This study aims to determine: the relationship of pedagogic competence to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high schools throughout Jambi; the relationship of work motivation to the creativity of Guru PAI in junior high school in Jambi City; the relationship of pedagogic competence and work motivation to the creativity of PAI Teachers in junior high school all Jambi city together. This research is a quantitative research with correlational approach. The population in this research is all Islamic Religious Education Teachers in junior high school in Jambi City, the sample in this research is 58 teachers. Data collected through questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data normality test analysis, data linearity test, partial correlation test and multiple test. Hypothesis testing using path analysis with significance level a = 0,05. Three conclusions of the research are: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Pedagogic Competence with Teacher Creativity with correlation coefficient of 0.728 and contribution 53,1%. 2), a positive relationship between Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with Coefficient correlation of 0,575 and contribution 31,3%. 3), it was also found positive relationship between Pedagogic Competence and Work Motivation with Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient of 0.767 and 58.8% contribution. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between pedagogic competence and work motivation with teacher's creativity in teaching.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orangtua dengan agresivitas anak pada siswa di SMPN 194 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas IX SMPN 194 Jakarta Timur dengan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) data berdistribusi normal dan terdapat linieritas regresi antara kedua variable; (2) koefisien korelasi Product Moment sebesar -0,495 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang kuat dan signifikan antara pola asuh dengan agresivitas anak. (3) hasil uji determinasi diketahui bahwa pola asuh orang tua berkontribusi terhadap agresivitas anak sebesar 24,24%; dan (4) hasil uji regersi diketahui bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan pada pola asuh akan menyebabkan penurunan agresifitas anak sebesar 0,36 satuan. Kata kunci: Agresivitas, Pola Asuh Orangtua, Anak Abstract The purpose of the study to determine the relationship between parenting style with children agresiveness in 194 Jakarta Junior High School. The study was conducted in 194 Jakarta Junior High School, for four months, starting from October 2013 - February 2014 . Methods research using survey methods with a correlational approach. The population of this research is all students in grade IX with 35 student as sample was taken by using purposive sampling. The resulting regression equation is Y = 54.08 to 0.36 X. The results of normality test error count normal distribution with 0.0583 L ( L Table 0.150 ) . The results of the linearity test with a linear regression is calculated F 1.23 ( F Table 2.28 ) . Hypothesis test results that test the significance of the regression is significant with F count 10.70 ( F Table 4.13 ) . The correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = - 0.495 . It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = - 0.495 is significant . The results of the study and test hypotheses about the relationship, found that there is a negative relationship between parenting style with aggressive students in the 194 Jakarta Junior High School, East Jakarta. The coefficient of determination obtained for 24.48 % 24.48 % which indicates that the aggressiveness of the child is determined by parental upbringing. This study aims to know the relationship of the compensation of profession allowance, working diciplines, toward the performance of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic Junior High School/MTs) teachers. This study is done at MTs Negeri (State Islamic Junior High School) in Bekasi City with the respondent of 20 madrasah teachers (which  in  the  status  of  Pegawai  Negeri  Sipil  (Civil  State  Officer/PNS)).  This  research  uses  random  sampling technique. The result of this research shows: 1) the existence of positive relationship between the compensation of profession allowance and the teacher performance, 2) the existence of positive relationship between the working dicipline and the madrasah teacher performance, 3) the existence of positive relationship between the compensation of profession allowance and the working diciplines together with the performance of madrasah teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompensasi tunjangan profesi, disiplin kerja, terhadap kinerja guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada MTs Negeri di Kota Bekasi dengan responden 20 guru madrasah (status pegawai negeri sipil atau PNS). Sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan positip antara kompensasi tunjangan profesi dengan kinerja guru, 2) terdapat hubungan positip antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru madrasah, 3) terdapat hubungan positip antara kompensasi tunjangan profesi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru madrasah.

