The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the influence of managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, institutional ownership, size, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, liquidity and dividend payout ratio on Tobin’s Q as a measure of firm value. Sample of this research are 57 non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the data were selected using purposive sampling method during the research period 2014 until 2016, thus totaled 171 data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. The empirical evidence of this research indicated that debt to equity ratio have significant influence with negative direction of the relationship while, return on equity and dividend payout ratio have significant influence on firm value with positive direction of the relationship. Besides that, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, institutional ownership, size, and liquidity have no significant influence on firm value.

Investor as a principal want to maximize whealth and prosperity by increasing firm value. Firm value for companies listed as issuer in Indonesia Stock Exchange can be reflected through share price. Firm value can be affected by several factors, such as financial performance and corporate governance. This research aimed to examine the influence of financial performance and corporate governance to firm value in sub-sector telecomunication industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011 to 2016. The dependent variable is firm value. Meanwhile the independent variables are (1) financial performance which measured by current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, and earnings per share and (2) corporate governance which measured by percentage of institutional ownership, percentage of independent board of commissioners, and presence of the audit committee. The result showed that current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, earning per share, and presence of the audit committee partially had no significant influence to firm value. Meanwhile return on assets, percentage of institutional ownership, and percentage of independent board of commissioners partially had significant influence to firm value. Simultaneously current ratio, receivable turnover, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, earnings per share, percentage of institutional ownership, percentage of independent board of commissioners, and presence of the audit committee had significant influence to fim value. Keywords:Financial Performance, Corporate Governance, and Firm Value

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 dari 13 perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Good Corporate Governance, yang diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan managerial, profitabilitas dengan proksi Return On Equity (ROE), dan leverage menggunakan proksi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a total sample of 39 out of 13 mining sub-sector companies. The results of the study indicate Good Corporate Governance, which is proxied by institutional ownership and managerial ownership, profitability with proxy Return On Equity (ROE), and leverage using the proxy Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to affect the value of the company.

The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of Blockholder Ownership, Managerial Ownership,Institutional Ownership, and Audit Committee towards Firm Value. The background of this research isthe agency theory and ownership theory. The population in this study are 46 property companies listedon the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2016. By using purposive samplingtechnique, 35 companies are qualified as data samples. This research uses the random effect model asthe estimation model and multiple regression as the method of analysis. The results of this study showsthat Institutional Ownership has a positive effect on Firm Value. Meanwhile, Blockholder Ownership,Managerial Ownership, and Audit Committee have no effect on Firm Value. Moreover, the F-testimplies that the variables, blockholder ownership, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, andaudit committee, simultaneously influence firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the value of the company or Price to book value (PBV) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of this research is quantitative research. The Data on this research is secondary data derived by collectin from literature and documentation. The sample in this study is 16 companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2012-2017 period. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method. To analyze the data using a panel data regression test with software Eviews 9. The results of the analysis show that a partial debt to equity ratio has a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV), while dividend payout ratio and return on equity have no significant impact on company value (PBV). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9378 or 93.78%. This shows that 93.78% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by the debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and return on equity. While the remaining 6.22% of the company's value (PBV) is influenced by other factors. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio (DER), divident payout ratio (DPR) dan  return on equity (ROE)  terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to book value) (PBV) di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang berasal dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji regresi panel dengan software eviews 9.  Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukkan dalam analisis menunjukkan debt to equity  ratio secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), sedangkan dividend payout ratio dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,9378 atau sebesar 93,78%.  Ini menunjukkakn bahwa 93,78%  nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio dan.  return on equity.  Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6,22% nilai perusahaan (PBV) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstrak: Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Penelitian ini juga untuk mendapatkan bukti mengenai fungsi moderasi dari konsentrasi kepemilikan dalam hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Variabel dependen adalah kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 97 perusahaan selama tahun pengamatan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Moderating Regression Analysis dan analisis regresi data panel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan berfungsi sebagai variabel moderating pada hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Untuk kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang tidak mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Variabel kontrol profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pula terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan. Kata Kunci: konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, ROA, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio Abstract: Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Ownership structure; as independent variables in this research; is represented by institutional ownership and managerial ownership. This research also aimed to obtain evidence of moderation function of the concentration of ownership in the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. The dependent variable is dividend policy which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). There are 97 sample companies. Hypothesis testing is done by Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) and panel regression analysis. The results of this research show that the concentration of ownership serves as a moderating variable on the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. Institutional ownership in companies that do not have a managerial ownership has a negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio; while institutional ownership in companies that have a managerial ownership has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. This research aimed to get empirical evidence about the effect of profitability and good corporate governance as proxied by the proportion of independent board commissioners, number of board commissioners meetings, proportion of audit committee, number of audit committee meetings, managerial ownersip and institutional ownership. The population of this research was companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The sample of this research was fixed by purposive sampling method so that was found 88 samples. Technique of data analysis was multiple linear regression. The result of research showed that profibility, the proportion of independent board commissioners, proporsion of audit committee, managerial ownership and institutional ownership had significant positive effect on firm value, while commissioners meetings and audit committee meetings had no effect on firm value

A firm not only aims to get profits but also maximize its value  which can be reflected in stock price. Research aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance on firm value with financial performance as a mediating variable. The study conducted on LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018. Sample determined by purposive sampling with 32 samples. Path analysis was used. analysis showed managerial ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on financial performance, managerial ownership and institutional ownership had no effect on firm value, financial performance had a positive effect on firm value, and financial performance was unable to mediate the relationship between GCG and firm value. The purpose of this study is to determine and examine corporate governance (board of commissioner, independent commissioner, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and audit committee) and financial variabel measured by financial ratio such as leverage, activity, profitabilityand liquidity in affecting firm value in non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used 91 listed non financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, selected using purposive sampling method in period 2013 to 2015. The analysis was performed using multiple linear regressions analysis method to determine the model of research. The research results show that the board of commissioner, managerial ownership, leverage and profitability had influence towards firm value whereas, the independent commissioner institutional ownership, audit committee, activity and liquidity had no influence towards firm value.

The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of profitability and corporate governance on firm value with or without CSR as a moderating variable. The researchers collected data on companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by accessing the website www.idx.co.id.  The population in this study consisted of 80 companies and a sample of 27 companies with a five-year research period. The research method used was quantitative, utilizing data analysis techniques based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) model and Smart PLS software. The results showed that institutional ownership (p-value 0.064) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership (p-value 0.462) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners (p-value 0.836) has no effect on firm value, ROE (p-value 0.119) has no effect on firm value and the audit committee (p-value 0.012) has a positive effect on firm value, institutional ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.756) has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership with CSR as a moderating variable (p -value 0.141) has no effect on firm value, the audit committee with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.084) has no effect on firm value, independent commissioners with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 0.745) has no effect on firm value, ROE with CSR as a moderating variable (p-value 1.906) has no effect on firm value an, institutional ownership (P-value = 894) has no effect on CSR, managerial ownership (P-value = .361) has no effect on the audit committee CSR (P-value = .984) has no effect on CSR,  Independent Commissioner (P- value = .000) has a negative effect on CSR, ROE (P-value = .001) has a negative effect on CSR, CSR (P-value = .018) has a positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earnings management and tax avoidance on firm value with ownership structure as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on companies registered in the LQ 45 index for the period 2013-2016 with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using WarpPLS version 5.0. The results show that earnings management affects the value of the company, whereas tax avoidance does not affect the value of the company. The researcher also found managerial ownership does not moderate the relationship between earnings management and tax avoidance on firm value. Institutional ownership moderates the earnings management on firm value but does not moderate the relationship between tax avoidance on firm value.
