FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE IT SPECIALISTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The paper considers modern information technologies, which are the basis of the process of informatization of education. The process of improving the quality of training specialists in the context of developing a system of general and vocational education is researched. The author analyzes the definition of informational educational environment. It is substantiated that online education is a factor in increasing the level of access to education and has certain advantages over traditional types of knowledge, providing flexibility through remote access to resources. Modern European educational initiatives are analyzed, informatization of education envisages development of informational and educational environment, essential role in creation of which is educational television. It is determined that today in the field of development of the information and telecommunication environment the main channels of data transmission, owned both by the state and non - state structures, which provide high - speed exchange of large flows of information between regions, are developing.

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются сущность, структура, основные требования к проектированию информационно-образовательной среды профессиональных образовательных организаций. Представлены различные точки зрения в определении понятия информационно-образовательной среды. Отмечено, что информационно-образовательная среда должна обладать структурированной избыточностью, интегративностью, многокомпонентностью, адаптивностью по отношению к системе образования. Наполнение ресурсами системы производят разные структурные подразделения образовательной организации, обеспечивается их достоверность, полнота, сохранность, использование. Автор подчеркивает, что наравне с полнотекстовыми документами необходимо формировать и базу данных видеолекций преподавателей и учёных, которые являются на сегодняшний день популярной формой удалённого доступа к научно-образовательным ресурсам для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. The actuality of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that the level of professional competence of future teachers of the natural-science subjects largely depends on the quality of mathematical training, which is largely provided by the use of computer technologies in higher mathematics classes. Information technologies are indispensable for the effective organization of the educational process in the modern conditions of teaching the course of mathematical disciplines. As a result of the study of this problem, the authors used methods that allowed defining the definition of mathematical competences of teachers of natural-science disciplines (theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature) and confirming the effectiveness of using information technologies in higher mathematics classes (pedagogical experiment). The main results of the research consist in the allocation of four levels of mathematical competences (low, medium, high, very high), and in the definition of the system of basic mathematical competencies. The obtained results allow to answer the question how on the basis of computer technologies to develop the mathematical competencies of future teachers of the natural-science disciplines more effectively, and, supplementing the existing theory of higher education, contribute to solving the issues of motivation for teaching higher mathematics.

Abstract The problem of professional training of skilled human personnel in the industry of information communication technology, the urgency of which is recognized at the state level of Ukraine and the world, has been considered. It has been traced that constantly growing requirements of the labour market, swift scientific progress require the use of innovative approaches to the training of future ІТ specialists with the aim to increase their professional level. The content of standards of professional training and development of information technologies specialists in foreign countries, particularly in Japan, has been analyzed and generalized. On the basis of analysis of educational and professional standards of Japan, basic requirements to the engineer in industry of information communication technology in the conditions of competitive environment at the labour market have been comprehensively characterized. The competencies that graduate students of educational qualification level of bachelor in the conditions of new state policy concerning upgrading the quality of higher education have been considered. The constituents of professional competence in the structure of an engineer-programmer’s personality, necessary on different levels of professional improvement of a specialist for the development of community of highly skilled ІТ specialists, have been summarized. Positive features of foreign experience and the possibility of their implementation into the native educational space have been distinguished. Directions for modernization and upgrading of the quality of higher education in Ukraine and the prospects for further scientific research concerning the practice of specialists in information technologies training have been suggested

The fundamentals of improving the quality of student training from the point of view of the development of a vocational education system are investigated. The authors explore the definition of an innovative educational environment. It is proved that professional IT education is the basis for improving its quality level and has certain advantages over other types of knowledge, providing flexibility due to modern technological features, including the use of QR coding information.

