The results of the analysis of Quercus L. species stored in the herbarium of the Department of Botany and Plant Physiology of Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education VSUFT (Voronezh) are presented. This herbarium of historical plant collections of the genus Quercus L. is critical for tracking changes in the genus, including the introduction and distribution of species. We examined the belonging of the species to systematic units – subgenus, section, subsection, row, using the traditional classification and the updated intrageneric classification of oaks. Information about the life form, plant height, date and place of collection of the specimen was recorded. We entered information into the database, which will further simplify the work on registration, revision of the herbarium fund and when replenishing herbarium specimens. Conclusions were drawn based on the results of the workabout changes in the taxonomic nature and phylogenetic relationships of species in Quercus L. genus

Abstract Nowadays, the use of the three-dimensional laser scanning technique in performing various scientific research comes to the fore, since this technology is one of the most developed and effective methods for analyzing the state of transport infrastructure objects and geodetic monitoring. The purpose of this paper is to develop an author’s algorithm for the classification of laser reflection points, based on the specialized Terrasolid software on the Bentley Microstation platform. The object of the research is the campus of the territory of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kuban State Technological University”. The subject of the research is the possibility of optimizing the process of classification of laser reflection points on the campus of the university territory. The result of the study is the author’s algorithm for the classification of laser reflection points.


The article analyzes the dynamics of the indicators of target enrollment and education at the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Far Eastern State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia for the period from 2013 to 2018, a comparative assessment of the passing score for the places of targeted enrollment and the main places depending on the specialty (training direction) was made, average mark of a unified state exam (USE) was analyzed; the agreements on targeted training with the assessment of measures of social support were analyzed, as well as proposals were formulated to improve the activities of targeted training of medical personnel.

Relevance. Currently, poultry farming is one of the stressful branches of agriculture, which is associated with a high intensity of both poultry growth and technological processes. In this regard, the urgent task of the industry is to optimize metabolic processes and prevent stress by introducing effective nutrients with high bioavailability into the diet.Material and methods. The studies were carried out in the conditions of a poultry enterprise in the Central region, as well as in the vivarium and at the department of parasitology and veterinary-sanitary examination of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Moscow State Medical Aviation and Biological Institute named after K.I. Scriabin on broilers of the cross "Cobb-500". All studies were conducted according to generally accepted methods.Results. The use of feed additives of the Prodaktiv line allowed improving the main production indicators of broiler chickens, such as meat productivity and safety, as well as a number of other indicators in all experiments.


Intensive development of livestock industry requires improving its feed base. Unconventional fodder crops can help agricultural producers get high yields of good quality. The aim of the research was to study the elements of cultivating soy, amaranth and buckwheat in conditions of minimizing tillage when using biological products Baikal Em-1 and Humate potassium. The work was carried out on sod-podzolic medium loamy gleyous soil in the experimental field of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education Yaroslavl State Agricultural Academy in 2019. The studied indicators were determined by generally accepted methods. When cultivating spring cereals, a significant decrease in the dry weight of weeds was noted by 3.15-7.67 g / m2. On average, according to some factors, the use of a surface tillage system caused a statistically significant increase in the number of young weeds by 1.3 pcs / m2. In the same treatment variant, an increase in the dry mass of young weeds by 3.34 g / m2 and perennials by 4.07 g / m2 was observed. A significant decrease in the length of vegetative organs in the layer of 0-10 cm by 15.44 cm and dry mass in the lower part of the arable horizon by 1.37 g / m2 was noted in row crops. On average, for primary tillage systems and biological products, buckwheat cultivation contributes to a significant increase in green mass productivity by 31.7 kg / ha. A significant increase in the yield of feed units was observed when cultivating amaranth and buckwheat by 9.9 and 14.9 kg / ha. On average, according to some factors, the use of the surface treatment system led to a statistically significant decrease in yield of both green mass andfeed units by 9.1 and 2.5 kg / ha, respectively. The greatest efficiency was shown by growing buckwheat for fodder purposes in the case of a heap processing system using Baikal Em-1 biological product.

the article is devoted to the mechanisms of implementation of social partnership of the state (Federal state budget educational institution of higher professional education “Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University”) and charitable public Association (Charitable Foundation (CF) “Metallurg”) in the social support of citizens, as well as determine ways to improve. The methodological basis of the research is the scientific statements of such scientists as A.G. Akramovskaya, E. Archambault, J. Kendall, T. Levitt, N. Smelser. The article presents the results of sociological studies conducted in 2015–2020 in the city of Magnitogorsk (Chelyabinsk region), which indicate, on the one hand, significant measures of social support for citizens by the CF “Metallurg”, and, on the other hand, the need to develop social partnership in order to increase its effectiveness. The results of the study allowed us to identify the most relevant issues that require special attention of the main subjects of the partnership under consideration: specialists of the public organization and teachers of the Department of Social Work and Psychological and Pedagogical Education of the university. These are: joint development and implementation of social projects aimed at providing social assistance and support to the most vulnerable categories of the population; development of the volunteer student movement and involvement of its best representatives in the implementation of social projects and programs; combining the theory and practice of social support for citizens.

