The purpose of the article is to develop an approach to quality forecasting of industrial enterprises. This article intends to understand how to take into account in predicting relationship, behavior and interaction of economic agents that affect the efficiency of the enterprise. The result of the work is a reflexive approach to forecasting the development of an industrial enterprise, which focuses on prediction considering the complex interaction of economic agents in industrial activities as subjects of reflection with appropriate ranks. The approach based on the proposed model, which taking into account the reflective relationships between the industrial enterprise system and the components of the external environment, in which the industrial enterprise and other economic agents (or groups of economic agents) are considered as systems and trajectories. Depending on the trajectories of the components of the environment can be predicted development of industrial enterprises and management measures developed for correction. As components of the external environment, the trajectories of which must be taken into account when reflexively forecasting the development of an industrial enterprise are offered: the market of raw materials; groups of competitors; consumer groups; supplier groups; financial market; labor market. The model of taking into account the reflective connections between the system of the industrial enterprise and the components of the external environment is implemented in the PowerSim simulation package.

The most important characteristic of the economic activity of an industrial enterprise is the level of its financial standing. The higher this level, the more attractive is the company for shareholders, banks, service, raw materials and components buyers and suppliers, the more competitive its products are. In recent years, we have seen an unfavorable business climate both in Russia and around the world, which, on the one hand, forces some companies to cut costs or completely withdraw from the market, and on the other, it fosters companies’ attention to creative function, and not only in relation to the products being created, but also to the enterprise management model, the distribution and use of resources. In this connection, the possibility of using sourcing’s technologies in the issue of improving the financial stability of an industrial enterprise through the restructuring of its distribution model and the use of resources is of interest. To achieve this goal, we have used the sourcing’s maneuver model "higher utilization of production areas by providing outsourcing services". The development of proposals for improving the financial standing of the enterprise was carried out through the application of the "direct-hosting" system. In the present work, the authors developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through the application of the sourcing’s maneuver model. The results of this work can be useful for further scientific research in the field of economy of sourcing and development of the "direct-hosting" system. They can also be useful for managers of financial and economic units of large industrial enterprises. The developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through sorsing maneuver suggest the prospect of further scientific work in the field of forming methodological approaches for making managerial decisions.

The article carries out a study on the theoretical-methodical principles of the efficient and timely identification and interrelation of the influence of destabilizing factors on the economic security of an industrial enterprise. It is identified that the influence of destabilizing factors on the activities of the industrial enterprise in a market competitive environment requires an immediate reaction of the top management of the economic entity in question. It is defined that the continuity and systematicity of the functional process of economic security causes the need to both take into account and identify the influence of destabilizing factors on the part of the internal and external environment, as well as the use of opportunities created by this environment to minimize the aforementioned influence on the business activities of the industrial enterprise. The analysis of the materials of basic researches on the conceptual foundations of the essence of categories of «economic security», «challenges», «threats», «risks» and «dangers» is carried out, their generalized authors’ definitions are provided. It is proved that destabilizing factors (challenges, threats, risks and dangers) co-exist in close interconnection and have a clear hierarchical positioning. The consequences of the influence of destabilizing factors on the economic security of the industrial enterprise are researched. A scheme of functioning of the system of influence of destabilizing factors on the economic security of the industrial enterprise is constructed, it is identified that studying the interconnected functioning of this system contributes not only to timely identification of factors, but also to the forecasting and development of a comprehensive strategy to protect the industrial enterprise from uncertainty and the threats of the internal and external environment. A timely response and prevention of challenges, threats and risks will help to prevent the occurrence of danger and development of a crisis status of the enterprise. Speaking of the practical meaning, the obtained results can constitute a theoretical-methodical basis for further research of the problems of ensuring economic security of the industrial enterprises in Ukraine.

In modern business conditions, partnership is becoming a new vector for addressing knowledge-intensive production tasks in Russian industrial enterprises. Partnerships enables enterprises to adjust to changes in the external environment more effectively. The article aims at describing the methodological approach that would allow to formulate the principles of competitive immunity management of an industrial enterprise. Such principles should be based on establishing partnerships with other enterprises and on expanding the possibilities to increase the enterprise’s adaptability by combining its resources with those of partner enterprises. It is proposed to address this task by creating a coordination board comprising representatives of partner enterprises to manage interactions between the companies. Thus, the proposed mechanism for managing an industrial enterprise’s competitive immunity ensures partnership development and enhances this enterprise’s adaptability and overall performance.

This fosters effective economic and noneconomic accelerated growth through enhanced management performance and achievement of tactical and strategic goals. The theoretical implications of the study by help of structural decomposition analysis contribute to better understanding of the concept of adaptive-oriented enterprise management system based on innovation which is a crucial element in the theoretical and methodological paradigm as well as a framework for developing a methodological toolkit to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of managing transformations of enterprises as integrated business and economic systems. It is concluded that theoretical provisions related to adaptive-oriented enterprise management system based on innovation should be complemented by setting their implementation goals, specifying their functions and outcomes, together with developing and adapting methodological approaches to perform analysis and evaluation. In terms of methodology, the study is based on the operational theory of risk management, and also uses tools to describe the organizational culture of risk management. Pragmatic and cultural differences in the characteristics of economic risk are identified at the level of stable forms of management activity with the involvement of the main provisions of the operational theory of risk management. The phenomenon of risk is considered in the ontological space as an artificial category of activity of industrial enterprises and other economic agents that form a socio-economic ecosystem. This phenomenon is studied as a specific form of social communication associated with the desire to assess the uncertain future in the present time, mainly from the point of view of analysis and management of the level of economic risk in the enterprise.
