(1) Background: Inpatient falls are a serious threat to patients’ safety and their extrinsic factors are, at present, insufficiently described. Additionally, hospital overcrowdedness is known for its malicious effects but its relation to the inpatient falls is currently underexplored. The aim of this study was to explore the distribution of falls and their extrinsic characteristics amongst a range of different clinics, and to explore the correlation and predictive ability of hospital overcrowding in relation to inpatient falls. (2) Methods: An observational, cross-sectional, registry-based study was conducted using retrospective data from an incidence registry of a hospital organization in Sweden during 2018. The registry provided data regarding the extrinsic factors of inpatient falls, including the clinics’ overcrowdedness. Simple descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis were used. (3) Results: Twelve clinics were included. A total of 870 inpatient falls were registered during 2018. Overcrowdedness and total amount of falls were positively and very strongly correlated (r = 0.875, p < 0.001). Overcrowdedness was a significant predictor of the total amount of inpatient falls (p < 0.001, α = 0.05). (4) Conclusions: The characteristics regarding inpatient falls vary among the clinics. Inpatient overcrowding might have a significant role in the prevalence of inpatient falls, but further high-evidence-level studies are required.

National problem faced by Indonesia today is the handling of the low quality of Human Resources (HR). HR issues that need attention is the issue of performance. Performance is the rate of success in carrying out the task, as well as the ability to achieve the goals set. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of individual factors, organizational factors, organizational and cultural factors on the Performance of Nurses. This study used a cross sectional study approach. The population used in this study were nurses ponkesdes Tuban and Lamongan district in accordance with the inclusion criteria as much as 55, with a sample size of 48 respondents specified research using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the individual factors (abilities and skills), organizational cultural factors and organizational factors, dependent variable is the performance of nurse ponkesdes. Instruments used in the collection of data in the form of questionnaires and performance evaluation sheet. Research analysis using simple linear regression test. Simple linear regression analysis showed variable organizational cultural factors were not statistically significant effect on the performance of the p-value (0.000), organizational factors also significantly influence the performance of the pvalue (0.027). While the variable factors of individual (skills and abilities) does not significantly influence the performance<br />of the p-value (0.103).

Women’s breast cancer (BC) in Africa is detrimental to development, given the role women play in their families and society’s well-being. Policymakers should be alerted to the effects of BC. This paper describes the income impact of breast cancer and assesses factors that influence income and productivity among women with BC. Cross-sectional data were collected using questionnaires on 200 women with clinically confirmed BC cases in Southwest Nigeria over 6 months. About sixty-one percent (61.5%) of the women with clinically confirmed BC cases were self-employed, 62% were absent at the workplace for 7 days, indicating that 31.8% suffered productivity loss at the workplace on average. Sixteen percent of women in the group were absent at the workplace for an average of 10 days, showing a 45.5% productivity loss at the workplace. Lastly, 22% of the women were absent at the workplace for more than 2 weeks on average. An increasing incidence of BC among women causes a 26.2% decrease in productivity level at the workplace. The results from simple linear regression corroborate the findings from the descriptive statistics that BC has a significant but inverse effect on women’s income and productivity. It showed that an increase in the number of confirmed cases of BC will decrease economic impact and productivity by 13.5% and 19.5%, respectively. These findings urgently call for the attention of the policymakers.

Abstract: Identification is important to the victims who have died, because identification is needed to know the person's identity. Body height can be determined using bones measurement, including metacarpal and phalanx. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of body height with hand length in the medical student of Sam Ratulangi University class of 2013. This study is an analytic descriptive study with design of cross-sectional study, and total participants of 72 students comprise of 36 male and 36 female. The samples of this study were chosen using the simple random sampling technique and were analyzed with the Pearson correlation analysis and also with the simple linear regression. The result showed a strong correlation between body heights and hand length with the value of ‘r’ in total was 0.855 in the whole subjects and 0.753 in male samples whereas in the female samples the value was 0.603. Based on the result of the simple linear regression analysis we get the formula of male body height = 15.496 + 8.398 x hand length, and the formula of female body height = 85.401 + 4.318 x hand length, and in total body heigth = 42.621 + 6.897 x hand length. Conclusion: There is a same direction and positive relationship between body height and hand length in the medical student of Sam Ratulangi University class of 2013.Keywords: identification, hand length, body height. The competitor that must be faced by the Mie Sedaap Company is that the Noodles should move aggressively to increase consumer awareness in order to increase customer growth. For this reason, this research focuses on the issue of how advertising can shape brand awareness and repurchase interest. To answer the problems that have been formulated, it is necessary to obtain data relating to the research variables. Data on advertising, brand awareness, and repurchase interest were collected from 30 respondents using a questionnaire. The collected data is then analyzed using Simple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, then In accordance with the results obtained in this study from the descriptive statistics seen from the value of F = 19,197 (p = 0,000), while advertising and interest in constant repurchase (a) obtained 0.837 results, regression coefficient (b) obtained 0.866 results , prediction of the relationship between the effect of advertising on the repurchase interest. This can be seen from the value of F = 111,807 (p = 0,000). The results of this study can be seen that respondents strongly respond positively to sadaap noodle products, and advertising is indeed very influential on the formation of brand awareness and interest in repurchasing delicious noodle products. Keywords: advertising, brand awareness, and interest in product repurchase

Abstract: Identification of a dead body is important in determining the clarity of one’s identity. Height is an important parameter in the process of identification and is one of the fields of study of physical anthropology. It is expected that the height can be determined by using the measurements of long bones, such as metatarsal bones and phalanges. This study aimed to find out the relationship between the height and foot length in the students of Faculty of Medicine University of Sam Ratulangi, Manado. This was a descriptive analytic study with cross-sectional design. Samples were selected by using systematic sampling methods. As samples, we used 74 students (registered in 2010) comprising 37 males and 37 females. Data were analyzed with a Pearson correlation analysis as well as a simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between height and foot length with the correlation coefficients (r) of 0.846 for all samples, 0.520 for male students, and 0.711 for female students. The simple linear regression analysis resulted in three formulas: male height = 112.930 + 2.361 × foot length; female height = 4.223 + 64.241 × foot length; and overall height = 4.717 + 54.729 × foot length. Conclusion: There was a strong relationship between the heights and the foot lengths of students at the Faculty of Medicine University of Sam Ratulangi University Manado. Keywords: identification, height, foot length.   Abstrak: Identifikasi ialah pemeriksaan penting dalam menentukan kejelasan identitas seseorang.