The research aims to describe 1.The relationship of self-efficacy and the students understanding of the concept of Pertiwi 2 Junior High School Padang. 2. The relationship of motivation and the understanding of the concept of Pertiwi 2 Junior High School students. Factors that can influence a student's understanding of concept are not only depend on the media, model, strategy and learning environment but depend on the students themselves which are self efficacy and motivation. The research is begun at the beginning of the even semester of 2017/2018 academic year. The population in this study was eight (VIII) grade students of Pertiwi 2 Junior High School Padang. The variables consisted of self efficacy (X1), motivation (X2) and understanding of concept (Y). The sample used random sampling which totaled 52 samples. The type of research is descriptive research. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire. The essay as a test is given at the end of Science study to find out the students level of understanding concepts. Based on the data analysis self efficacy 0.184 in the lowest relationship level. According to the significance test, was used t test, in real level = 0,05 with degree of freedom (dk=44) was obtained ttable 1,68. Based on the criteria of the test, ttable = 1.68 and t count = 1.243. Means Hi was rejected and H0 was accepted. The motivation relationship level is 0.089 in the lowest level. Based on the significance test, was used t test, in real level = 0,05 with degree of freedom (dk=44) was obtained ttable 1,68. The tests criteria result is ttable =1,68 dan t count =0.593. Means Hi is rejected and H0 was accepted. So, it can be concluded as there is no significant relationship of self efficacy and motivation with the understanding of concepts of integrated science in VIII class of Pertiwi 2 Junior High School Padang.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia pada lingkungan. Perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya melalui ecoliteracy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 45 Jakarta pada semester genap bulan Mei  tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji prasyarat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,171 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,029, artinya ecoliteracy berkontribusi terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta sebesar 2,9%.</p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Kata kunci: Ecoliteracy, perilaku pro-lingkungan, peserta didik.</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Pro-environmental behavior is a conscious act to reduce the negative impact caused by human activity on the environment. Pro-environment behavior in students can be improved through ecoliteracy. This study aims to determine the relationship of ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior in students of junior high school. This research was conducted at 45 Jakarta junior high school on May 2017-2018. The method used is descriptive method with correlational study. Total of sample are 168 students selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of prerequisite test known that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The correlation coefficient is 0.171 and the significance value is 0.026, it means there is a significant correlation between ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School. The coefficient of determination is 0.029, it means that ecoliteracy has determine pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School equal to 2.9%.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Ecoliteracy, pro-environment behavior, student.</em></p>

The relationship of parental nurturance to self-esteem for seven distinct adolescent and early-adulthood age groups ( N = 784) was investigated. Analysis showed that even though mothers' and fathers' nurturance together were more strongly related to self-esteem during the junior high school years ( R2 values >50% were obtained in each of the junior high samples) than during the high school and college years ( R2 values < 40% were obtained in each of these samples), parental nurturance still remained a robust predictor of self-esteem during these latter years. These results were discussed within the context of (a) the stability at different ages of the bases upon which one's judgments of self-esteem are made, and (b) parental nurturance as a stabilizing influence during the transitional years of adolescence and early adulthood.

This study aims to determine the relationship of parental guidance and coaching students with the leadership spirit of students in Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School, Bogor City. This study uses quantitative methods. The design of this study is correlation research. The subjects in this study were students of Bogor 1 Muhammadiyah Middle School whose population amounted to 430 students with a total sample of 25% of the total population of 125 students. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire instrument 3 variable X1, namely Parenting and X2 variables, namely student coaching in school and variable Y, namely the soul of Vain leadership. To find out the relationship between parenting and fostering students with the leadership spirit of students in school, using the multiple correlation formula. Multiple Correlations. The results of the correlation coefficient between the three variables namely the magnitude of r_count (ie = 0.235) the amount between 0.41-0.60 means that the positive correlation between variables X1, X2 and Y includes a weak correlation in parental education and coaching in schools with a leadership spirit. So it can be concluded that based on data analysis obtained from this study there is a significant correlation between parental exemplary and religious fostering in schools with a religious awareness of students at the City of Bogor 1 Junior High School. Keywords: Fostering Parents, Guiding Students, Student Leadership Spirit. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pembinaan orang tua dan pembinaan siswa dengan jiwa kepemimpinan siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Bogor yang populasinya berjumlah 430 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 25% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 125 siswa. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan instrument angket 3 variabel X1, yaitu Pembinaan orang tua dan variable X2, yaitu pembinaan siswa di sekolah dan variabel Y, yaitu Jiwa kepemimpinan siawa. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pembinaan orang tua dan pembinaan siswa dengan jiwa kepemimpinan siswa di sekola menggunakan rumus kolerasi berganda. Hasil koefisien kolerasi antara tiga variabel Yaitu besarnya (yaitu = 0,235) yang besarnya antara 0,41-0,60 berarti korelasi positif antara variabel X1, X2 dan Y termasuk korelasi lemah dalam pendidikan orang tua dan pembinaan di sekolah dengan jiwa kepemimpinan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara keteladanan orang tua dan pembinaan keagamaan di sekolah dengan kesadaran beragama siswa di SMPN 1 Kota Bogor. Kata Kunci: Pembinaan Orang Tua, Pembinaan Siswa, Jiwa Kepemimpinan Siswa.

