Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются сущность, структура, основные требования к проектированию информационно-образовательной среды профессиональных образовательных организаций. Представлены различные точки зрения в определении понятия информационно-образовательной среды. Отмечено, что информационно-образовательная среда должна обладать структурированной избыточностью, интегративностью, многокомпонентностью, адаптивностью по отношению к системе образования. Наполнение ресурсами системы производят разные структурные подразделения образовательной организации, обеспечивается их достоверность, полнота, сохранность, использование. Автор подчеркивает, что наравне с полнотекстовыми документами необходимо формировать и базу данных видеолекций преподавателей и учёных, которые являются на сегодняшний день популярной формой удалённого доступа к научно-образовательным ресурсам для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. The paper considers modern information technologies, which are the basis of the process of informatization of education. The process of improving the quality of training specialists in the context of developing a system of general and vocational education is researched. The author analyzes the definition of informational educational environment. It is substantiated that online education is a factor in increasing the level of access to education and has certain advantages over traditional types of knowledge, providing flexibility through remote access to resources. Modern European educational initiatives are analyzed, informatization of education envisages development of informational and educational environment, essential role in creation of which is educational television. It is determined that today in the field of development of the information and telecommunication environment the main channels of data transmission, owned both by the state and non - state structures, which provide high - speed exchange of large flows of information between regions, are developing.

The article describes experience of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment at university. The model of creating information-managing educational environment of university with elements of artificial intelligence and indicative management is described. This environment contributes to improve quality of training and management of educational processes and resources. The stages of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment are considered systemically, as continuous process focused on a consumer. The inhibitory and facilitating conditions for introduction of the model at university are described. To provide subject-oriented approach to the use of information resources of environment, recommended clusters of information subsystems for each category of users are described.Practically implemented scientific and methodological recommendations for subjects of educational process to overcome resistance to innovations introduced in educational organizations are proposed.Features of adaptation of the developed information-managing educational environment for schools are presented.

It is proved that professional IT education is the basis for improving its quality level and has certain advantages over other types of knowledge, providing flexibility due to modern technological features, including the use of QR coding information.

The paper presents the definition of quality of life and its relationship with sustainable development. The paper analyses and compares the indicators of quality of life in Lithuania with other countries. A quality of life is an explicit or implicit policy goal. Various measurements and indicators to evaluate a quality of life were proposed during the recent years however there are no widely accepted objective indicators of quality of life able to compare countries. Sustainable development concept proposes new approach to measure quality of life. Therefore the aim of sustainable development is to increase quality of life. Quality of life can be addressed in terms of people health, the state of economy, employment, infrastructure development, crime and environment. All these indicators are interrelated as economic development creates preconditions to maintain public health, develop social and technical infrastructure, to increase employment, to ensure quality of environment, to tackle with crime etc. From the other point of view healthy and satisfied with the quality of life nation have positive impact on stable economic growth.

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern ideas about the quality of institutions concept, and the development on this basis of its generalized and operational understanding. The interpretation of the quality of the institution as its legitimacy from the point of view of stakeholders of the institution’s performance is grounded. Starting from the understanding of the object or process legitimacy as a recognition of its right to exist, an approximate question is proposed for conducting sociological surveys to assess the quality of institutions. In the final section of the article, the evolutionary definition of the concept of quality is proposed, and it is shown that the identification of the institutions quality with their legitimacy is fully consistent with this definition.

