This study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study.

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.</em>

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. In financial statement audits, a good auditor's performance is the main key to the success of the results of auditing the financial statements. Some possible causes of auditor performance weakness are because there are still auditors who can be influenced in making auditor judgment, there are weaknesses of auditors in applying the principles of professional ethics, and the auditor's personal attachment to his employer. This study was conducted at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Board. This research aims to find out how much auditor judgment, the application of professional ethics, and employee engagement of an auditor influences the auditor's performance. Data were collected using a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The number of respondents in this study is 86 respondents, but respondent data that can be processed is 84 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that auditor judgment, professional ethics, and employee engagement partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on auditor performance. Dalam melaksanakan pemeriksaan laporan keuangan, kinerja auditor yang baik menjadi kunci utama suksesnya hasil pemeriksaan laporan keuangan tersebut. Beberapa kemungkinan penyebab kelemahan kinerja auditor karena masih terdapat auditor yang bisa dipengaruhi dalam pembuatan auditor judgement, terdapat kelemahan auditor dalam menerapkan prinsip etika profesi, dan lemahnya keterikatan pribadi auditor tersebut dengan pemberi kerjanya. Studi ini  dilakukan pada Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui seberapa besar auditor judgement, penerapan etika profesi, dan employee engagement seorang auditor berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor tersebut. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, namun data responden yang dapat diolah adalah 84 kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa auditor judgement, etika profesi, dan employee engagement secara parsial dan bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. Purchasing decisions made by consumers in Tauko Medan have decreased, this can be seen in the number of sales in Tauko Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of e-commerce, product prices and product design on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research were 399 people of Tauko Medan customers who had made  online purchases. The number of research samples were 80 people. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis and statistical analysis of multiple linear regression. Research results showed that simultaneously e-commerce, product prices and product design have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Partially e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Likewise, the price of products partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Partially product design had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan. Of the three variables e-commerce was dominant in influencing purchasing decisions in Tauko Medan.
