Climate is an active, powerful factor that can have a powerful therapeutic effect. Climatotherapy is prescribed for the purpose of General strengthening effects on the body, to stimulate its defenses, increase non-specific resistance, especially in chronic or sluggish pathological processes. The effect of climate therapy is manifested in the body's responses to environmental factors, the main condition of which is the use of physiologically based methods of dosing climate procedures. The bioclimatic station (BCS) of the resort of Yevpatoria carries out meteorological observations of medical orientation and their dosing. The creation of a modern center of climatotherapy, as a scientific-clinical Department of medical climatology on the basis of the BCS will allow to organize a single service on introduction of modern methods of climatotherapy in Evpatoria and the Republic of Crimea, improve the quality of the holiday of climateprotection and effectiveness of climatotherapy.

The period of transition of the national economies from the socialist system to the market economy system is marked by a whole series of economic and social events, where investments represent a driving force for the country's economic development. The aim of the research is to provide scientific assistance on the widespread use of modern methods, recognized in developed industrialized countries, to elaborate and/or evaluate investment projects on the basis of which the indigenous agricultural sector will be able to survive in harsh conditions of often unfair competition from the part of Western agricultural producers. The main research methods are qualitative and quantitative analysis of economic events, comparative and statistical comparisons, dynamics and trend studies, economic and mathematical methods to justify the economic efficiency of investments, etc. As the results, obtained from the out carried researches, can be called the algorithms of calculation and performance indicators for assessing the level of economic efficiency of agrarian business investments, which for year along are successfully used in the Western European countries, but practically totally ignored within the national economy of the Republic of Moldova.

On the basis of mathematical modeling of allergic rhinitis, hay fever diseases the analysis of dynamics of its prevalence in the 2000-2013 was conducted. Based on the results of the analysis of morbidity with the use of modern methods of evidence-based medicine was compiled prognosis of allergic rhinitis, hay fever in the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2023. According to the results of the prognosis it can be calculated in advance the need for medications, treatments and preventive processes, diagnosis of diseases of allergic rhinitis, hay fever. These tests were proved by the expected incidence rates of some regions and the whole of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2023. It is proved that the studies comply with the objectives of improving the diagnosis and treatment of disease of allergic rhinitis, hay fever in inpatient and outpatient conditions and improvement in the field of drug supply and improve the efficiency of the treatment process.

On the basis of mathematical modeling of the incidence of bronchial asthma analyzed the dynamics of its prevalence over 2000–2013 years, results of analysis of asthma using modern methods of the prognosis of asthma morbidity in Uzbekistan until 2023. According to the results of the forecast can be calculated in advance the need for medications, treatments and diagnosis of the disease of asthma. The resulting analyzes reasonably expected incidence of certain regions and in general for the Republic of Uzbekistan to 2023. It is proved that the studies meet the objectives of improving the diagnosis and treatment of asthma morbidity in inpatient and outpatient settings and improvements in the field of drug supply and improve the efficiency of the treatment process.

The article is devoted to such an urgent topic as the theoretical and methodological foundations of creating a land information base for the privatization of land plots, improving the use of modern methods, effective use of land information base programs and developing a base privatization database. A radical turn of the republic's economy on the path of intensive development requires the accelerated introduction of scientific and technological progress in all spheres and industries, the functioning of the land information base as a single economic organism, the introduction of new priority directions in the privatization of land plots. It should be noted that the work carried out in the republic on the use of the land information base during the privatization of land plots is felt at an insufficient level. In recent years, little attention has been paid to the use of advanced technologies in the privatization of land plots. Therefore, the topical issue of today is the improvement of the use of the land information base in the privatization of land plots. At present time, product positioning, research and analysis of external and internal environment factors that influence the competitive positioning of an enterprise are a necessary attribute of marketing for a modern company. The relevance of the material considered in the article, devoted to competitive positioning of the enterprise, is determined by the fact that the publication presents the results of research on the competitive positioning of products of one of the leading enterprise of the alcohol industry in Russia based on the use of modern methods of marketing analysis. The designated features of the process competitive positioning. The use of analytical marketing tools allowed us to analyze and to complete of experience competitive positioning of certain segments alcoholic products of LVZ «Saransky». The purpose of the research is complete of successful experience competitive positioning of the enterprise based on the analysis its development for positioning and promotion of alcoholic products on the marcet. The tasks of this work involve the analysis of external and internal environment factors that affect the choice of competitive positioning strategies for alcoholic products of the enterprise; research of the processes of strategic competitive positioning of the main types of alcoholic products of LVZ «Saransky»; assessment of the effectiveness of competitive positioning of alcoholic products of the enterprise. The results of the research are that by analysis of competitive positioning, using various marketing tools (analysis of the macro and micro environment of the enterprise, building maps of the positioning of the main types of products enterprise and its competitors, conducting segmentation analysis on various parameters, etc.), is revealed the practice of successful experience of competitive positioning and promotion of alcoholic products of the enterprise on the market of the Republic of Mordovia.

The article present a literature review of soil erosion studies at the Republic of Bashkortostan. The history of soil erosion development in the region is described. The data of soil losses in different climatic zones of republic during different erosion events (snow melting, rainfall, irrigation and deflation) and time intervals are shown. The analysis of articles based on study of erosion-accumulation processes was carried out and recommendations for using of modern methods were given.

The paper analyses traditional and modern methods and technologies for preservation and restoration of wall paintings found through archaeological excavations in the Republic of Tajikistan. Medieval monuments such as the ancient Panjekent, Bundzhikat, Adzhina-Tepa and others gave a variety of works of pictorial art, including unique monumental paintings, the preservation of which presents a priority task for scientists, restorers and art experts. These artefacts are exposed in the State Hermitage Museum (St. Petersburg), the National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan, the Republican Museum of History and Local Lore of Rudaki in Penjikent and the National Museum of Tajikistan. The paintings portray diverse and interrelated household, mythological, religious and epic plots, battle scenes, scenes of feasts and hunting, as well as geometrical, vegetable, and zoomorphic motives. The study of these paintings helps scientists to study in detail the medieval history of Tajik people. Therefore, their preservation is the primary task of the corresponding experts. The paper is based on personal experience of the author in preservation and restoration of monumental paintings within international projects on preservation of cultural heritage of Tajik people.
