The research subjects were 105 students from the Faculty of Economics, Law, Politics and Psychology, Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis using the help of the Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21.0 for windows program. The results showed that there was a significant influence between gratitude and forgiveness on quality with an F value of 15.302 and p of 0.000 which had an effect contribution value (R2) of 23.3 percent. There is a significant positive effect between thanksgiving on quality of life with a beta value of 0.402, t count of 3.556 and p of 0.001. There is a significant positive effect between forgiveness on quality of life with a beta value of 0.181, t count of 2.034 and p of 0.045.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who used services in Pandean Lamper Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City, amounting to 741 people (Data for April-May 2016). While the samples taken were 88 people. Sampling uses stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: There is a significant positive effect between the quality of service on community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between trust in community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between commitment to community satisfaction. There is a significant influence between service quality, trust and commitment to community satisfaction

ABSTRAKSumatera Barat telah dinobatkan sebagai destinasi wisata halal terbaik di dunia karena memiliki halal destination attributes yang sangat ramah terhadap wisatawan Muslim. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana pengaruh halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat terhadap experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diuji dengan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap experience quality wisatawan Muslim dan destination satisfaction. Kemudian, ditemukan juga pengaruh positif signifikan antara experience quality terhadap destination satisfaction. Dengan mengoptimalkan halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat, maka akan meningkatkan experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim yang berkunjung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Muslim ke Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci: Destinasi Wisata Halal, Halal Destination Attributes, Experience Quality, Destination Satisfaction, Wisatawan Muslim. ABSTRACTWest Sumatera has been named the best halal tourist destination in the world because it has halal destination attributes that are very friendly to Muslim tourists. In this study, it will be explained how the influence of halal destination attributes in West Sumatera on experience quality and destination satisfaction of Muslim tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach which is tested with path analysis techniques and processed using the AMOS program. The results of the study found that halal destination attributes in West Sumatera have a significant positive effect on the experience quality of Muslim tourists and destination satisfaction. Then, it was also found that experience quality has a significant positive effect on destination satisfaction. By optimizing the halal destination attributes in West Sumatera, it will increase the experience quality and destination satisfaction of visiting Muslim tourists. Research on work achievement is still relevant and exciting to study in companies worldwide. There are three variables tested for work achievement effects, namely work discipline, rewards, and job training. The location chosen in this study is Perumda BPR Lamongan. This study's population was 130 employees of Perumda BPR Lamongan Regional Bank with 98 samples using a probability sampling method. The data analysis of this study used SPSS, namely multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline, rewards, and job training had a significant positive effect on BPR Perumda BPR Lamongan Regency's work achievement, where the Job Training variable had the most significant influence on work achievement.

