This study aims to examine the decorative types of Gorontalo karawo fabrics in aesthetic and symbolic elements. Researchers want to know as made in the research design, aspects that are present in the decoration of fabrics in aesthetic and symbolic elements. This study uses a number of related theories to get results, and as a determinant, the authors use aesthetic theory, as well as historical approaches. With this theoretical basis, the author seeks to describe the aesthetic aspects and symbolic meanings that exist in Gorontalo karawo fabric. Through the data collection of the chosen motif and provide a classification of motives, the part is used as a reference for research material. The results showed that Gorontalo filigree had an aesthetic value consisting of unity formed from the overall decorative motifs displayed, complexity formed by complexity in the manufacturing process, and intensity of seriousness in the manufacturing process or the impression displayed on the filigree motif. The aesthetic form also reflects the diversity of meanings for communication, such as the symbol of a leader with his noble instincts, a symbol of cultural cooperation, which is worth maintaining, and ideas about nature conservation. This research proves that the decoration in Gorontalo filigree cloth (karawo) does not only act as a visual value, but also as a communication of cultural meanings and social status. Of all these distinctive motifs show a relationship between humans and humans and humans with nature. The influence of culture from the Philippines is also known to have a strong influence on the emergence of the Gorontalo filigree namely manila filigree.

The article advances the idea about a drop in people interest in buying similar goods and services, especially in conditions of uncertainty, in particular corona-virus epidemic, when people care less about external things, such as their clothes for visiting public places. Today we observe the necessity in meeting aesthetic needs through different tools and artistic objects. Therefore, we can say that it is a certain return to those times, when in public places and even in the Underground you can see real works of art that were not made in a hurry, according to the principle ‘the cheaper the better', but those of full value. In spring 2021 we conducted a survey of students of the Russian Plekhanov University of Economics and the Arts College RGGU to find the role of the aesthetic (emotional, sensual) element - the art-object (in this case - a poster) - in conditions of uncertainty, i. e. COVID-19 epidemic. The findings of this research showed that aesthetic value of graphics takes a foreground, it should be connected with specialization of the trade enterprise, its historic and other factors. The author demonstrates that availability of aesthetic values can form a motivating platform for repeated visits to the store and thus shape its competitive advantage.

Animation defined as a process which giving inanimate object or images appear to be moved. Today, the technology has advanced to another level which animators using computer-generated imagery (CGI) to animate. The aim of this research is to introduce to people about the aesthetics value in character design. In animated film, it must be a character to roll as something that can successfully give the message, feeling, and mood in a situation. So, the character must have the aesthetic value through strong physical appearance based on his or her colour patterns, body language, and shapes to express them. For example, in Malaysia we have many iconic characters in animated series that succeed in portraying the aesthetics value based on what they wanted to deliver like Upin Ipin, Boboi Boi, Keluang Man and Anak-anak sidek. However, not all viewers see the difference. Thus, by making this research, it will guide them to be more intuitive and can differentiate among characters in any movies.

Abstract In recent years, the construction of urban forest parks has run into the fast lane in China. As an indispensable natural landscape resource for urban forest parks, forest landscape has been paid increasing attentions by the public, in contrast, less effort has been made in the field of aesthetic evaluation of forest landscape. Based on the theories of landscape esthetics and psychology, this paper aims to present methods for the aesthetic evaluation, and understand citizen’s aesthetic perceptions of forest landscape using Semantic Differential (SD) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methods. Moreover, further suggestions will be put forward for a better development of the forest landscape, thereby giving full play to their landscape and recreation functions. As per the findings of this paper, the vegetation element diversity (PC 1 ), the magnificent feel (PC 2 ), the nature-pastoral feel (PC 3 ) and the sense of space (PC 4 ) present the critical comprehensive indexes affecting the aesthetic values of the forest landscape. The relationship between the comprehensive indexes and the landscape aesthetic value is revealed by multiple regression analyses. PC 3 and PC 4 are found to be less influencing on aesthetic values than PC 1 and PC 2 . At last, three suggestions for the construction and protection of forest landscape are put forward. The results of this study will contribute to the preservation of the forest landscape aesthetic, and the integration of these conclusions into the sustainable development strategies of urban forest parks.

