 teachers from grades 1 to 6. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and triangulation. The study results conclude that the digital competence of madrasa teachers is still low, so that teaching and learning have not used multimedia technology. Therefore, the results of this study recommend the concept of training related to increasing the digital competence of madrasa teachers regularly because it had an important role in supporting the school's educational process.
