Architecture of the ancient kingdoms of Kediri, Singasari and Majapahit, have the same  religion that is Hindu and Buddhist shrines, which requires either a temple. Each temple has a good difference in the environment, culture technology, function, and form of the building. The method of the description will be used here to be able to give you an idea of the temple reliefs in details. Each temple has a different relief and can be found on the head / body / foot which tells about the life story or series, or legend of a moral message containing the story.

Stable, pure-culture, frozen concentrates of Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus delbrueckii and Lactobacillus leichmannii were developed for use in the fermentation of soda cracker sponge and dough. Sponge fermentation time was reduced from the conventional 18 h to 4 h. Dough fermentation time was also reduced from 4 h to 2 h. The conventional 24-h soda cracker process could be reduced to 8 h by the use of pure-culture technology.

Hatchery and culture technology of Humpback grouper has been developed. However,  sometimes it is still found constraint in sedd production and caused instability of production due to failure by many factors. Breeding program become necessary to provide seed with high quality and good genetic variation. Quantitative characteristic selection is one of breeding program to improve productivity in grouper aquaculture. The aim of this research was to produce good phenotyphic and genotypic quality of Humpback grouper candidate broodstock. Selection of Humpback grouper F1 and F3 was done based on quantitative characteristic (body length and weight) and genotyphic characteristic by using ramdom amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) method.  The results of conventional selection were found candidate broodstock of Humpback grouper F1 and F3 with body weight range from 170-210 g and 160-170 g consecutively.  Heterozygosity values of Humpback grouper analized by RAPD of F1 and F3 were 0.7940 and 0.7749 consecutively and it was not significantly different. This value emphasis that population of this F3 Humpback grouper was still good to grow for broodstock. Keywords: genetic variation, humpback grouper, F1, F3.

A protocol for micropropagation of Tribulus terrestris, an important medicinal herb was established using juvenile explants viz., leaf, node and internode. All the explants were tested for callus induction on Murashige and Skoog’s (MS) medium, supplemented with BAP, NAA and 2,4-D. Among the three explants leaf explant responded well (98%) for the callus induction in the MS medium composted with BAP and NAA (4.0 and 0.5 mg/L) followed by the nodal segments (58.75%) in the same medium. Maximum number of shoot induction from the callus of leaf derived explants (91.1%) was perceived on MS medium fortified with BAP 4.0 mg/L and NAA (0.5 mg/L). Moreover, root elongation and profuse rooting percentage (77.19%) were achieved when the well-grown shoots were cultured on MS media supplemented with IAA (2.0 mg/L) for leaf callus derived shoots. The regenerated plantlets were hardened and established at 80% survival rate in hardening media encompassed with red soil, sand and vermicompost in the ratio of 1:1:1 by volume.