The subject of the study is the relationship between the methodology of teaching the Ukrainian language as a foreign language and phraseological material, which activates the various levels involved in mastering the linguistic base, namely motivation, memory, cognition and others. The article deals with the problem of bilingualism in Ukraine, considers the problems of teaching foreign students the Ukrainian language in terms of partial bilingual everyday communication, suggests ways to solve these problems. The classification of modern strategies used in language learning is considered. We also considered the advantages of the communicative-cognitive approach to learning the Ukrainian language. The research methodology consists of theoretical and practical principles of observation, recording and evaluation of activities in the system of teacher – students, taking into account the different conditions of linguistic and non-linguistic reality. The purpose of the study is to clarify the peculiarities of the use of phraseological units in the framework of work with foreign students, taking into account the bilingual situation in some parts of Ukraine. The article deals too with linguistic and methodological aspects of the study of phraseological units concerning with the work at the lessons of Russian as a foreign language. Phraseological units possess aesthetic value, so it is often included to the training material. The interpretation of them occurs on pretextual work level. The actual material of the article has about 50 different levels of language units, the selection of idioms was carried out in the presence of words with temporal meaning. An idiom is a linear sequence, representing the aesthetic value thanks to the meaning hidden in it. Words, in idiomatic expressions, creating a special sense, come in a variety of relationships – synonymic, antonymic, of kind and type ones etc. Inside the words can occur shifts of meanings such as metaphorical, metonymic. The syntax structure of idioms can be different from a phrase to sentences with different punctuation. Learning understanding and practical usage of Russian phraseological units lead to the development of students not only objective semantic and associative evaluation of the various acts or objects, but also to the ability to implement the same idea through units of different levels of language and speech formulas, which are composed of elements with imagery. The conclusion of the study. We have considered the classification of modern strategies used in the study of Ukrainian as a foreign language. The advantages of communicative-cognitive approach to learning the Ukrainian language are described. Practice shows that motivation and mnemonic techniques are important in learning. The phraseological layer of vocabulary is a very important culturological factor in the process of learning a foreign language. We can see further prospects of our research in a detailed consideration of all the tools of communicative-cognitive approach to the study of language as a foreign language.

Mathematics is an enigmatic and captivating idea. Mathematics can also be defined in the context of patterns. This is because mathematics contains patterns, structures, and depictions of an object that grows and is rooted in real life. The structure or pattern that is arranged systematically will produce work, objects, and even an agreement. Life mathematics and mathematics in school learning can be combined with aesthetic studies to achieve contextual learning. This study uses qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to reveal the aesthetic value and mathematical concepts of the mendong woven pattern with the songket motif. The location of this research is Babakan Cikawung Village, Margabakti Village, Cibeureum Awipari District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This study involved 3 subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through unstructured interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. Unstructured interviews were used to ask about the craft of mendong and the process of making mending weave with songket motifs. Observations or observations are made to find mathematical concepts and mathematical aesthetic values by studying the aesthetics of Thomas Aquinas' theory. The results of the research are mathematical aesthetics by examining the theory of Thomas Aquinas. Mathematical concepts such as repeating patterns 1-2-3-4 and 4-3-2-1, geometric concepts such as parallel lines, reflection, congruence, and rhombus flat shapes.

This chapter explores the interaction between the moral value and aesthetic value of food, in part by connecting it to existing discussions of the interaction between moral and aesthetic values of art. Along the way, this chapter considers food as art, the aesthetic value of food, and the role of expertise in uncovering aesthetic value. Ultimately, this chapter argues against both food autonomism (the view that food’s moral value is unconnected to its aesthetic value) and Carolyn Korsmeyer’s food moralism (the view that moral flaws can only make food aesthetically worse). Instead, it argues for the position of food immoralism: sometimes a moral flaw can make an item of food aesthetically better. This chapter concludes by drawing out broader implications of this position for discussions on the ethics of food and discussions on the interaction between the moral and aesthetic values of art.
