This study aims to know the relationship between the psychological contract with work motivation. The subjects that used in this study are employee at PT. Sumtek Medan, in which the population consists of 110 employee. Data obtained from the scale to measure psychological contract  and work motivation. The calculation of the datas began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at 0.762 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between psychological contract  with work motivation. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation can be predicted by psychological contract  at 58.1 percent and 88.9 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between psychological contract  with work motivation is accepted.

This study aimed to know the relationship between the transformational leadership with affective commitment. The hypothesis in this study was that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment, in assumption that the higher transformational leadership, then the higher affective commitment and the lower transformational leadership, then the lower affective commitment itself. The subjects that used in this study were the elementary teacher of Cinta Budaya School, in which the population consisted of 87 teachers. Data obtained from the scale to measure transformational leadership and affective commitment. The calculation of the data began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consisted of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study used the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at r = 0.415 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This showed that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment. The results of this study indicates that the variable of affective commitment can be predicted by transformational leadership at 17.2 percent and 82.8 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment

This study aims to know the relationship between the intimate friendship with self-disclosure. The hypothesis in this study is there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship, in assumption that the higher self-disclosure, the higher intimate friendship is and the lower self-disclosure, then the lower intimate friendship itself. The subjects that used in this study are the midwifery students at the Prima Indonesia University, in which the population consists of 103 students. Data obtained from the scale to measure self-disclosure and intimate friendship. The calculation of the datas began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consists of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study uses the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at 0.731 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship. The results of this study indicate that the variable of intimate friendship can be predicted by self-disclosure at 53.5 percent and 46.5 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between self-disclosure with intimate friendship is acceptable.

This study aims to determine: the relationship of pedagogic competence to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high schools throughout Jambi; the relationship of work motivation to the creativity of Guru PAI in junior high school in Jambi City; the relationship of pedagogic competence and work motivation to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high school all Jambi city together. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. The population in this research is all Islamic Religious Education Teachers in junior high school in Jambi City, the sample in this research is 58 teachers. Data collected through questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data normality test analysis, data linearity test, partial correlation test and multiple test. Hypothesis testing using path analysis with significance level a = 0,05. Three conclusions of the research are: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Pedagogic Competence with Teacher Creativity with correlation coefficient of 0.728 and contribution 53,1%. 2), a positive relationship between Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with Coefficient correlation of 0,575 and contribution 31,3%. 3), it was also found positive relationship between Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.767 and 58.8% contribution. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence and work motivation with teacher's creativity in teaching.

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.

Work motivation can affects employee productivities that can be supported by the expectations that are desired the employee through the psychological contract. This study aims to investigate the relationship between psychologicalcontract with employee motivation. This study used a quantitative correlational approach using the psychological contract as an independent variable (X) and work motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Sampling techniques used proportionate stratified random sampling of 80 employees of PT. Primary Wisesa Mandiri. The data analysis used a correlational technique of product moment pearson which is calculated with SPSS 16.0 for Windows, obtained the correlationcoefficient (r) = 0.446; ρ = 0.001 <ρ = 0.01. Correlation value is positive, it means there was a significant relationship, ie, the higher the psychological contract owned by the higher employee motivation.

Background: The growth and development of children are two events that are different in nature but are related to one another. It is possible for people in downtown areas to experience easy internet access, so that everything cannot be separated from digital media. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic like today, where children have to stay at home more, besides that learning is also done from home, so the screen time has increased. The goals of the research is to analyze the relationship between screen time among children with nutritional status and their development.Methods: The research design used cross sectional analysis. The population is all children aged 3-5 years in Kalumpang Village in November 2020 as many as 497 children, the number of samples is 84 children using purposive sampling technique.Results: Based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.002 (p-value α), which with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.330 that the relationship between Screen time with nutritional status is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the higher the nutritional status. Meanwhile, based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.001 (p-value α), with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.371 that the relationship between Screen time with development is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the development will deviate from age.Conclusion: There is a relationship between screen time and nutritional status and  there is a relationship between screen time and children development. So it is very important to improve parental control behavior towards the use of electronic devices in children aged 3-5 years old.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).
