There is a new described antifungal system (GALVI) involving the moving of bioactive ions of Zn, Cu and Bi for the protection of cultural heritage objects such as buildings, sculptures and stretchers. There were two kinds of galvanic cells that were used: the first composed of a two-electrodes system, Zn, Cu, and second one composed of a three-electrodes system, Zn, Bi and Cu. Moreover, two-phase media are proposed with various kinds of rocks used in architectonical objects. Microorganisms inhabit the boundaries of two liquid and solid phases. This enables the investigation of the process of rock colonization. Possible applications of the suggested GALVI system are mentioned.

The procedural mechanism for establishing zones with special conditions for the use of the territory ( ZOUIT), one of the types of which are zones for the protection of cultural heritage objects (OCN), is a complex system that is characterized by both positive and negative aspects that require detailed study, which explains the relevance of this problem. The article deals with the main theoretical aspects of the establishment of security zones. The legally established concepts of the relevant sphere, as well as the regulated classification of the zones under consideration, are given. The multi-purpose nature of the establish-ment of such zones is noted, the main goals of their formation are highlighted. The key problems of legal regulation of relations related to the establishment of the zones under consideration and the definition of their borders are analyzed. In addition, innovations related to the relevant legislative framework are disclosed, and their effectiveness is evaluated.

The article is about the issue of state legal regulation in the field of protection and implementation of cadastral registration of cultural heritage objects. The importance and relevance of the protection of cultural heritage objects is confirmed by the negative urban planning practice, which in some places completely excluded historical settlements from the territory of the country. The authors proposed some clarifications to reduce the fragmentation of legislation. A feasibility study was performed to assess computed tomography (CT) as a method of detecting the position of the solidification front during metal casting. Since the liquid and solid phases of metals differ in density by 4 to 12 percent, CT has the ability to differentiate the two phases. The motivation for this work is the development of a real-time solidification sensor for the continuous casting of metals. A first-generation CT system for reconstructing two-dimensional images of solidifying tin was developed. The performance of the CT system was evaluated by reconstructing images of objects of known geometries. For the solidification experiment, CT scans were conducted on an actively heated and cooled crucible filled with pure tin. The tin existed in both liquid and solid phases, with the solidification front position tracked by thermocouples. The image of the two-phase tin experiment had poor contrast resolution, but a quantitative analysis of the image does indicate an approximate 7 percent difference between the liquid and the solid portions of the melt. However, the size of the liquid phase was not as large as that determined by thermocouple measurements. This is a result of temperature fluctuations in the melt during data acquisition, as well as the relatively low spatial resolution. Future work to improve system performance will include using a linear accelerator (linac) as the radiation source.

The paper presents the results of modeling of the processes of phases transformations occurring in cathode of plasmatron with zirconium insertion. Model describes temperature and liquid-solid phase transformation in cathode considering kinetics of transformation in accordance with a state diagram. The comparison between one-dimensional mathematical models was exploited for estimation of the kinetics coefficient. First model is based on well-known heat equation with Stefans condition on the free boundary between liquid and solid phases [. The standard analytical self-similar solution for two-phase case is applied. In the second model, for heat equation instead of Stefans conditions, differential equations of kinetics are used.

This article examines the problems of classification and establishment of administrative and legal regimes for the protection of various historical and cultural territories provided for by the legislation on the state protection of cultural heritage objects. As a result of the analysis of international legal acts, it is concluded that some provisions of the Russian legislation do not fully comply with international rules. The problem of legal regulation in terms of such territorial (planar) objects of cultural heritage as works of landscape architecture and landscape gardening is highlighted. Examples of a number of foreign countries with significant experience in establishing historical zones and cultural landscape protection are given. The indicated experience makes it possible to identify the redundancy of some provisions of the Russian legislation relating to historical settlements and historical and cultural reserves. The article offers the author's definition of historical and cultural territories, and also puts forward a number of proposals to change Federal legislation, in particular, to adjust the concept of a landmark and its types of objects, the legal regime of a landmark, to make changes to the legislation on museums- reserves, as well as to abolish the rules relating to historical and cultural reserves. The paper identifies promising areas for further research on this topic and ways to improve legislation on the protection of cultural heritage.

The article investigates the principles of protection and use of cultural heritage sites in terms of ecological optimization of residential areas. The concept of cultural heritage object is defined and the order of definition of protection zones of cultural heritage objects in the conditions of ecological optimization of settlement territories is established. The principles of formation of the status of a cultural heritage object are revealed and the legislative basis is described. The concept of "territory of cultural purpose" is separated. Describes the problems of protection of cultural heritage sites, the main of which include the complexity of the content of objects, the search for the necessary funds for restoration, to solve which it is necessary to attract external sources of funding other than the state. The generally accepted ways of solving the outlined problems are given and the principles of their realization are substantiated, namely the necessity of complex application is emphasized. The classification of the process of reconstruction of cultural heritage is presented, the main directions of which include: restoration, regeneration, revitalization, revaluation, improvement and new construction. Each of these classes is described according to the method of implementation on site. It is emphasized that the protection zones of cultural heritage sites are areas adjacent to the included in the register of monuments and ensembles, and within which, in order to ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites and compositional and species links, the construction of capital construction projects and their reconstruction related to changes in height, number of floors, area, except for construction and reconstruction of linear objects. The boundaries of the protection zone of the cultural heritage object are structured according to the zones of location of the latter. The directions of the relation of the state supervision in the field of protection of objects of cultural heritage to the principles of realization of the state support are defined. The list of possible measures of influence of citizens and legal entities in the field of protection of cultural heritage objects in the conditions of ecological optimization of settlement territories is offered.
