PT DCM (Dadali Citra Mandiri) is manufacturing business which is active in service of telecommunications and construction. Research done at Staff Purchasing, concerning Information System of Accountancy of Raw Material Purchasing. System which walk in company not yet computerized full, and informsai yielded by not yet as according to accountancy standard going into effect in Indonesia. Writer take the title " Design Information System of Accountancy Purchasing Raw Material At PT. Dadali Citra Mandiri Bandung".        Desain Research which writer use is descriptive desain research and also desain research with the data of primary and sekunder, research type used is academic research, data type used is data qualitative and quantitative data, research method used is descriptive research method, and research method with an eye to evaluatif, technique of data collecting used is field study and book study, method of system development used is methodologies orienting at output, process and data. Structure of system development used by is Waterfall. System development of Information used is context diagram, data flow diagram, and flowchart.        Design Information System of Accountancy Purchasing Raw Material done for make system better, yielded information as according to accounting standard like Receivable card, aging receivable, and receivable report, and especial report like income statement and balance sheet.

<p><em>SAK EMKM</em><em> is the</em><em> financial</em><em> accounting standard</em><em>s</em><em> for an entity that </em><em>classified as MSMEs and to</em><em> facilitate business </em><em>owners</em><em> to pre</em><em>pare</em><em> financial </em><em>statement</em><em>s</em><em>. One of the MSMEs is the Body Gym Fitness Center located in Sawojajar of Malang City is still recording transactions in the form of daily reports and monthly reports. The solution that is expected in the preparation of financial statements is the existence of software that allows MSMEs owners to compile financial statements even if they do not understand accounting. </em><em>The research method used is</em><em> descriptive</em><em> qualitative</em><em>. </em><em>The research site is the Body Gym Fitness Center addressed at </em><em>H7/D27 Danau Jonge Street</em><em>, Sawojajar, Malang.</em><em> Research subjects are the manager and cashier of the fitness center. Observations, interviews, and documentations are used as data collection techniques. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are used as data analysis methods.The results of this research are: income statement and balance sheet statement. Notes on financial statements are still compiled in manual way. There are two obstacles faced by the Body Gym Fitness Center to compile the financial statements: a) lack of understanding on financial Reporting, b) the absence of human resources who able to compile financial statements according to SAK EMKM.</em><em></em></p><p> </p>

Exports and imports are driving the nation's economy and state revenue sources. Customs as a state agency is assigned to manage the country's income. Customs and its staff are still experiencing difficulties in reporting receipt of export and import of plant or company. One of the policy is issued, each factory or company shall make the information system to determine information about the export of finished goods and raw material imports. The problem is the lack of standardization in the information that must be made by the manufacturer or company. This study makes the design of information systems based on web-based exports and imports that can be used by all factories or companies in Indonesia, particularly in PT.Windu Eka. The design method used is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Analysis, Design and Testing Prototype. This information system consists of web-based software with PHP programming and MySQL database that aims to provide information online, so the reports more accessible and faster made to be reported to Customs.

Problems that occur is a recording system that is still done manually so in the execution of recording to the financial statements do relatively long because it susceptible to errors in recording data. So that the problems that occur can be minimized, the authors take the title research “Accounting Information System Design Actual Budgeting on Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Jawa Barat by Using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and MySQL Database Server”. The type of research use an academic research, the types of data use the qualitative data, the type of study design use descriptive, surveys, and primary secondary data, survey research method, data collection techniques use is a field research, consisting of interviews, system development method use process-oriented methodology, data and output. The structure of the development of the system use was iterations. Information system use context diagram, data flow diagrams, and flowcharts.

