There are over 300 high schools in the Republic of Moldova, most of which do not have 10-12th parallel classes, many of which also lead to the lack of qualified teachers in some subjects, which has a negative impact on the quality of students education. The optimization of the high school network can be achieved by keeping only about 100 of their existing number, planning them in new type institutions: district high-schools, boarding schools and mixed high schools of both these categories.

The article presents some research approaches to the fairy-tale folklore of Bulgarians from the Republic of Moldova. According to the author, the fairy-tales texts of Bulgarians from the Republic of Moldova, their semantic, symbolic, and structural features should be researched as a local (regional) variant of Bulgarian folklore. Identification of ethnocultural markers in the fairy-tales of local Bulgarians on some different levels (such as on the subject, ethno-social and spiritual (church-religious) level) will allow to identify some peculiarities in the adaptation process of Bulgarians that migrated to a new ethnocultural zone, as well as to identify the level of preservation of basic ethnic mentality under the conditions of new “mental environment”. Thus, the study of regional ethnic culture is an interdisciplinary research, which allows discovering how localization in time and space affects ethnic culture, in general, and oral folk art, in particular.

Phacelia tanacetifolia Benth., which is a species with high potential as forage and honey plant, served as the subject of a new study. The species is characterized by short growing season, staggered and long flowering period (about 55 days depending on the climatic conditions and the date when it was sown). Under laboratory conditions, the germination capacity of the seeds is 84-92 %. The climatic conditions of the Republic of Moldova allow P. tanacetifolia plants to complete the whole ontogenetic development cycle – they bloom, bear fruit and produce viable seeds.

Problems of appointing and conducting forensic examination and using their results in the process of criminal offences investigation occupy an important place in the criminal proceedings and expert activities. A separate category among all these problems is perfection of theoretical basis offorensic examination, namely the definition of a subject and tasks offorensic examination in general and its separate types in particular. One of these is the forensic autotechnical examination, as one of the main expertise scheduled when investigating crimes against traffic safety and transport operation. In the practical aspect in the subject of forensic examination we distinguish procedural and gnoseological sides. The procedural side ofa subject of forensic examination is expressed in a circle of circumstances, which are established by means of special knowledge and are the elements of proofs system. The gnoseological side of a subject of forensic examination is expressed in that the object of cognition at practical expert research are properties of expertise object, its sides and mutual relations which are defined during the given research. On the basis of scientific literature and normative-legal acts analysis the subject and tasks of forensic examination are investigated. A subject and tasks of forensic autotechnical expertise are defined. It’s noticed that in the practical aspect the subject of a forensic examination is considered in wide and narrow senses, as a kind (type) subject of autotechnical examination in general, and a subject of a concrete autotechnical examination in concrete criminal proceedings. It’s specified that depending on it the autotechnical examination tasks are divided on general and concrete. It’s proved that the subject and tasks of a concrete autotechnical examination may coincide on volume with the general or to be them yet however they should not be beyond the general.

The article considers the problems of formation of forensic examination theory with a view to the processes that currently take place in the Republic of Belarus (creation of unified expert institution, reform of legal regulation, changes in practical activities). The main obstacles to  the development of  a  theoretical model of  the forensic examination are outlined by  the author. Several approaches to the understanding of forensic activities are analysed, including the general theory of forensic examination and its particular theories. It is argued that the approach to the formation of the system of particular theories on the basis of examinations’ classification is  imperfect due to  the lack of  a  uniform criterion. Various authors’ concepts which present particular theories and other structural elements do not completely meet the requirements for consistency. As a consequence of this, the construction of the existing classifications is based on the generalisation of practice. As a result the appearance of new types of forensic examinations requires reclassification of particular theories. This construction of the system’s sections is not practicable, and the shortcomings outlined are caused by  the lack of  a  holistic perception of forensic activities. An approach to structuring forensic activities is elaborated and proposed by the author. It can serve as a means of solving the problems of systematisation of sections and particular theories in the structure of forensic examination theory.

Background: Teaching in schools has been defined as the profession with the most diverse risk factors that affect health. With almost 48000 people currently working in educational institutions, teachers make up the largest occupational group in the Republic of Moldova. Material and methods: The study involved 519 teachers from pre-university educational institutions. For the self-assessment of the health status, a questionnaire was created which was applied online. The subjective assessment was performed by researching the entries in the medical cards. Results: The majority of respondents were women (91.4%), with a mean age of 45.6±7.5 years and a working experience of 22.9±3.2 years. In 75.7% of them health is satisfactory, only 3% have serious health problems and would require hospitalization. In 35.8% of cases, the presence of chronic diseases is registered, their top being led by diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (33.8%), the cardiovascular system (29.2%) and endocrine (27.2%). The most common risk factors mentioned were: high levels of stress (53.5%); increased number of tasks (23.4%); lack of support from family and colleagues (22.9%). Conclusions: The health of teachers is influenced by a variety of risk factors. There were no correlations between the type of institution and the subject taught, which highlights the importance of studying the influence of factors in the occupational environment and the development of prevention measures.

In connection with the establishment of a new type of troops in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland – the Territorial Defense Force (TDF, Polish abbrev. WOT), the author has decided to approximate the issue of their training. He brought closer the guidelines regarding the organizational structures of the Territorial Defense Force and the selec-tion of commanders and lecturers, the requirements that training and educational work should meet, as well as the theoretical-cognitive and methodological solutions and the reasons for their application. When answering the above questions, the author addressed only some issues in this field, in a condensed form that is necessary for the preparation and implementation of the training and educational process in the di-dactic system of the Territorial Defense Force. The purposeful and well thought narrowing of the subject matter by the author does not neces-sarily mean abandoning the cognitive ambitions of creating the TDF in the context of military and social reality.

Valuation of objects of intellectual property can be important when considering civil disputes, criminal cases of copyright and related rights infringements, criminal bankruptcies, cases of administrative offenses (violations of copyright and related rights, inventor’s and patent rights). At present, there is no generally accepted and accessible methodology of forensic valuation of intellectual property items. The main aspects of the forensic valuation of intellectual property are reviewed. It is shown that when assessing the value of intellectual property special knowledge should be applied in the field of forensic merchandising expertise, forensic economics, as well as other kinds and types of forensic expertise according to the characteristics of the intellectual property in question: forensic trace evidence analysis, computer forensics, forensic linguistics, forensic materials analysis, etc. It is necessary to develop and implement a new type of forensic examination in the forensic institutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation - forensic examination of intellectual property which will also include the value assessment of such objects.