Online game addiction and academic stress among junior high school studentsBackground: Online games are currently rife in society, enthusiasts ranging from children to adults. Online games have a tendency to make players interested in lingering in front of the computer to forget about study time, meal time, sleep time, and contact the environment in the actual world because they spend more time in cyberspace. Game addiction is as if the player has nothing to do but play the game, and as if the game is his life. Students will find it difficult to manage time and meet academic demands during their schooling. This raises academic stress, which is defined as a condition or condition of individuals who experience pressure because of students' perceptions and assessments of academic stressors. This is due to the many academic demands that must be faced, for example, exams, and assignments.Purpose: To determine the relationship between online game addiction and academic stress among junior high school students.Method: A quantitative study with correlational design. The sample of 500 students (junior high school students) in Bandar Lampung as respondent and taken by accidental sampling. The questionnaire data collection is using Google Form (G Form). The analysis by Spearman test and bivariate.Results: Finding a significant relationship between game addiction and academic stress with a correlation coefficient of 0.174, so this value that means a weak relationship between online game addiction and academic stress. The correlation coefficient was positive so that the relationship between the two variables is unidirectional, thus it means that the higher the level of online game addiction, the academic stress level will also get worse.Keywords: Addiction; Online game; Academic stress; Junior high school studentsPendahuluan: Game online saat ini marak di masyarakat, peminatnya mulai dari anak kecil sampai orang dewasa. Game online memiliki kecenderungan membuat pemainnya tertarik berlama-lama di depan komputer hingga melupakan waktu belajar, waktu makan, waktu tidur, dan melakukan hubungan dengan lingkungan di dunia nyata karena mereka lebih banyak menghabiskan waktunya di dunia maya. Kecanduan game adalah pemain seakan-akan tidak ada hal yang ingin dikerjakan selain bermain game, dan seolah-olah game tersebut adalah hidupnya. Siswa akan kesulitan mengatur waktu dan memenuhi tuntutan akademik selama mereka sekolah. Hal tersebut menimbulkan stres akademik yang diartikan sebagai suatu kondisi atau keadaaan individu yang mengalami tekanan sebagai hasil persepsi dan penilaian siswa tentang stressor akademik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyaknya tuntutan akademik yang harus  dihadapi, misalnya ujian, tugas-tugas dan lain sebagainya.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan kecanduan game online dengan stres akademik siswa SMP.Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 500 responden siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Spearmen.Hasil: Diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kecanduan game dengan stres akademik dengan Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,174, maka nilai ini menandakan hubungan yang lemah antara kecanduan game online dengan stres akademik. Angka koefisien korelasi bernilai positif sehingga hubungan kedua variabel tersebut bersifat searah, dengan demikian dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kecanduan game online maka tingkat stress akademik juga semakin parah.

Several years ago the writer undertook a comprehensive study of the measurement of mathematical understandings and judgments at the elementary and junior high school levels. Phases of this study have been described and results have previously been reported.1 During the past two years the investigation has been carried into the college field. No attempt has been made to evaluate in terms of typical college-level materials. Rather, the materials developed for use in the junior high school grades have been applied to college students in order to determine what types of understandings and judgments have been retained or augmented since their initial period of study. A number of incidental studies such as the relationship of results of tests of understanding and judgment to success in college mathematics and to general college success have been made but the results of these will not be presented at this time. In this report, the implication for shifts in the curricula on the secondary level will be emphasized.