Abstrak I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan adalah  Perusahaan jasa cuci kendaraan sepeda motor dan mobil yang beralamat di Kp. Padurenan RT. 11 RW 2 Cibinong – Bogor. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan belum memanfaatkan teknologi sistem informasi untuk medukung pengolahan data jasa cuci kendaraannya. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan masih memanfaatkan kertas untuk mencatat data pelanggan serta membuat nota transaksi yang akan menggunakan jasa cuci kendaraan di I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan. sehingga data dapat rusak, hilang, dan keamanan tidak terjamin. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pada penelitin ini dirancangan Sistem Informasi Kasir di I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan cara analisis atau melakukan pendekatan investigasi karena biasanya peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara bertatap muka langsung dan berinteraksi langsung dengan orang-orang ditempat penelitian. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang di gunakan menggunakan metode prototyping.   Kata Kunci : sistem, informasi, kasir,  sistem informasi, sistem informasi kasir   Abstract I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan is a motorcycle and car wash service company located in Kp. Padurenan RT. 11 RW 2 Cibinong - Bogor. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan has not utilized information system technology to support the processing of Cuci Kendaraanservices data. I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan still uses paper to record customer data and making transaction notes that will use the Cuci Kendaraan services at I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan. So that often causes problems between the calculation errors, the length of time in preparing reports, and data loss. To overcome this problem in this final project designed by the Cashier Information System at I-Wash Cuci Kendaraan uses the research method used in this design is a qualitative research method that uses an analysis or research approach because researchers usually collect data in a face-to-face manner and can be relied on directly with the people in the research place. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, the need for fast and accurate information is needed by every company. To manage information requires good and sophisticated technology. The technology needed is not only in the form of hardware (Hardware) and also in the form of software (Software), but has great value for those who use it. One of the support to make it happen is to process company data using a computerized system. In this research method, the method used is the waterfall method as a pattern of system development. until now has not been computerized, while the information system is very supportive and provides satisfying services for customers. For this reason the author discusses the design of a sales information system at the Sono Snack Shop with a program that facilitates the shop. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this store, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this store.

ABSTRAKSI Pengembangan Sistem Informasi  Nilai Raport pada SMP Negeri 12 Surakarta. merupakan suatu sistem yang memberikan  informasi tentang Nilai Raport yang cepat dan akurat berbasis web lokal, sehingga membantu kecepatan  dan kualitas  dalam penyampaian  informasi. menu hanya  dapat  diakses  oleh  user  tertentu yaitu, Guru atau walikelas dan administrator.Pada hasil penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Nilai Raport pada SMP Negeri 12 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Wawancara , Pengamatan (observasi), Studi pustaka, Pengumpulan data, Tahap analisa, Rancangan sistem, Pembuatan program, Uji coba, Tahap Uji Implementasi. Dimana  dalam  membangun sistem  ini  digunakan alat bantu pengembangan sistem yaitu Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)dan  Flowchart  serta  dengan  menggunakan  bahasa  pemrograman  PHP  dan HTML  dan  MySQL  sebagai databasenya Sistem informasi sekolah berbasis web lokal ini dirancang sebagai solusi bagi pihak SMP Negeri 12 Surakarta, untuk Pengelolaan nilai raport, mulai dari mengentri, menyimpan, mengolah, dan mencetak nilai rapor.     Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, PHP, HTML.    ABSTRACT Development of Report Card Value Information Systems at Surakarta State Middle School 12. is a system that provides information about report cards that are fast and accurate based on local web, thus helping speed and quality in delivering information. the menu can only be accessed by certain users, namely, teacher and administrator.The results of this study have developed a Report Card Value Information System at Surakarta State Middle School 12. The main business of printing books, banners, brochures, and others is an affiliated company or not a group's subsidiary, but purely a company that operates independently. In this modern era today, information technology had become a thing where the society have to be cultivated. The development of information technology was currently running very fast and played an important role in various ways. Computers were one of the important parts in improving information technology. This research aimed to design a tool to be able to assist students in obtaining information in an accurate and effective manner. The design of this information system used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method which was a common methodology in system development and design. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) had six phases, are namely: identification, initiation and project design, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. The design carried out were the design and normalization of the database, Entity Relations Diagram (ERD), and system design.