<p>The purpose of this research is to know about (1) the influence of work discipline on lecturers’ performance, (2) the influence of work environment on lecturers’ performance, (3) the influence of competence on lecturers’ performance and (4) the influence of work discipline, work environment and competence on lecturers’ performance. The population on this research is 140 lecturerss of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data collecting method is questionnaire.<br />The trial of this instrument was conducted on 58 lecturers of study program Port and Shipping Manajemen, Deck Department and Engine Department of Polytechnic Bumi Akpelni of Semarang. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis technique. Before analyzing the data, an analysis of the requirements for the test is held, including the Normality, Heterocedasticity and Autocorrelation tests. The results of this research are: (1) The results of the partial t test, the value of t arithmetic&gt; t table with a significance of 0.000 &lt;0.05, which shows that each variable level of work discipline, level of work environment and level of competence has a significant positive effect on lecturers’ performance. It means that the higher the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence, the higher the performance of lecturers.<br />(2) The result on the simultaneous f test, a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 is obtained. So, that it can be said that the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence together have a significant influence on lecturers’ performance. (3) The results of the determination test obtained are 0.874. It means that the influence of the level of work discipline, the level of work environment and the level of competence on lecturers’ performance is 87.4% while the remaining 12.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The equation of multiple regression lines Y = 0.071 + 0.487X1 + 0.222X2 + 0.307X3</p><p><em><strong>Keywords: Work discipline, work environment, competence and of lecturers’ performance</strong></em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen (4) pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang dengan jumlah 140 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner. Uji coba instrumen ini dilakukan terhadap 58 dosen Politeknik Bumi Akpelni Semarang prodi KPN, Nautika dan Teknika, analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sebelum analisis data terlebih dahulu diadakan pengujian persyaratan analisis meliputi uji Normalitas, Heterokedastisitas dan Autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berdasarkah hasil uji t parsial diperoleh nilai t hitung &gt; t tabel dengan signifikansi 0.000 &lt; 0.05, yang menunjukan bahwa masing-masing variabel tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen artinya semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja dosen. Berdasarkan uji f simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 &lt; 0.05, sehingga dapat dikatakan tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh hasil 0.874 yang artinya adalah pengaruh dari tingkat disiplin kerja, tingkat lingkungan kerja dan tingkat kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen adalah sebesar 87.4% sedangkan 12.6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor-faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) Work environment for Employee Performance (4) jointly Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, towards Performance of Indonesian Red Cross employees in Kotagede Special Region of Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called a causal relationship. population is the whole of the research subjects, namely the Indonesian Red Cross Employees in Kotagede Yogyakarta Special Region, amounting to 55 people, because less than 100 then the researchers took all employees, namely 55 employees as samples. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. And the classic assumption test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.   Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion through social media, word of mouth and service quality on buying interest at Raja HP ​​Tenggarong simultaneously and partially. The number of respondents is 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all independent variables (Promotion through social media, Word of Mouth and Service Quality) in this study have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Purchase Interest) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and F count > F table ( 50,528 > 2.70). Partially, Social Media Promotion Variables have no significant effect on buying interest. Word of Mouth and Service Quality variables have a significant positive effect on Purchase Intention. Based on the results of data analysis, the dominant variable influencing buying interest is service quality. Adjusted R Square of 0.600 equals 60%. This value indicates that 60% of buying interest is influenced by promotions through social media, Word Of Mouth, and Service Quality, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other factors.   Keywords: Promotion, Social Media, Word Of Mouth, Quality of Service, and Purchase Interest

Objective: The study aims to investigate the contributions of self-efficacy, motivation, religiosity, social support, optimism, and subjective well-being as factors affecting quality of life on individuals with transfermoral amputation. Through empowerment, it is expected that there will be an increase in independence and socioeconomy. The ultimate goal of the empowerment process is for independence. Methods: This study used observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 110 post-transfemoral amputation patients. Data taken from questionnaires of self-efficacy, motivation, religiosity, social support, optimism, subjective well-being and quality of life were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: There was no influence of motivation on quality of life (critical ratio [CR]=0.535 <1.96; p=0.592 <0.05). There was a statistically significant positive effect of self-efficacy on quality of life (CR=3.082> 1.96; p=0.002 <0.05). There was a statistically significant positive effect of religiosity on quality of life (CR=2.919> 1.96; p=0.004 <0.05). There was no influence from social support for quality of life (CR=0.082 <1.96; p=0.935 <0.05). There was a statistically significant positive effect of optimism on quality of life (CR=2.307> 1.96; p=0.021 <0.05). There was a statistically significant positive effect of subjective well-being on quality of life (CR=2.089> 1.96; p=0.037 <0.05). Conclusion: The quality of life of patients with post-transfemoral amputation is positively and significantly influenced by optimism, religiosity, self-efficacy, and subjective well-being.

The main problem of this study is the unoptimal infrastructure management and lecturers' competence that impact on the low quality of Ma'had Aly Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya graduates. This study is aimed to explain the quality strengthening of Ma'had Aly graduates through the optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Research on the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates has been carried out by other researchers as seen from the influence of lecturers' educational qualifications. This research is focused on investigating the influence of infrastructure management and lecturer competence in improving the quality of Ma'had Aly graduates. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational method. The data analysis using product moment correlation analysis. The sample of this study was 50 students who graduated from 2019-2020 that were selected using proportional stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that strengthening the quality of Ma'had Aly's education graduates could be done through optimization of infrastructure management and lecturer competence. Infrastructure management has a significant effect on the quality of graduates by 23.4%; Lecturer competence has a significant influence on the quality of graduates by 7.96%; and Infrastructure management and lecturer competence simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of Ma'had Aly's graduates by 45.7%.

This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (R²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.
