The implementation of the tasks of evaluating historical financial information, the control or audit of business activities are based primarily on professional judgments about the object of study of a professional accountant or auditor. Their findings are drawn on the review of documents, the use of audit evidence, risk assessment, etc. There is always a probability (and rather high) that professional judgment will be based on incomplete information (since the dynamics of information changes is extremely high today), on the misstatements (since it is impossible to trace all the changes in knowledge related to the object of study), regardless of the quality of the performance of these individuals. In addition, the auditor often takes subjective decisions (for example, when choosing individual elements for the assessment from the general population), which also affects the degree of objectivity of his assessments. Artificial intelligence is the tool that could handle the entire set of knowledge, track all changes in the significant and important information, as well as in the insignificant and unimportant (which, however, also has an effect on the object of analysis). It does not have a work schedule or other restrictions on the time of work, so the comparison and analysis of information can be carried out around the clock, and the speed of data processing is determined by the processing power of the information systems, on which it operates, and is stably high. In this case, the artificial intelligence is ready to perform the tasks non-stop in real time till receiving the command of the termination of the process. This article proposes a methodology for the artificial intelligence use in the control systems of economic activity, reflects the artificial intelligence concept in the control systems of economic activity, indicates the goals, principles, tasks and its functions when checking an object.

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies promise to transform how professionals conduct knowledge work by augmenting their capabilities for making professional judgments. We know little, however, about how human-AI augmentation takes place in practice. Yet, gaining this understanding is particularly important when professionals use AI tools to form judgments on critical decisions. We conducted an in-depth field study in a major U.S. hospital where AI tools were used in three departments by diagnostic radiologists making breast cancer, lung cancer, and bone age determinations. The study illustrates the hindering effects of opacity that professionals experienced when using AI tools and explores how these professionals grappled with it in practice. In all three departments, this opacity resulted in professionals experiencing increased uncertainty because AI tool results often diverged from their initial judgment without providing underlying reasoning. Only in one department (of the three) did professionals consistently incorporate AI results into their final judgments, achieving what we call engaged augmentation. These professionals invested in AI interrogation practices—practices enacted by human experts to relate their own knowledge claims to AI knowledge claims. Professionals in the other two departments did not enact such practices and did not incorporate AI inputs into their final decisions, which we call unengaged “augmentation.” Our study unpacks the challenges involved in augmenting professional judgment with powerful, yet opaque, technologies and contributes to literature on AI adoption in knowledge work.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

The priority in improving the existing methods of processing fish is salting with the use of food additives with different functional orientations. The aim of the study was the development of preserves with the introduction of lactate-containing additives and using sonochemical technologies; examination of the quality of the products obtained according to organoleptic and microbiological safety indicators. The article proposes a resource-saving technology for the production of fish products with prolonged shelf life due to the use of a complex food additive consisting of lactic, acetic, propionic acids and their salts in different proportions with subsequent ultrasonic treatment using the ultrasonic generator of the Wave series model UZTA-0 2/22-OM. There was established the optimal mode of using the ultrasonic processing power of 75 W / m2 in the manufacture of fish preserves from herring. Organoleptic and microbiological quality indicators were studied during storage of preserved products with the addition of additives and ultrasonic treatment compared to the control. Organoleptic assessment was carried out on a five-point scale, microbiological indicators were studied by standard methods. The Dilactin Forte Plus dietary supplement in the composition of preserves in the amount of 3% and in combination with the use of sonochemical technologies makes it possible to obtain a safe high-quality fish product. Manufactured preserves at a storage temperature of 0 ± 2 ° C can maintain their high quality for 5 months.

In this paper we describe eBird, a citizen-science project that takes advantage of the human observational capacity to identify birds to species, which is then used to accurately represent patterns of bird occurrences across broad spatial and temporal extents. eBird employs artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning to improve data quality by taking advantage of the synergies between human computation and mechanical computation. We call this a Human-Computer Learning Network, whose core is an active learning feedback loop between humans and machines that dramatically improves the quality of both, and thereby continually improves the effectiveness of the network as a whole. In this paper we explore how Human-Computer Learning Networks can leverage the contributions of a broad recruitment of human observers and processes their contributed data with Artificial Intelligence algorithms leading to a computational power that far exceeds the sum of the individual parts.

Curriculum is the basis of vocational training, its development level and teaching efficiency determine the realization of vocational training objectives, as well as the quality and level of major vocational academic training. Therefore, the development of curriculum is an important issue. And affect the school’s teaching capacity building. The analysis of the latest developments in the main courses shows that there are some deviations or irrationalities in the curriculum in some colleges and universities, and the general problems of understanding the latest courses, such as lack of solid foundation in curriculum setting, unclear direction of objectives, unclear reform ideas, inadequate and systematic construction measures, lack of attention to the quality of education. This paper explains the rules for the establishment of first-level courses, clarifies the ideas and priorities of architecture, and explores strategies for building university-level courses using knowledge of artificial intelligence and neural network algorithms in order to gain experience from them.
