In financial statement audits, a good auditor's performance is the main key to the success of the results of auditing the financial statements. Some possible causes of auditor performance weakness are because there are still auditors who can be influenced in making auditor judgment, there are weaknesses of auditors in applying the principles of professional ethics, and the auditor's personal attachment to his employer. This study was conducted at the Indonesian Supreme Audit Board. This research aims to find out how much auditor judgment, the application of professional ethics, and employee engagement of an auditor influences the auditor's performance. Data were collected using a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The number of respondents in this study is 86 respondents, but respondent data that can be processed is 84 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that auditor judgment, professional ethics, and employee engagement partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on auditor performance.

This research is interested to prove the perception of the students of economics faculty regarding the tax evasion, where these students have received taxation class and practice. This study uses questionnaires to obtain students perception data, and use purposive sampling in obtaining sample research. Data analysis technique used is multiple-linear regression. The result of research shows that only discrimination variables affect the tax evasion based on the perception of the students of economics faculty, while the variables of justice, taxation system and understanding of taxation do not affect tax evasion based on the perception of the students of Economics Faculty, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya University.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that  effect the revenue margin murabaha in Bank Syariah Mandiri as well as to identify factors that significantly influence the revenue margin murabaha. Data analysis technique used is using multiple linear regression. The population used in this study the financial statements of Bank Syariah Mandiri. Sampling with saturated sampling method. This study using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16. The results using the F test showed that simultaneous independent variable profitability, third party funds, the overhead, the BI rate and the inflation effect on revenue margin murabaha. Partial results obtained using the t test profitability, third party funds, overhead, BI rate effect on revenue margin murabaha. This is evidenced by a smaller significance level of 0.05 is the profitability of 0.006, third party funds 0.049, 0.049 overhead costs, BI rate 0.003. While inflation variable does not effect the revenue margin murabaha with significance of 0.642 is greater than0.05. Adjust R square the value for 0.424 indicate that revenue murabaha margin can be explained by any study variable, while the rest is explained by other factors that are not included in the study.

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial statement presentation and accessibility to transparency and accountability in government financial management goverment Talaud Islands.Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression, descriptive statistics test, test validity and reliability testing, test assumptions of classical, hypothesis testing  ( F test and t test ) , the coefficient of determination  ( R ² ) . To complete the overall data analysis used SPSS 20.0 software. The results show the financial statement presentation and accessibility significantly affect the transparency and accountability of financial management. It can be seen from the equation Y = 5,425 + + 0.579X1 0.094X2. Of multiple linear regression equation shows that the financial statement presentation and accessibility positive effect on transparency and accountability in the management of the financial statements. The correlation coefficient  ( R )  obtained for 65.3% and the coeffi cient of determination  ( R ² )  of 42.7% and the remaining 57.3% or other variables not examined in this study. Results of hypothesis testing  ( F test )  showed a significance value of 0.000 at the significant level α = 0.05 level test results mean F states H0 rejected Ha accepted. And  ( t test )  showed for the variable X1  ( Regions Financial Statements )  significant value for 0000 with a significant level of α = 0.05 then H0 is rejected means-Ha is accepted, it means the area of financial statement presentation variables significantly affect the transparency and accountability of financial management. For the variable X2  ( Aksesibilitan Regional Financial Statements )  significant value of 0.526 with a significant level of α = 0.05 then H0 is accepted means Ha rejected, meaning that the variable with Regional Financial Statements do not significantly affect the Transparency and Accountability of Financial Management.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.
