The rapid development of virtual and augmented reality technologies is currently taking place in almost all spheres of activity. Elements of virtual and augmented reality are used in such areas as education, medicine, transport, gaming, tourism and others. The active spread of these technologies causes the emergence of special competencies in the IT labor market and, as a result, the formation of new professions.Many Russian universities are training students in IT training areas. Specialization in the development of computer games and virtual reality applications has begun recently. The provision of practical classes is accompanied by specific tasks, which gives students the opportunity to improve the use of software and technical devices.The relevance of the research is determined by the current demand for the use of the latest technologies by IT developers in the field of creating computer games. Today, technologies that provide a player’s immersion in virtual reality are becoming more and more popular. One of these technologies is a suit with wearable sensors that track a person’s position in space in real time. However, there are quite a few real described projects in the literature and on the Internet. This study examines the process of developing a task for creating a game application using virtual reality technology: a suit with wearable sensors for teaching students.Materials and methods of research. Timely identification of the needs of the IT market in personnel training allows educational organizations to form new training programs of different levels of training. This approach makes it possible to target the educational and methodological materials being developed to use the latest achievements in the development of the field under study.Using a systematic approach, the study characterizes virtual reality suits and sensors for monitoring the position in the user’s space. Thus, the goal of the task was to ensure the immersiveness and convenience of interaction between the player and the game environment.Based on materials on software, position sensors in space, the approach of pedagogical design was applied and the procedure was formed for a practical task, reflecting the relevant competencies.Results. The study was conducted on the basis in the framework of laboratory and practical work of students, as well as at a real enterprise. Training in the new profile of the direction of training “Applied informatics” is fully equipped with all the latest technologies in this field. As a result of the work, the content of the practical task was developed.Real development of virtual and augmented reality applications is conducted jointly with students. Almost all projects used a suit with body sensors.Conclusion. Our study examines in detail the process of developing an application using a suit with wearable sensors for further training of students. Based on the results, work can be carried out on real projects for any field. Based on the research materials, it is planned to issue a textbook for students with the profile of developing computer games and virtual / augmented reality applications.

About ten years ago this author wrote the software for a suite of navigation programmes which was resident in a small hand-held computer. In the course of this work it became apparent that the standard text books of navigation were perpetuating a flawed method of calculating rhumb lines on the Earth considered as an oblate spheroid. On further investigation it became apparent that these incorrect methods were being used in programming a number of calculator/computers and satellite navigation receivers. Although the discrepancies were not large, it was disquieting to compare the results of the same rhumb line calculations from a number of such devices and find variations of some miles when the output was given, and therefore purported to be accurate, to a tenth of a mile in distance and/or a tenth of a minute of arc in position. The problem has been highlighted in the past and the references at the end of this show that a number of methods have been proposed for the amelioration of this problem. This paper summarizes formulae that the author recommends should be used for accurate solutions. Most of these may be found in standard geodetic text books, such as, but also provided are new formulae and schemes of solution which are suitable for use with computers or tables. The latter also take into account situations when a near-indeterminate solution may arise. Some examples are provided in an appendix which demonstrate the methods. The data for these problems do not refer to actual terrestrial situations but have been selected for illustrative purposes only. Practising ships' navigators will find the methods described in detail in this paper to be directly applicable to their work and also they should find ready acceptance because they are similar to current practice. In none of the references cited at the end of this paper has the practical task of calculating, using either a computer or tabular techniques, been addressed.

Hugh Clegg’s riposte to the 1977 Bullock Report on Industrial Democracy was one of seven papers published from a conference on the subject in April that year. His contribution has to be seen against his long-standing views (expressed, for example, in 1951 and 1960) on industrial democracy which he saw in practical terms as free trade unions conducting collective bargaining. On the Donovan Commission (1965-68), he supported the majority opposition to recommending even voluntary schemes for worker directors. In 1977 he regarded worker directors as irrelevant to the urgent, practical task of reforming British industrial relations. For Clegg, continental versions of industrial democracy worked where there was already a successful prior industrial relations system, developed through workplace and industry institutional practices over decades. One new, top-level initiative could not create that.

As persons, beings with a capacity for autonomy, we face a certain practical task in living out our lives. At any given period we find ourselves with many desires or preferences, yet we have limited resources, and so we cannot satisfy them all. Our limited resources include insufficient economic means, of course; few of us have either the funds or the material provisions to obtain or pursue all that we might like. More significantly, though, we are limited to a single life and one of finite duration. We also age, and pursuits that were possible at earlier points within a life may become impossible at later stages; we thus encounter not only an ultimate time limit but episodic limits as well. Because we must live our lives with limited resources—material and temporal—we are pressed to choose among and to order our preferences. Without some selection and ordering, few if any of them would be satisfied, and we would be unable to live lives that are recognizably good at all. Moreover, we would be unable to function well as the autonomous beings that we are. Our practical task then is to form a coherent, stable, and attractive ordering of aims—to develop a conception of our good.