O estudo objetivou a compreender a influência da humanização durante a assistência de enfermagem ao paciente com Traumatismo Crânioencefálico. Trata-se de revisão narrativa, percorridas em seis etapas: (1) estabelecimento da hipótese e objetivos da revisão; (2) estabelecimento de critérios de inclusão e exclusão de artigos (seleção da amostra); (3) definição das informações a serem extraídas dos artigos selecionados (4) avaliação dos resultados (5) interpretação dos resultados (6) apresentação da revisão. Foram analisadas 7 artigos, os enfermeiros devem atuar demonstrando sempre o anseio pela busca de aperfeiçoamento em suas práticas assistenciais, e uma estratégia que beneficia a equipe, bem como também, promover a humanização, e a estruturação de um protocolo com base científica que auxilia nas atividades seguras e eficazes ao vínculo profissional-paciente. Conclui-se que a humanização tem influência direta na qualidade assistencial dos pacientes com TCE por meio de um ambiente confortável, com gestão de recursos, maior atividade de profissionais de várias especialidades capacitados para avaliar, diagnosticar e iniciar o tratamento de forma imediata, gerando a organização e integração dos serviços que atendam a demanda de usuários nos setores de urgência e emergência.Descritores: Humanização, Urgência e Emergência, Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar, Traumatismo Craniano. Humanization to the victim of traumatic brain injury: a narrative reviewAbstract: The study aimed to understand the influence of humanization during nursing care for patients with traumatic brain injury. It is a narrative review, carried out in six stages: (1) establishment of the hypothesis and objectives of the review; (2) establishment of inclusion and exclusion criteria for articles (sample selection); (3) definition of information to be extracted from selected articles (4) evaluation of results (5) interpretation of results (6) presentation of the review. Seven articles were analyzed, nurses should always demonstrate their desire to seek improvement in their care practices, and a strategy that benefits the team, as well as promoting humanization, and the structuring of a scientifically based protocol that helps in safe and effective activities to the professional-patient bond. It is concluded that humanization has a direct influence on the quality of care for patients with TBI through a comfortable environment, with resource management, greater activity of professionals from various specialties trained to evaluate, diagnose and start treatment immediately, generating the organization and integration of services that meet the demand of users in the urgency and emergency sectors.Descriptors: Humanization, Urgency and Emergency, Prehospital Care, Cranial Trauma. Humanización a la víctima de traumatismo craneoencefálico: una revisión narrativaResumen: El estudio tuvo como objetivo comprender la influencia de la humanización durante el cuidado de enfermería para pacientes con traumatismo craneoencefálico. The article deals with the phenomena of lifestyle and educational environment of confessional educational organizations. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific methodological approaches (system, comparative, historical, ontological) and special scientific methodological approaches: a system-activity approach, which assumes a motivated solution of problems in the educational process determined by problem situations; a cultural approach that allows us to correlate general, individual and special cultural phenomena, in particular religion and education; an anthropological approach that allowed the interpretation of knowledge from various spheres of life from the point of view of pedagogy. The article contains definitions of the following concepts: «Lifestyle of a confessional educational organization» and «Educational environment of a confessional educational organization». The role of religious worship in the development and functioning of the confessional educational environment is noted. The main factors of the external environment that have a determining influence on the confessional educational environment are highlighted. The author emphasizes the open nature of the modern confessional educational process, which unfolds in the context of a dialogue between all its parties: the religious denomination, the state and the individual.

As for the qualitative definition of the theoretical structure of the concept of algorithm, obtained by building a system of its study on the basis of component analysis in the article, it should be completed by studying the types of algorithmic processes. Three common types of such processes (linear, branching and recursive) play a slightly different role here. The first two types are somewhat simple, as we tried to show in Example 1, it would be natural to use them in the study of the components of the algorithm. Recursive processes can be applied to the play of already separated concepts. There are plenty of examples in various sections of Algebra, such as the "sequences" section, in particular. Finding the approximate value of an expression using the Heron formula can be a good example of recursive processes. The purpose of the research is to develop a methodological system that identifies opportunities to improve the quality of integrated mathematics teaching in V-IX grades and connect it with computer technology as well as identifies ways to apply it in the learning process. Textbooks often show the performance of a particular action on a few specific examples. We come across different situations here. Sometimes the rule is stated after the solution of the work, and sometimes the work is considered after the expression of the rule. The third case is possible, there is no definition of the rule in the textbook, but specific examples of the application of the formed algorithm are considered. This is quite common in school textbooks, especially when considering complex algorithms. In such cases, it is accepted to call the solutions of the studies as examples. The sample solution must meet certain requirements. Let's separate some of them from the point of view of the formed algorithm: the most characteristic cases of the considered type of problem should be considered; numerical data should be selected in such a way that the necessary calculations can be performed orally in order to draw students' attention to the sequence of elementary operations that make up the steps of the formed algorithm. If the problem-solving example meets these requirements, then the type of problem assigned to it can be considered as an algorithm for solving the problem. If, depending on the initial data, there are several fundamentally different cases of problem solving, it is necessary to consider examples of problem solving for each such case.

The article examines the theoretical aspect of unification and its impact on the effectiveness of legislation. It is noted that regardless of the place of creation, the legislative process has always been and remains a difficult task, the solution of which requires a comprehensive approach. Unification is studied from a philological and legal point of view. It is emphasized that unification has been actively studied with the development of international organizations, and is an effective way to regulate legislation and integration into the international legal space, as expressed in the joint cooperation of different countries through the adoption of similar legal acts. It is now widespread in the legal systems of countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Finland, where maritime, trade, contractual, binding legislation, etc. are unified. Unification directly affects the quality of legislation, as well as contributes to the convergence of legal systems. In general, it can be described as a way of converging legal systems by forming a uniform legal regulation within the relevant legal space. The points of view of legal scholars on the definition of the concept of unification of legislation are considered. Unification is characterized as a process of streamlining legislation in order to uniformly regulate social relations in different legal systems. Emphasis is placed on the mandatory implementation of unified norms in the domestic law of the state. Key words: unification of legislation, legal regulation, implementation, system of legislation.
