This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The hypothesis in this study proposed is that there is a meaningful relationship between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District,Padang City. This type of research correlational with a kuantatif approach,which describes the relationshipof work motivation with the performance of kindergarten teachers in Padang Utara District, Padang City. The population in this study, with 82 teacher  who taught in kindergarten in Padang Utara Subdistrict,Padang City,and were sampled in this study,with 43 people taken using the stratified Proposional Random Sampling techninque. The instruments in this study are likert scale model questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reability and the result are valid and reabel. Data were analyzed using Produt Moment correlation formula with SPPS version 17. Based on data analysis,the coefficient of determination of work motivation was obtained at 0,512. The correlation coefficient between work motivation and the performance of kindergarten teachers is 0,715.This means that motivation is 71,5% towards the performance of significant 5% kindergarten teachers. Based of these data it can be concluded work motivation has a positive relationship with the performance of  kindergarten teacher in Padang Utara District,Padang City.

Work motivation can affects employee productivities that can be supported by the expectations that are desired the employee through the psychological contract. This study aims to investigate the relationship between psychologicalcontract with employee motivation. This study used a quantitative correlational approach using the psychological contract as an independent variable (X) and work motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Sampling techniques used proportionate stratified random sampling of 80 employees of PT. Primary Wisesa Mandiri. The data analysis used a correlational technique of product moment pearson which is calculated with SPSS 16.0 for Windows, obtained the correlationcoefficient (r) = 0.446; ρ = 0.001 <ρ = 0.01. Correlation value is positive, it means there was a significant relationship, ie, the higher the psychological contract owned by the higher employee motivation.

Abstract: This Studi aims to determine the Influence of Climate Class on Student Learning Motivation on the Subject of Economics in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. This research uses quantitative approach with type of associative research. The population of this research is all of class X in SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. The sample was determined using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with likert scale model. Technique of data analysis using simple linier reqression obtained ?count ? from ?tabel that so Ho rejected and Ha accepted , then with product moment correlation test got value r = 0,3786 with enough influence category. The determinant coefficient shows the contribution of class climate to the learners motivation of 14,01% the rest is influenced by other factors or variables, and it can be concluded the relationship between the two variables is significant. So, it is advisable for the school and especially teachers economic subjects to be able to create a conducive class climate and comfortable so that learners feel calm and comfortable to learm it aims to improve motivation learners learners. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Kelas terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif, Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kelas X di SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Raja. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan Cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana didapat hitung ? dari ?tabel yaitu sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, kemudian dengan uji korelasi product moment didapat nilai r = 0,3786 dengan kategori cukup mempengaruhi. Koefisien determinan menunjukkan sumbangan iklim kelas terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik sebesar 14,01% selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain, dan dapat disimpulkan hubungan antara kedua variabel adalah signifikan. Maka disarankan bagi pihak sekolah dan khusunya guru mata pelajaran ekonomi untuk dapat menciptakan iklim kelas yang kondusif dan nyaman sehingga peserta didik merasa tenang dan betah untuk belajar hal tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. dengan guru maupun dengan sesama peserta didik.

The objective of this research is to study the relationship between organizational climate and work ethic with the lecture job performance. The study was conducted at Nursing Academy at Center Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 54 lectures that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with correlation and regression. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate with lecture job performance. Second, there is a positive relationship between work ethic with the lecture job perfrmance. Third, there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work ethic simultaneously with the lecture job performance.

The study aimed at examining religiosity as a predictor of emotional stability among adolescence. The study was made by using random sampling method through the selection of 90 adolescents from Madrasa. The sample age ranged between 13 -18 years. Two instruments were used, named: Religiosity Scale and Emotional stability test. Data analysis involved the use of Pearson Product Moment correlation. The result showed positive correlation between religiosity and emotional stability. It appears from the trend of the result that religiosity and emotional stability are interrelated. It means if emotional stability increases the religiosity will also increases and vice versa. Though the relationship between these two variables is not very high but positive relationship exist between these two variables.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of parents' attention with the science learning Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 15 Padang. The population in this research amounted to 178 students with a total sample of 60 students, taken by random sampling technique. Data collection was obtained using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques were used using descriptive and correlation analysis techniques. The calculation result of r count> r table is 0.257> 0.250 which means that there is a positive relationship between the attention of parents and the results of natural science learning Students of Grade VIII of SMP Negeri 15 Padang.

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between parents learning guidance with the results of learning mathematics, (2) the relationship between self-concept with the results of learning mathematics, (3) relationship between parents learning guidance and self concept with the result of learning mathematics of third grade semester II at SD Gugus XII Buleleng District, in the academic year 2017/2018. The type of research is used a correlation research. The population of this study amount to 169 people with a total sample of 114 people took by the technique of Proportional Random Sampling. The data of parents course and self-concept is collected through filling the questionnaire, while  result of data learning mathematics obtained by document recorder (document analyze). The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic technique and regression analysis. The results of data analysis show: (1) the relationship between parents learning guidance with mathematics learning outcome of = 0,367 and the coefficient of determination of 13.5%, meaning there is a significant relationship between parents course with the results of learning mathematics. (2) the relationship between self-concept with the result of learning mathematics of = 0,450 and coefficient of determination equal to = 20,3%, meaning there is a significant correlation between self concept and the result of learning mathematics. (3) the relationship between parents learning guidance and self concept with the result of learning mathematics equal to = 0,461 and coefficient of determination equal to = 21,3%, meaning there is significant correlation between parents course and self concept with the result of learning mathematics.

