The aim of the article is to identify which groups of factors (economic, social, and spatial) significantly determine the condition and development of the sports and recreation infrastructure of the city of Poznan and shape the needs and expectations of its residents. Standardized interviews among 39 service providers and 1159 service recipients made it possible to collect primary data on the presentation of the pace and directions of changes taking place in the sports and recreational facilities of the city, paying special attention to identifying and prioritizing factors determining this development. In order to establish the hierarchy of factors analyzed in the paper and operating within the same research problem for both groups of respondents (service recipients and service providers), the Anderson-Darling test was used. The test results were referenced to the already existing “Sportowy Poznan” (“Sports Poznan”) program. The assessment made by service recipients shows that the factor having the strongest limiting effect on the use of sports and recreation services is the economic factor. In the assessment made by the respondents using their services, the efforts of city authorities to make Poznan sports clubs operate in a professional manner gained the lowest score. The results of the Anderson–Darling test show that the social factor of preparing infrastructure for the residents of the city of Poznan was the most important for the respondents, obtaining a test value of 0.886.

Methods The participants were 737 women who were living in the marginal, middle and upper areas in the city of Yazd, Iran. Data were collected using a researcher-made self-care questionnaire and Harper’s (Off Natl Stat 11:2019, 2019) Social Capital Scale. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling by SPSS and Amos v24. Results The results showed that the social capital had significant positive effects on the general self-care behavior of the participants (β = 0.56, p < 0.001). It also had significant positive effects on the self-care behavior of women living in the marginal (β = 0.58), middle (β = 0.49) and upper (β = 0.62) parts of the city (p < 0.001). Besides, the women living in the marginal parts had relatively lower levels of self-care compared to those living in the middle and upper parts of the city. The examination of the fit indices indicated that the model has a good fit (CMIN/DF = 2.087, NFI = 0.921, RMSEA = 0.027, CFI = 0.956, TLI = 0.940, GFI = 0.956, IFI = 0.957). Conclusion The findings of this study demonstrated that social capital has significant positive effects on the general self-care behavior of women. Transport systems are a major part and a key component of the city and its centre، and directly affect its planning and urban design. Integrated transport systems are considered as a fundamental reason of easy and possible accessibility of people، merchandise and others، as well as they appear distinctly in developed cities' centres، and to achieve such a targeted integration، the main bases must be provided. This study is emerged owing to the absence of a clear vision in our local studies about the integration of transport systems in the centres of large cities to achieve easy possible accessibility in a smooth and easy method، and also appropriate to the actual need for transport in a sustainable way to meet the social، economic and environmental requirements، such that many cities have developed plans to address traffic congestions in a studied approach. Therefore، the research problem is "the lack of a clear and accurate vision of the levels and ways to achieve the integration of transport systems in the centres of large cities، including the city of Baghdad". The research hypothesis is "integrating of different transport levels، contributes to build a sustainable city، and it is a guaranteed assurance to meet the immediate requirements of mobility and accessibility without compromising our communities' comfort in the future". Integration levels and their different foundations are the means to achieve integration to create easy accessibility and provide a sustainable environment by planning for the time being، and adopting sustainable systems in future plans. Thus، the importance of this research comes from the importance of transport systems and the foundations of their integration and their impact on the city planning to match the need for transport easily and in a way that promotes the social، economic and environmental aspects.

The statistical population included foreign investment companies covered by the Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act and some experts from investment licensing executive agencies in Tehran province. A total of 400 subjects were enrolled in 2014-2017. The data analysis was performed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. All foreign investment companies covered by the investment promotion and protection law were studied by sampling. In addition, a non-random sampling method was used at the experts’ level in the operating systems and executive organisations. In the present research, the Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size being 400 subjects. As a result, 550 questionnaires were distributed and completed; finally, 400 questionnaires were received and analysed in a correct and complete manner. Within the framework of the research, the parametric test (t-test) and linear regression were used for data analysis and the hypotheses due to normal distribution. After analysing the data collected from results of the respondents’ responses and based on mathematical and statistical models, the most important factors affecting foreign investment attraction were the economic factor (p<0.001) followed by the social factor (p=0.002), the administrative bureaucracy (p=0.003), cultural factor (p=0.021) and the agent of the state (p=0.031), all of which exhibited a significant relationship. Based on the results, the economic and cultural factors were the most effective parameters affecting foreign investment.
