Immunity is a well bedded concept within international law and mainly within the principle of sovereign equality of states. There are different procedural implications of the concept of immunity – diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities, State jurisdictional immunities and also immunity of State officials from foreign criminal jurisdiction. The Article focuses on the latter one and portrays on recent developments of immunity of State officials from foreign criminal jurisdiction as it is elaborated by the UN International Law Commission (‘ILC’). The author frames (in the introduction) the concept of immunity and especially the immunity of State officials and puts it in a large theoretical structure of international law and in the work of ILC. Then, he focuses his attention on the phenomenon of progressive development of international law (2) and how it is used with respect to the topic considerated by the ILC. He then presents main ILC conclusions regarding limitations and exceptions to immunity of State officials (3) and finally outlines latest development (4) of the ILC work dealing mainly with relationship between foreign criminal jurisdiction and international criminal jurisdiction and other procedural questions.

Abstract Most investigations in the structure of personality traits do not adequately address age, as few studies look at the structure of personality traits a-theoretically, instead presupposing a theoretical structure e.g., Big Five. As a result, the relationship among indicators within a trait (coherence) are often highlighted but relationships across traits (differentiation) are not thoroughly examined. Using a large-scale sample of 369,151 individuals ranging in age from 14 to 90, the present study examines whether personality indicators show differential relationships as a function of age. Results indicate that coherence shows few changes across the lifespan, while differentiation weakens across adulthood into old age. These finding suggest that Big Five indicators only parallel the Big Five structure among young but not older adults. Thus, using standard Big Five personality trait assessments in older adults may, at best, not reflect reality and, at worse, undermine the predictive utility of personality traits.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the application of BL (Blended Learning) in practical courses in the architecture program in COVID-19 time. Physical Environment course is a theoretical module in the first year of the undergraduate architecture program. Despite the course write in the theoretical structure, it was proposed to reorient the course into mixed methods with practical activities through online researching, site visiting, and reporting. The methodology was designed in a qualitative method with the application of case study, structured observation, content analysis, graphical analysis, and interpretation techniques. Data were combined from 40 students who were divided into 10 groups of 4 students to discover the application of BL in a practical and project-based activity. The findings of the research identified that the students face limitation to access the research engines and scientific sources to collect the sources for exercises. A half part of the group did plagiarism in the citation and referencing of the reports. The students present more accurate data in the site visiting and practical activities than the theoretical part. In conclusion, the application of BL requires sufficient infrastructure for access to online materials through institutions. Application of practical BL helps the students to personalize and specialize the learning process through their own design of the report and exercises that more effective for delivery of course. Despite the BL implements just in the activity and course levels by staff and students, BL mode requires to set up in both program and institutional levels to achieve the results.

This paper derives a method of measuring the degree of collusion among the bidders in an open ascending repetitive price auction in agricultural commodity markets in India. This paper first derives the bidders’ behaviour’s theoretical structure and then a measure of collusion formation. Finally, the degree of the cartel has been computed using time series wholesale price data of potato and onion crops. This research’s findings are helpful for the study of the link between the supply of the agriculture commodity and the degree of collusion. Using the proposed method in this research, if the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) measures cartel for each market and publish periodically, it will help farmers choose the right market to sell the produce. The farmers would select the market where the degree of collusion is relatively lower. Identifying different small cartel groups at different times with respective to the supply of the agriculture commodity would help avoid the incidence of distress selling by farmers, which is the main hindrance in developing the farming community in India. Similar to classical asphericity shifts, aspherical deformations of the electron density in the atomic core region can result in core asphericity shifts in refinements using a Hansen-Coppens multipolar model (HCM), especially when highly precise experimental datasets with resolutions far beyond sin(θ)/λ ≤ 1.0 Å−1 are employed. These shifts are about two orders of magnitude smaller than their counterparts caused by valence shell deformations, and their underlying deformations are mainly of dipolar character for 1st row atoms. Here, we analyze the resolution dependence of core asphericity shifts in α-boron. Based on theoretical structure factors, an appropriate Extended HCM (EHCM) is developed, which is tested against experimental high-resolution (sin(θ)/λ ≤ 1.6 Å−1) single-crystal diffraction data. Bond length deviations due to core asphericity shifts of α-boron in the order of 4–6·10−4 Å are small but significant at this resolution and can be effectively compensated by an EHCM, although the correlation of the additional model parameters with positional parameters prevented a free refinement of all core model parameters. For high quality, high resolution data, a proper treatment with an EHCM or other equivalent methods is therefore highly recommended.

Background Work personality was found to relate to successful work adjustment, job readiness, work motivation and job maintenance. The revised developmental work personality scale (RDWPS) is a self-reported assessment to evaluate the work personality of the examinee which further psychometric study is required and needs to be applied to different culture. The aim of this study was to examine the theoretical structure, validity, and reliability of the traditional Chinese version of the RDWPS. Methods The subjects were 113 university students with no known physical or mental illness who aged between 19 and 22. Cluster analysis was used to examine the theoretical structure. Rasch analysis was applied to examine the psychometric properties. Results We dropped the unfit three items and found the 11 items of traditional Chinese version of the RDWPS was adequate to fit the theoretical construct. The results of the Rasch analysis showed that the 11 items with a three-point rating scale of the traditional Chinese version of the RDWPS had acceptable internal consistency (α = 0.76), moderate reliability, and met the criteria of unidimensionality. Conclusions The results of this study provided initial evidence that the traditional Chinese version of the RDWPS can be readily applied to research related to work behavior for those whose primary language is traditional Chinese, with adequate reliability and validity.

This study aims to obtain the numerical solution of the Cauchy problem for 2D conservation law equation with one arbitrary discontinuity having an initial profile. For this aim, a special auxiliary problem allowing to construct a sensitive method is developed in order to get a weak solution of the main problem. Proposed auxiliary problem also permits us to find entropy condition which guarantees uniqueness of the solution for the auxiliary problem. To compare the numerical solution with the exact solution theoretical structure of the problem under consideration is examined, and then the interplay of shock and rarefaction waves is investigated.
