Climate is an active, powerful factor that can have a powerful therapeutic effect. Climatotherapy is prescribed for the purpose of General strengthening effects on the body, to stimulate its defenses, increase non-specific resistance, especially in chronic or sluggish pathological processes. The effect of climate therapy is manifested in the body's responses to environmental factors, the main condition of which is the use of physiologically based methods of dosing climate procedures. The bioclimatic station (BCS) of the resort of Yevpatoria carries out meteorological observations of medical orientation and their dosing. The creation of a modern center of climatotherapy, as a scientific-clinical Department of medical climatology on the basis of the BCS will allow to organize a single service on introduction of modern methods of climatotherapy in Evpatoria and the Republic of Crimea, improve the quality of the holiday of climateprotection and effectiveness of climatotherapy.

The article describes the experience of using laser puncturing methods for dysarthria in children with all forms of cerebral palsy. Statistical data of treated children with dysarthria by age, types of dysarthria and the results of course treatment with laser punctures on the s calp zones and acupuncture points of the corporeal meridians were analyzed and points of the auricle depending on the form of cerebral palsy and the type of dysarthria according to the pathogenetic criterion in 334 children for the period from 2017 to 2019. Based on the visual study of the volume of active movements of articulatory muscles, qualitative and quantitative dynamics of speech activity, a conclusion was made about the positive effectiveness in 200 (63 %) children. The greatest effectiveness was observed among children over 7 years of age – 60 % (200 children) and in pseudobulbar 79 % (197 children), cerebellar 77 % (31 children), subcortical 52 % (13 children) dysarthria. The lowest effectiveness was observed in children with severe forms of dysarthria by the degree of intelligibility to others (classification of J. Tardieu) 40 % (134 children) and in children under 7 years of age (32 %), with mixed dysarthria 45 % (9 children). The results of treatment allow us to conclude that the laser puncturing it is effective and should be systematically (1 time in 3 months if possible) included in the complex of sanatorium-resort rehabilitation for dysarthria in children with cerebral palsy, which will speed up the recovery time of articulation.

Children with recurrent respiratory diseases having a mononucleosis-like syndrome form an increased risk group for impaired somatic and mental health. Such patients are shown sanatorium-resort rehabilitation. The volume of medical assistance at the sanatorium-resort stage provided for the organization of a therapeutic, prophylactic and health-improving process. Psychodiagnostic studies revealed the highest scores in children with recurrent respiratory diseases with a mononucleosis-like syndrome: asthenic reactions, high anxiety, emotional lability, and sleep disturbance. At the sanatorium-resort stage, medical and recreational activities included: drug and physiotherapy (for the treatment of the underlying disease), as well as psychotherapy, which acts as a comprehensive therapeutic effect in order to correct disorders of the emotional-volitional sphere. Comprehensive medical rehabilitation in sanatorium-resort conditions will allow to maintain somatic and mental health in such children.

Eczema is a polyethyological disease that occurs as a result of the action of infectious and allergic, metabolic, neuroendocrine, vegetative and hereditary factors, clinically manifested by polymorphic rashes with a pronounced inflammatory reaction, accompanied by severe itching. Among all skin diseases of eczema takes the leading position, about 30-40 % of dermatological patients have this diagnosis. At the same time, every year there is a steady increase in the rate of eczema. Clinically effective is the use of complex treatment of eczema, which includes, in addition to standard pharmacological therapy, includes physiotherapeutic methods and spa factors, which together give a lasting positive therapeutic effect.

The purpose of the study is to study the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation in children operated on for a ventricular septal defect, based on the dynamics of heart rate variability indicators. Material and methods of research. Heart rate variability was evaluated in 75 children operated on for ventricular septal defect. The control group (CG) consisted of 30 healthy children. The effectiveness of medical rehabilitation was assessed by the dynamics of heart rate variability indicators. Children of the 1st group (20 people) took the cardiometabolic drug Elkar at a dose of 30 mg/kg/day for 1 month. With children of the 2nd group (20 people) for 3 months, Nordic walking classes were held (NW). In addition, children of the 2nd group received the drug Elkar for 1 month (30 mg/kg). Results. According to the time analysis of heart rate variability, operated children had significantly lower values of SDNN 82 [69;103] (p<0.001), SDANNi 50.5 [39;87] (p<0.05), SDNNi 69.5 [54;80] (p<0.05), rMSSD 50.5 [39;87] (p<0.05), pNN50 % 18.4 [6.7;28.3] (p<0.05) lower power in the high-frequency range of the spectrum (p<0.001) and a change in the vegetative balance towards the predominance of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system (LF/HF=3.16, p=0.009) than in the control group. After the treatment, there was no reliable HRV dynamics in children who received Elcar. There was a significant difference between SDNN and rMSSD with KG. In the second group, there was a significant increase in HRV according to SDNN data by 37.7 % (p<0.01), SDANNi by 45.6 % (p<0.05), rMSSD by 6.5 % (p<0.05), pNN50 % by 32.7 % (p<0.05). The difference in indicators with CG is leveled. Conclusions. In children operated on for VSD, there was a decrease in the parameters of the time analysis of HRV in comparison with healthy peers (p<0.05). The combined use of Nordic walking and Elkar have a normalizing effect on the HRV, causing a decrease in the tension of the Central circuit of heart rate regulation, significantly increasing the parasympathetic effect on the heart rate.

The purpose of the work is to identify the dependence of the effectiveness of medical rehabilitation (MR) of patients with cerebral atherosclerosis (CA) on the seasons at the Southern coast of Crimea (SCC). Materials and methods. A prospective, single-center clinical trial in 216 patients with CA. Assessment of the effectiveness of MR was carried out in accordance with the "International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health" (ICF). Results. As a result of MR, the level of violations of all controlled functions (on average for all ICF domains) was reduced by 28-35% in different seasons of the year, which indicates the high efficiency of the year-round integrated health resort MR at the SCC. Findings. The effectiveness of MR in patients with CA is quite high in all seasons of the year, which testifies to the validity of indications for referring patients to the SCC health resorts throughout the year.

The article notes that the issues of rehabilitation of patients with infantile cerebral palsy are an urgent and extremely difficult problem. In conditions of deficiency of cerebral supply due to organic lesions, functional pathological foci are formed in various brain structures in patients of this group. In such cases, the neuropsychological research method makes it possible to more accurately diagnose and lateralize the primary disorders of mental processes, to highlight the structure of the defect. The purpose of this report is to analyze the correctional work in violation of visual-gnostic functions in patients with various forms of cerebral palsy. A correction program was developed individually for each child, purposefully stimulating the parieto-occipital parts of the cerebral cortex. The increase in the child's motor abilities in combination with the improvement of visual-spatial representations made it possible to significantly increase the effectiveness of the entire rehabilitation program
