There is a large error in the actual radar trajectory tracking process. Track initiation is the primary problem in trajectory tracking and the first step in target tracking. The current track initiation algorithms are greatly affected by heavy clutter environments, so it is necessary to propose an algorithm to solve the problem of low track initiation efficiency. This paper presents a track initiation algorithm using a residual threshold in heavy clutter environments. The falling probability of measured value and decision threshold are used to determine the correlation window. The angle limiting condition is added to establish the track association, and the residual threshold is used to further eliminate the false tracks. The initial track experiment with the trajectory data in the sea near Rizhao Port shows that the algorithm is superior to the traditional logic method and Kalman filter method in track quality. The experiment uses the AIS buffer zone to calculate track initiation probability and uses the multi-region AIS trajectory data for verification. The experimental result shows that track initiation probability with the proposed algorithm in this paper can reach 92.31%.

NAO is the first robot created by SoftBank Robotics. Famous around the world, NAO is a tremendous programming tool and he has especially become a standard in education and research. Aiming at the large error and poor stability of the humanoid robot NAO manipulator during trajectory tracking, a novel framework based on fuzzy controller reinforcement learning trajectory planning strategy is proposed. Firstly, the Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model based on the dynamic equation of the NAO right arm is established. Secondly, the design and the gain solution of the state feedback controller based on the parallel feedback compensation strategy are studied. Finally, the ideal trajectory of the motion is planned by reinforcement learning algorithm so that the end of the manipulator can track the desired trajectory and realize the valid obstacle avoidance. Simulation and experiment shows that the end of the manipulator based on this scheme has good controllability and stability and can meet the accuracy requirements of trajectory tracking accuracy, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

Biometrics is defined as identifying people by their physiological characteristic, such as iris pattern, fingerprint, and face, or by some aspects of their behavior, such as voice, signature, and gesture. Considerable attention has been drawn on these issues during the last several decades. And many biometric systems for commercial applications have been successfully developed. Recently, the vein pattern biometric becomes increasingly attractive for its uniqueness, stability, and noninvasiveness. A vein pattern is the physical distribution structure of the blood vessels underneath a person’s skin. The palm vein pattern is very ganglion and it shows a huge number of vessels. The attitude of the palm vein vessels stays in the same location for the whole life and its pattern is definitely unique. In our work, the matching filter method is proposed for the palm vein image enhancement. New palm vein features extraction methods, global feature extracted based on wavelet coefficients and locality preserving projections (WLPP), and local feature based on local binary pattern variance and locality preserving projections (LBPV_LPP) have been proposed. Finally, the nearest neighbour matching method has been proposed that verified the test palm vein images. The experimental result shows that the EER to the proposed method is 0.1378%.

To overcome the problems of structural parametric uncertainty and cable transmission model complexity, a nonlinear controller based on time-delay estimation and fuzzy self-tuning is proposed. The unknown dynamics and disturbances are estimated by time delaying the state of motion immediately before. The control gains are self-tuned by a fuzzy controller, which can reduce the errors caused by system’s uncertainties and external disturbances. Compared with the conventional Proportional-derivative (PD) and time-delay control, the result shows that the proposed control scheme based on time-delay estimation can improve the joint trajectory tracking accuracy of cable-driven robot by significantly reducing the control gains. With the PD gains self-tuned by fuzzy strategy, the mean square errors of trajectory tracking are decreased approximately by 5–20% more than the conventional time-delay control with constant gains. In addition, the experimental result shows that the proposed method has an effective inhibitory effect on dead zone in cable-driven joints. Experiment performed on position tracking control of a 2-degree-of-freedom cable-driven robot is presented to illustrate that the controller has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, model-free, strong robustness, and high tracking accuracy.

For the current situation of the large error in civil satellite positioning data resulting in the calculation of smaller mileage by the polyline method than the actual mileage, a new method of mileage statistics has been proposed in this article. First, the original trajectory data are preprocessed to eliminate data errors. Second, based on the principle of shape approximation, it is preferred to implement the quadratic B-spline curve to accurately fit the mileage trajectory curve, comparing various curve fitting methods. Then, based on the trajectory curve control point data, the mileage statistics formula is derived, and the accurate mileage statistics method for non-precision satellite positioning signals is realized. Finally, the road test is carried out by using the photoelectric non-contact five-wheel instrument and GPS equipment. The polyline method and curve fitting method are used to generate contrastive curve and calculate the mileage, respectively. Taking photoelectric five-wheel data as the accurate mileage, the error analysis is carried out. The results show that the deviation between calculated and actual mileage values is less than 1%. Therefore, this method can meet the user’s requirements for fleet management.

Taxi is an indispensable mode in the urban public transportation. Although many studies have explored the travel patterns of taxi trips, few have combined taxi and subway to reveal their intermodal relationship. To bridge the gap, this study utilized taxi’s trajectory data to investigate its relationship with subway. Considering the multifaceted relationship between taxi and subway in operation, taxi trips are categorized into three types, namely, subway-competing, subway-extending, and subway-complementing taxi trips. The characteristics of each type of taxi trips reflect the specialties and their interactions with subway. The origin/destination distributions of taxi and subway trips are compared and analyzed. Furthermore, the supply and demand of taxi within the buffer zone of each subway station are analyzed to reflect the difficulty of hailing taxis. The negative binomial regression models are used to explore the relationship between taxi trips and subway ridership. The results show that there is a significantly positive correlation between taxi trips and subway ridership.

In order to measure the concentration of arsenic atoms in nanometer regions of arsenic doped silicon, the HOLZ analysis is carried out underthe exact [011] zone axis observation. In previous papers, it is revealed that the position of two bright lines in the outer SOLZ structures on the[011] zone axis is little influenced by the crystal thickness and the background intensity caused by inelastic scattering electrons, but is sensitive to the concentration of As atoms substitutbnal for Siatomic site.As the result, it becomes possible to determine the concentration of electrically activated As atoms in silicon within an observed area by means of the simple fitting between experimental result and dynamical simulatioan. In the present work, in order to investigate the distribution of electrically activated As in silicon, the outer HOLZ analysis is applied using a nanometer sized probe of TEM equipped with a FEG.Czodiralsld-gown<100>orientated p-type Si wafers with a resistivity of 10 Ώ cm are used for the experiments.TheAs+ implantation is performed at a dose of 5.0X1015cm-2at 25keV.