The paper presents Marine Hindcast and Forecasts System (MHFS) of hydrometeorological and ice characteristics for the Sea of Azov and Kerch Strait. It is being developed at the Federal State Budgetary Institution “N.N. Zubov State Oceanographic Institute” (FSBI “SOI”). The main components of this system include regional models of the atmosphere, marine circulation, dynamics-thermodynamics of ice cover and wind waves. For the Sea of Azov and Kerch Strait, marine circulation models of the MHFS were implemented with a high spatial resolution (500 m and 120–200 m for the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait marine circulation models respectively and 100 m for the Kerch Strait wind waves mode). The MHFS allows both hindcast calculations and operational analyzes and forecasts of hydrometeorological conditions in the study areas. Additionally, this system allows to obtain an almost complete list of hydrometeorological characteristics which are necessary for solving practical problems in planning economic or recreational activities, organizing navigation, warning of hazardous events, planning operations in case of emergencies, etc. For the Sea of Azov, the MHFS was implemented in cooperation with the Federal State Budgetary Institution “North-Caucasian Administration for Hydrometeorology and Environmental monitoring” (FSBI “North-Caucasian AHEM”). In 2019 the system was recommended for the practical implementation by the Roshydromet Central Methodical Commission on Hydrometeorological and Heliogeophysical Forecasts. The Kerch Strait MHFS is being implemented in cooperation with the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “Admiral F.F. Ushakov” and now at the stage of tests and accumulation of the forecast database for the purpose of their subsequent verification using hydrological buoy data, calibration of models’ parameters and increasing the accuracy of the obtained results. The Kerch Strait MHFS results are planned to be used for navigation in the Kerch Strait.

Quality ensuring in training students and educational institutions graduates is one of the state directions in the sphere of education. In view of this the significance consists in the development, introduction and improvement of the assessment model for the quality of training students on the baccalaureate’s , specialist’s and master’s curricula. This paper reports the model considered for the correspondence assessment of curricula to the requirements of the Federal State All-Russian Standard for Higher Vocational Education (FSARS HVE) on basis of four indices and thirtytwo criteria according to the recommendations of the Russian Accreditation Agency of the Russian federation. For each of the criteria there are shown documents and materials confirming its fulfillment. Failure to execute at least one of the criteria means lack of correspondence of the curriculum to the requirements of the FSARS HVE. A not less significant procedure of curricula quality assessment – a confirmation, by means of the presentation of documents and materials on the successful application of knowledge, abilities and skills obtained in the course of mastering a compulsory cur-riculum by students and graduates under real or simu-lated working conditions. One of the conditions for the increase of curricula effectiveness – the availability in an educational institution (EI) of the incollege system for education quality assessment which would allow planned carrying out organizational measures on a fundamental analysis and objective self-appraisal of educational activities of all departments of the EI and obtaining complete information on the curricula realization, and also correcting a training procedure with the aim of quality increase in college graduate students training. The main purpose of such incollege system consists in the definition of areas for education quality increase in all kinds of activities of the university and its departments.

The work was carried out by combining the efforts of the staff of the Department of Welding and metallurgical technologies and Technopark of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education Komsomolsk-on-Amur State University. The article considers the results of laser welding introduction into the technological process of the critical structure production on the example of parts (housing and fastening element) of the PeA12 piezoelectric accelerometer. The laser welding modes for circular seams of thin-walled shell structures have been developed. Welding equipment has been designed and manufactured. Mechanical and tightness tests were carried out, which showed positive results that meet the technical requirements for the accelerometer welded joints.

In modern Russia, the volunteer movement is developing in fifteen different directions and there has been a steady increase in the number of citizens and organizations participating in voluntary activities, and the scope of programs and projects with their participation is expanding. The Volunteer Center of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution for Higher Education «Kuban State Physical Education, Sports and Tourism University » was one of the first resource centers for the development of volunteerism in the Krasnodar Territory and was opened in 2011 at the same time with 6 other volunteer training centers for the XXII Olympic Winter Games and the XI Paralympic Winter Games of 2014 in Sochi. The article is devoted to solving three main problems. First, the authors analyzed the role of the Volunteer Center of FSBEI HE KSPESTU in the development of volunteerism in the Krasnodar Territory in the period from 2011 to 2018 and established the participation of its representatives in more than 50 major events organized both independently and jointly with partner organizations. Secondly, the algorithm of interaction with volunteers during the organization and carrying out of the serviced events, giving an idea about 15 vectors of mutual relations with volunteers, is described. Thirdly, the authors propose a model pedagogical model for managing volunteer resources, including organizational, content, motivation and performance-evaluation blocks, which encourages the development of volunteers’ competence for self-organization and self-education.
