This paper proposes an optimized step-up power converter using a quadratic sawtooth waveform generator for a silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) used as a radiation sensor for mobile radiation dosimeters. Although our step-up converter uses the topology of a switched inductor boost converter in voltage mode, it achieves a fast transient performance thanks to the proposed quadratic sawtooth waveform generator, which can increase the loop bandwidth. As a result, the proposed boost converter can stably regulate the bias voltage of an SiPM, even in a situation where the radiation particles are injected. In addition, since the proposed quadratic sawtooth waveform generator can be designed with low power, it was able to achieve 86% peak efficiency even under the light load conditions.

The bidirectional inverting buck-boost converter (BIBBC) has a simple structure and a wide voltage ratio. It can be used in the battery supercapacitor hybrid energy storage system (BSHESS) and the motor drive system. However, the traditional continuous conduction mode (CCM) BIBBC will have severe switching loss. The triangular current mode (TCM) BIBBC can reduce the switching loss, but it will increase core loss and filter capacitance. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a new zero voltage switching (ZVS) BIBBC using a coupled inductor. This ZVS BIBBC will provide ZVS conditions for both transistors whether in positive operation or negative operation. Meanwhile, this ZVS BIBBC has small core losses and filter capacitance, and can be used simply. Finally, experimental results obtained from these BIBBC experimental prototypes are presented to validate the soft-switching achieving and the efficiency improvement performance. Experimental results show that both transistors of the ZVS BIBBC achieve ZVS turn-on conditions. The efficiency of the ZVS BIBBC increased by up to 10 percent compared to the traditional CCM BIBBC at heave load, and by up to 1.5 percent compared to the TCM BIBBC at a light load.

X-Ray radiation sensors that work at room temperature are in demand. In this study, a novel, low-cost real-time X-ray radiation sensor based on SnO2 nanowires (NWs) was designed and tested. Networked SnO2 NWs were produced via the vapor–liquid–solid technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses were used to explore the crystallinity and morphology of synthesized SnO2 NWs. The fabricated sensor was exposed to X-rays (80 kV, 0.0–2.00 mA) and the leakage current variations were recorded at room temperature. The SnO2 NWs sensor showed a high and relatively linear response with respect to the X-ray intensity. The X-ray sensing results show the potential of networked SnO2 NWs as novel X-ray sensors.

Abstrak— Paper ini menampilkan desain double boost converter yang mempunyai kemampuan menggandakan tegangan dua kali lipat berturut  turut beban DC yang menghasilkan tegangan output tambahan atau cadangan suplai pada beban. Pada umumnya double boost converter ini adalah konverter daya DC to Dc meningkatkan tegangan dari input (pasokan) ke output (beban) di desain menunjukkan bahwa dengan inputan sumber AC yang di searahkan terlebih dulu dengan converter penyearah berfungsi untuk mengatur kecepatan motor BLDC. Untuk pengontrolan pada beban motor menggunakan PI controller ( Proportional Integrator) dimana  parameter PI controller diperoleh dari trial eror. PI controller juga berfungsi memperbaiki gelombang keluaran dan kecepatan motor BLDC. Kata kunci : Motor BLDC, Double Boost Converter, PI controller. Abstract— This paper features a double boost converter design that has the ability to double the successive voltage in a DC load which results in an additional output voltage or supply reserve at load. In general, this double boost converter is a DC to Dc power converter increasing the voltage from input (supply) to output (load) in the design shows that the input AC source is aligned first with the rectifier converter to regulate the speed of the BLDC motor. To control the motor load using a PI controller (Proportional Integrator) where the PI controller parameter is obtained from the trial error. The PI controller also functions to improve the wave output and speed of the BLDC motor.


DC-DC buck boost converter is a conversion circuit using induced frequency inductors, switching.DC-DC converters dynamics was improved by using self calibrated preemptive current control. As, a result Preemptive concurrent control reduces capacitor size by 10x.DC DC buck converter with pulse width modulation.DC-DC buck converter with two step pulse width modulation was utilized for low power application by using delay, control line. Main motive of DC-DC buck converter with pulse width modulations obtains high linearity, high granularity. Conversion efficiency for Light load current was increased in buck converter by clocked hysteresis scheme. Power supplied to comparator was scaled to load easily. Conventional buck converter was integrated with LED to expand smart bulb. Main power from supply was decoupled by Non linear ramp control scheme preventing LED output flickering. Control scheme effectiveness was improved by small signal model. Three major characteristics of Light emitting diodes are improved lifetime, high efficiency, increased reliability, controllability. High brightness LED by multicell three phases was used for its lower cost. Heart beat was identified by using raspberry pi, system on chip with three stages in it namely Heart beat determination, Impedence, cardiography parameters. Accidents was restricted by this method.Overspeeding vehicles was identified was main goal of using complex proportional assessment method. Converting Rice husk into bio fuels was performed by thermo chemical processes. Rice hulk silica was utilized for fluorescent silica particles synthesis.
