This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

<em><span lang="EN">This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnover intention on GOJEK Makassar Goride Driver. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire.</span><span lang="EN-ID"> The sample in this study were 100</span><span lang="EN-ID"> people with the simple </span><span lang="EN-ID"> saturation sampling </span><span lang="EN-ID"> method.</span><span lang="EN">The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. </span><span lang="EN"> </span><span lang="EN-ID">The results showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention Driver Goride GOJEK Makassar.</span></em>

This research was conducted on companies that won the Top GRC Award in 2019 and 2020 with secondary data collection methods. The data is collected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample used in this research is 30 companies.The analysis method used is to use SPSS for multiple linear regression analysis. The results present that governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and intellectual capital have a positive effect on the companies performence that have won Top GRC awards.

Banking world is inseparable from the competition of services, service offerings but also bank’s health scores, so banks are required to maintain their health scores. The purpose of this reseach was to know significantion analyze form that ratio IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA, and CAR has significant influence to bank’s health scores use RBBR metods. Population that wear in this research is BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank in Indonesia. The sample were selected used purposive sampling technique. This reseach use secondary data and data collection methods used documentation method. The type of research conducted in this research is causal research is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of the calculation and analysis before the result of the research hypotesis that the IPR, LDR, IRR, PDN, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, NIM, ROA dan CAR have significant effect for soudness score on BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 bank. IPR, IRR, NPL, FBIR, ROA and CAR has a negative effect not significant, LDR, PDN, and NIM has a positive effect not significant, BOPO has a negative effect and significant. Of the ten variables studied  BOPO has dominant influence that is equal 24,4 percent among ten other independent variables. Suggestions for bank sample in this research to maintain its operational risks, minimize operational costs and increase operating income so that the health score is increasing every year.

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

Kinerja adalah merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang dituntut setiap organisasi. Sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja merupakan hal yang berperan dalam pencapaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Sejauh mana pengaruh sistem rekrutmen dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. HMI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. HMI, sifat penelitian kausalitas kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dimana seluruh populasi karyawan PT. HMI dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. : Performance is one of the main factors demanded by each organization. The recruitment system and work environment are factors that play a role in achieving employee performance at PT. HYUNDAI MOBIL INDONESIA (PT. HMI). The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent to which the influence of the recruitment system and work environment on employee performance at PT. HMI. This research was conducted at PT. HMI, the nature of quantitative causality research using the survey method, where the entire population of employees of PT. HMI was sampled in this study. In conducting this research the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement unit. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis methods.

The retail industry is still popular in Indonesia. Overall, retail sales growth has decreased. However, the clothing industry has increased. The growth in the clothing sub-group retail industry provides opportunities for companies. One of them is the Loki store. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. This research used a quantitative approach consisting of primary data and secondary data. Purposive sampling was used. The sample was 150 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that product quality, service quality, and price had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at the Loki store. This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

This study was to determine the effect of Short-Term Investments and Assets Assets in generating profits in the company PT. Taspen. The method of analysis used qualitative methods That is explained and analyzed by descriptive data. Quantitative methods to study whether the Short-term investment is profitable or not, can be determined either by the method Accounting Rate Of Return (ARR) That method that measures the level of profit from investments used to gain tersebut.dan the return on investment assets at PT. Taspen. To test the hypothesis then performed calculations using multiple linear regression analysis. Furthermore pengelohan data and hypothesis testing will be assisted by a computer program Softwere SPSS (Statistical Service and Solution product).Research shows that variable Short Term Asset Investments concluded that simultaneous effect relationship is negative and insignificant. But in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings. Assets Investments variable and not significant positive effect on earnings, but in partial, it provides a significant and positive effect on earnings.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.
