<em><span lang="EN">This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnover intention on GOJEK Makassar Goride Driver. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire.</span><span lang="EN-ID"> The sample in this study were 100</span><span lang="EN-ID"> people with the simple </span><span lang="EN-ID"> saturation sampling </span><span lang="EN-ID"> method.</span><span lang="EN">The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">The results showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention Driver Goride GOJEK Makassar.</span></em>

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Profit-Sharing Rate and BI Rate on the amount of Mudharabah Savings in Islamic Banks from 2013 to 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of Islamic Bank financial statements accessed on www.idx.com. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study is 12 banks. The results show that the profit-sharing rate partially has a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia, the BI rate has no effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the profit-sharing rate and BI rate have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

This study aims to: 1) determine the development of lavies received on tourism object, the number of tourist visits, the number of hotels and the number of tourist attractions in Jambi City, 2) to analyze the effect of the number of tourist visits, the number of hotels and the number of tourist attractions on the receipt of levies for tourism object in Jambi City. The data used in this research was secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is the developments formula and multiple linear regression analysis with the eviews program. The results showed that realization of levies received aon tourism object in Jambi City increased by an average 0f 35.31% with an average amount of tourist visits of 55.74%, the number of hotels an average 0.50%, and the number of tourist attractions an average 0,37%. While the result of the t-test shows that partially the number of tourist visits and the number of hotels have a significant effect on the acceptance of tourism object fees in Jambi City with a significant value of P <0.05. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job promotion and work environment on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants (PNS) teachers in Kendari 6 High Schools (SMA), both simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study were all PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari, amounting to 57 people, the method of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. The measurement scale of the data used is the Likert scale and the data analysis method uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers at SMA Negeri 6 Kendari. Likewise partially, the promotion of position and work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PNS teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kendari.

ABSTRACT PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation to improve employee performance. This study examines the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were distributing questionnaires and recording documents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using a computer with the SPSS 20 for Windows program. Based on the results of research testing can be drawn two conclusions that Work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya (Y) because the Fcount value is 51,548> Ftable 3,172. Among the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) the more dominant variable significantly influences the employee's performance on the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya is Compensation (X2) because the regression coefficient is biggest that is 0,481 .. Researcher suggest to Human Resources Department PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation. In order for employees of laboratory division of PT. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dan mencatat dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan komputer dengan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian dapat ditarik dua kesimpulan yaitu Lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya (Y) karena nilai Fhitung 51,548 > Ftabel 3,172. Diantara lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) variabel yang lebih dominan secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya adalah Kompensasi (X2) karena koefisien regresinya paling besar yaitu 0,481.. Peneliti menyarankan kepada bagian Human Resources Departement PT. Wings Surya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Agar karyawan divisi laboratorium PT. This study aims to determine the effect of exchange rates and textile production on textile imports in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia from 2009 quarter 1 to 2018 quarter 4. The data analysis method used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The results show that the exchange rate variables partially has a positive and significant effect on the volume of textile imports in Indonesia. Partially, production has a positive and significant effect on the volume of textile imports in Indonesia. Simultaneously,  the exchange rate and textile production have a positive and significant effect on the volume of imports of Indonesian textiles. The magnitude of the effect of exchange rates and production on textile imports is 0.627 (62.7%), while those influenced by other variables outside this model are 0.373 (37.3%).Keywords: textile imports, exchange rates, production

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