Taking into account the existing demand for chromium concentrates, the extraction of chromium from technogenic formations of sludge storages of the tailings of chromium ore beneficiation is an important practical task. The comprehensive utilization of beneficiation sludge will increase the profitability of production and solve the environmental problems of the region. The importance of solving the problem of involving in processing tailings is connected not only with the environment but also with the need to increase the production of chromium. Modern gravity enrichment technologies make it possible to efficiently produce chromium concentrates from large and medium fractions of chromite-containing ores, while finely divided sludge is practically not extracted due to the difficulty of separating complex minerals into concentrates and waste rock. This paper presents the results of studies on the gravity processing of tailings. The technology includes the enrichment of the fine fraction-0.2+0 mm of tailings of the dressing plant of chromite-containing ores by gravity methods using a KNELSON centrifugal separator. In technology, the efficiency of the operation of gravity enrichment is provided by the preliminary activation of the fine fraction in a solution of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). With gravitational enrichment, the total chromite concentrate was obtained containing 51.3% Cr2O3. The output of concentrate was 41.7%. The extraction of Cr2O3 in the concentrate was 68.1%.

In the article is show the results of experimental research of process acceptance and realization by a psychologist the education-professional problem, what is embedded in professional-practical task. Was proposed the psychological model of its process, the basic component of it is: the demands in the self-changing, motivational-target formation «desire for self-improvement», the problematization of  available forms and means of professional activity, the ability to the solving of new educational-professional tasks. Was showed that the formulation of the specific perceived education-professional problem is doing when the personality desire to the self-development is available. Just because of it skills and abilities takes some practical direction – to the realization of the aim. Was substantiated that the solving of professional-practical task which was formed in professional life is not realize without the access to the educational space.  That’s why the professional self-development is realizing in the context  of self-education, what becomes a tool of the self-development. Are outlined the main types of professional development of practical psychologists (follow the criteria of the presence of a desire for self-improvement): «adaptive» – the subject is ready to set the teaching and educational tasks which are «into» the professional function and direction to the improve of the existing competencies; «active» – the specialist  set the teaching and educational tasks which aimed to expansion of competencies which are formed and used; «protective» – declaration of intention to work with itself, the teaching and educational tasks are not setting; «passive» – the person declarates the absence of desire to work for self-improvement. The behavior of professional within other types of professional development can have a positive or negative influence to professional activity.

Modules relating to engineering disciplines mostly comprise laboratory hands on practical in order to demonstrate the application of theory in practice. Guided sheet is usually followed by the instructor while carrying out the practical and students are allowed to work as a team by following the instructions. Since it is a common practice in almost all engineering laboratories, students’ learning was investigated using two soil experiments in civil engineering technological programme in 2018. Interviews were conducted to search what students learn from the practical by recalling learned materials from sample of students after completion of the practical and the method adopted by the instructors were collected through the questionnaire. Analysis based on recalling learning showed that students remember observable aspects of practical task such as identification of apparatus and the testing procedure within one year but it does not assist them to learn theory and calculations though it has been totally covered during the practical lesson. It is noted that students highly involved in doing practical in laboratory rather than attending theory and calculation. Students’ active involvement in learning before the commencement of practical with the assistance of the instructor, observing physical outcomes while doing and searching additional information at the end through internet have showed better results. Preset process is found partially effective and learning on theory and calculation need to be improved to make the process success. This paper is devoted to the investigation of environmental, social and governance investment (investment with ESG criterion) normative base in the context of standardization process in sustainable economy financing. Complexity of such standardization and the lack of commonly accepted regulations, indexes metrics are under discussions of scholars, which encourage the need for clear guidance in ESG investment. 651 sustainability rating products and more than 300 investment policy instruments in different countries show the need for classifying the ESG standards. The solution of this scientific and practical task is based on the developed ESG investment standards system classifications. Proposed classification incorporates such criteria as level of standards adoption, mandatory degree, sectorial specificity, degree of companies’ awareness of responsible activity, ensuring transparency and the benchmarks formation, creating the institutional support of the ESG investment standardization process in sustainable economy and making more grounded investment and regulatory decisions.
