The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).

This study determined the influence of the principal's leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers. Data in this study were collected through distributing the questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Population in this study was all high school teachers in Air Kumbang subdistrict of Banyuasin district totaling 85 people. The sampling technique used was saturation. The research sample was 85 high school teachers. The results showed 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership style on teachers’ performance; 2) there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teachers’ performance; 3) there was a significant influence simultaneously of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of high school teachers in Air Kumbang sub-district Banyuasin.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia pada lingkungan. Perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya melalui ecoliteracy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 45 Jakarta pada semester genap bulan Mei  tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji prasyarat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,171 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,029, artinya ecoliteracy berkontribusi terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta sebesar 2,9%.</p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Kata kunci: Ecoliteracy, perilaku pro-lingkungan, peserta didik.</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Pro-environmental behavior is a conscious act to reduce the negative impact caused by human activity on the environment. Pro-environment behavior in students can be improved through ecoliteracy. This study aims to determine the relationship of ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior in students of junior high school. This research was conducted at 45 Jakarta junior high school on May 2017-2018. The method used is descriptive method with correlational study. Total of sample are 168 students selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of prerequisite test known that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The correlation coefficient is 0.171 and the significance value is 0.026, it means there is a significant correlation between ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School. The coefficient of determination is 0.029, it means that ecoliteracy has determine pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School equal to 2.9%.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Ecoliteracy, pro-environment behavior, student.</em></p>

<p><em>In this study a problem that occurs is the implementation of training and motivation are ineffective for employees in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung, so that they are less than optimal performance. This study aimed to test the Training and Work Motivation Effect on Employee Performance in PT Bank BJB Office Bandung. The population in this study is that all employees at PT Bank BJB which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique used is census sampling technique, the sample set as many as 51 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been filled by the respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><p><em>The results of the analysis of pearson correlation 0.794 or 79.4% which shows that the correlation between training and work motivation and performance of employees are in a strong relationship level, means that training and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to the performance variables. While the coefficient of determination 0.631 or 63.1%, meaning that training and motivation has contributed 63.1% of the employee's performance, while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables which is not examined.</em><br /><em> </em><br /><em>Keywords: Training, Motivation, Performance Employees</em></p>this HTML class. The purpose of this study aims to influence health and safety (K3) to the number of occupational diseases and accidents the number of employees at PT. Hanei Indonesia. The data used for the study is a document of the company. Analysis of the data is processed using simple regression methods to determine the effect of health and safety on the number of occupational diseases and the number of work accidents, the correlation coefficient to determine the relationship, the coefficient of determination to find out the percentage and hypothesis analysis (t-test) to determine the significance of the cost of K3 to the number of disease employment and the number of work accidents. The results showed that the cost of K3 affect the number of ccupational diseases as well as the cost of K3 on the number of workplace accidents.Keywords: Cost K3, Work Diseases and Accidents

This human resource factor is an element that must be considered by each agency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Depok Mayor's Office. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling using the census or saturated sampling method with a sample of 50 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing and coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Depok Mayor's Office. The level of influence or strength of the relationship simultaneously is 0.690 or strong with the contribution of influence of 0.476 or 47.6% while the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained Fcount> Ftable (21,230> 2,800) thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between motivation and discipline on employee performance at Depok Mayor's Office

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency. The number of samples used in this study was 70 people.The data analysis techniques in this study are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis (r), Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), Feasibility Test Regression Model (Test F). the results of this study note that the regression equation Y = 2,983 + 0,387X. The value of the Correlation Coefficient (r) is 0,466, which means that the relationship between the work environment and employee motivation at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency is medium. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,217. it means that the contribution of the variable Work Environment in influencing the ups and downs of Work Motivation of employees at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency is 21,7% and the remaining 78,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The calculated F value is 18,889. This is higher than f table which is worth 3,98. it means that the linear regression model can be used to predict the value of Employee A motivation that is influenced by the Work Environment at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The hypothesis proposed in study is  there a relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The population in this study were280 subjects, and sampled as many as 155 subjects. This research used nonprobability sampling technique that is incidental sampling. Researched measuring instruments used the brand awareness with purchase decisions. Analysis techniques using simple regression analysis by using SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,303 with a coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0,092 and p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). This suggests that the hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that there is a very significant relationship between brand awareness with the purchase decisions consumer of Pakalolo shoes in the JM Group Palembang. The contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable it 9,2%.   Keywords: Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions, Pakalolo Shoes.   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 280 orang dan yang di jadikan sampel sebanyak 155 orang yang di dapat melalui teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu incidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan computer menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for Windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,303, koefisien determinasi (Rsquare) sebesar 0,092, sertanilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) pada uji regresise derhana. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara brand awareness dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen sepatu pakalolo di JM Group Palembang. Komunikasi. The research purposes to measure the level of job satisfaction and motivation and its influence on employee engagement PNS administrative staff of Bandung State Polytechnic, amounting to 293 employees spread across 15 units and work.Determination by cluster random sampling technique method and samples were taken at random (random) that required 168 samples. Methods of research done by the survey, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the pegawaits. While the research model depicted in the form of the relationship between variables: Variable Satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) on Employee Engagement (Y).The results generally show that the effect of the level of employee satisfaction "high", the level of employee motivation "very high", and the level of employee engagement "very high". Anova test results showed a difference in strata on aspects of job satisfaction, work motivation, and engagement of employees, but not significantly. Regression Test Results and Test t, partially shows that three variables affect each other positively. F test results and the coefficient of determination shows that simultaneous job satisfaction and motivation influence employee engagement.