In order to realize a quality learning process, it requires professional teachers, especially in planning learning which is teacher preparation before implementing the learning process when the learning process takes place. Planning is determining what will be done. Planning contains a series of broad decisions and explanations of objectives, determination of policies, determination of programs, determination of specific methods and procedures and determination of activities based on daily schedules. This research took place at the Baburrohmah SMPI, Jurangsari Hamlet, Middle Hemisphere Village, Mojosari District, Mojokerto Regency. The type of research in this study is included in quantitative and qualitative research. The technique used to collect data on whether the teacher prepares a learning plan well in the teaching and learning process is a questionnaire (questionnaire) that has previously been tested for validity and reliability according to the standards. Subsequent data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 22.0 computer program to determine the level of contribution between independent variables and bound and histogram. Based on the results of data analysis regarding the relationship of learning planning with student learning outcomes, it can be concluded that: there is a relationship between learning planning with learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPI Baburrohmah but very low and not significant. This is evidenced by the value of r-count (0.145) ranging from 0,000 to 0.200, and r-count (0.145) is smaller than r-table (0.254) at a significant level a = 0.05. The magnitude of the relationship (Coefficient of Determination) between Learning Planning (variable X1), with Learning Outcomes (variable Y) class VIII Baburrohmah SMPI in 2016/2017 amounting to 02.11%, the remaining 91.89% is influenced by other factors.

The research was based on the fact that the TPQ teachers should receive incentives differently depend on their motivation. When the teachers receive high incentives, they also should have high motivation to work compared to those who receive lower incentives. TPQ teachers can raise the motivation in teaching and encouraging the action towards a certain goal after getting encouragement in the form of incentive or certification. The purpose of this study is to describe the work motivation on TPQ teacher, TPQ teacher’s certification, then to test whether any discrepancy of motivation between those who receive incentives with B and C certificate in the Village Kuranji, Kuranji District of Padang. This study uses a quantitative method with data analysis techniques by using two-independent-samples test which was processed with SPSS version 24.0 for Windows. Variables use in this research is the work motivation. The population in this study is TPQ teachers who are located in the Village Kuranji, Kuranji District of the city of Padang who is 93 people and sample around 38 people. The sampling study uses simple random sampling. The data obtained by using psychological scale, which is based on the Likert scale model; this study uses a scale as a measurement that is work motivation, and has a reliability of 0.740. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the Independent Sample T-Test with tcount> t table (0.688> 0.05) then the hypothesis Ho accepted, which is meant there is no discrepancy in work motivation among teachers who receive B certification with those who receive C certification in Kuranji District Padang. Penelitian ini didasarkan fakta bahwa seharusnya guru TPQ yang menerima insentif dengan jumlah yang berbeda memiliki motivasi kerja yang berbeda. Ketika guru yang menerima insentif dengan jumlah yang lebih banyak seharusnya memiliki motivasi kerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan guru yang menerima insentif yang lebih rendah. Dimana guru TPQ dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dalam mengajar dan mendorong perbuatan ke arah suatu tujuan tertentu setelah mendapat dorongan berupa insentif atau sertifikasi guru TPQ yang diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang motivasi kerja pada guru TPQ, sertifikasi guru TPQ, kemudian untuk menguji apakah ada atau tidaknya perbedaan motivasi kerja guru TPQ antara yang menerima insentif dengan sertifikasi B dan C di Kelurahan Kuranji Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis uji dua sampel independen (Two-Independent-Samples Test) yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 24.0 for windows. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru TPQ yang berada di Kelurahan Kuranji Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang yang berjumlah 93 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 38 orang. Penarikan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakansimple random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala psikologi, yang berpedoman pada skala model Likert, penelitian ini menggunakan satu buah skala sebagai alat ukur yaitu skala motivasi kerja, dan memiliki reliabilitas 0,740. Bedasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian menunjukan Independent Sample T-Test denganthitung> ttabel (0,688>0,05) maka hipotesis Ho diterima artinya tidak ada perbedaan motivasi kerja antara guru yang menerima sertifikasi B denga guru yang menerima sertfikasi C di Kelurahan Kuranji Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang.

This study aims to influence the variables that affect the performance of non-permanent teachers in kindergarten level in Alian District. The variables studied include compensation, competence and work motivation that is suspected to have an effect on the performance of non- permanent teacher in kindergarten level in Alian sub-district through job satisfaction variable. The population in this research is the kindergarten teacher in kindergarten level in Alian Subdistrict which is 50 people. Sampling with sampling method saturated as many as 50 people. Data collected by questionnaire. Data analysis used is instrument validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis and path analysis. The results showed that compensation had no significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Competence has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has no effect on performance. Job satisfaction has no effect on performance. The result of the coefficient of determination of substructure I of 42,4% indicates the influence of meaningful relationship between compensation, competence and motivation to job satisfaction of GTT Kindergarten level in Alian Subdistrict. The result of the coefficient of determining substructure II is 44,6% showing the influence of compensation, competence and motivation through job satisfaction  on  GTT   performance   of   kindergarten   level   in   Alian   Subdistrict.

This study aims to determine the relationship between work discipline and work motivation with the performance of MAN teachers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is associative quantitative with a total population of 164 teachers and a research sample of 63 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results showed that work motivation have a significant relationship with teacher performance. Judging from the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.550, the results show that the contribution or contribution of the relationship between X1 work discipline and X2 work motivation with Y teacher performance is 55% while the remaining 45% is the contribution of other variables not included in the study.