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of online education perceived by learners in a time when non-face-to-face online lectures are conducted due to the spread of COVID-19, and suggest measures to improve educational outcomes. Therefore, the structural influence of cooking practice on the quality of online lessons, learning immersion, learning satisfaction, and the achievement felt by learners was verified. The sample of the study was a college student majoring in cooking, and a total of 509 responses were used for analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, it was analyzed that there was a significant influence on learning immersion in the order of content, interaction, and educational environment among the quality of online classes. Second, among the quality of online classes, class content and educational environment showed positive (+) influence on learning satisfaction. Third, learning immersion and learning satisfaction showed a positive influence on academic achievement. Fourth, in the direct effect of online class quality on academic achievement, it was analyzed that only class content had a positive (+) effect. Based on the results of this study, the provision of learning materials with detailed explanations was suggested in the online cooking practice class rather than providing a simple cooking video. In addition, it was suggested that as a way to improve academic achievement of online education, it is necessary to provide content that allows learners to immerse themselves in class, as well as class content and educational environment, and consider learning satisfaction.

The article deals with the creation of unified information-educational environment of an educational institution, requirements to it, the organization of the educational process based on it, as well as all its constituent parts presented in an educational institution. A promising field of research of the problem of information technologies usage in students' learning activities can become the experimental study of the beliefs of students, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical staff of higher education institutions on e-learning tools and their application in the educational environment. Moreover, it is worthwhile to mention that the problem of effective use of modern ICT disciplines is studied by many professors of higher educational institutions. However, its incorrect usage leads to the substitution of the learning objectives. Nowadays it is possible to reduce the educational process in universities not only by knowledge mastering, but also teaching students to learn and apply their new knowledge and information as effective, as it is possible. Numerous theoretical and practical research characteristics of the information technology in the students’ educational process claim that this approach is a response to students’ social demands and needs, since it contributes to the formation of professional competence of future professionals. One of the most important factors that significantly effects the quality of education is the usage of modern information technologies. Modern graduate students should have special professional tools and solve working problems, using information systems. Thus, the introduction of innovative information technologies in higher educational institutions enables future professionals to expand their potential abilities and encourages active learning.

We identify features of the design and implementation of opportunities to improve the quality of self-realization and cooperation of the individual in the sports and educational environment. The sports and educational environment is determined by the model of realization of the productive solution of the tasks of development, self-realization and cooperation of the individual through “sports”, “education”, and “science”. We detail the practice of theorizing the quality improvement of self-realization and individual cooperation in the sports and educational environment. We highlight the pedagogical conditions for improvement the quality of self-realization and individual cooperation in the sports and educational environment. We prove the perspectives of studying and measuring the quality of the theorization of self-realization and individual cooperation in the sports and educational environment.

In the broadest sense, the process of development involves improving the quality of human life. Although most people support the idea of improving human lives, the concept of development is notoriously difficult to define. In the poorer countries of the world, development generally requires increasing incomes. But it also involves other things, such as raising standards of health and nutrition, improving access to education, reducing poverty, and increasing the equality of resources. How is it possible to incorporate these, and other notions, into a workable definition of development that can be used to evaluate the recent record of development in Egypt?

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of pedagogical competency of masters of IT-specialties in conditions of reforming of higher professional education and introduction of modern educational information technologies. The theoretical analysis of the approaches of scientists to the definition of basic concepts within the framework of the competency educational paradigm, the establishment of the composition of competency and its evaluation is carried out. It is determined that pedagogical competency is a component of professional competency - integrative quality of personality, which is formed through the development and assimilation of the totality of pedagogical competency’s and characterizes possession of them. Pedagogical competency is considered as a predetermined social requirement for interdependent personality traits in relation to subjects and processes centered around teaching activities necessary for its effective implementation. In the structure of the pedagogical competency of masters of IT-specialties, the motivational-value, operational-cognitive, social-personal components are singled out and a list of pedagogical competencies is developed, the mastering of which promotes their formation. The role of the means of modern educational information technologies in the formation of the pedagogical competency of the future specialists of IT-specialties in the conditions of the magistracy is determined and theoretically substantiated. There are proposed measures to increase the motivation of masters of IT-specialties to study the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle and to the future pedagogical activity by forming pedagogical competencies based on already mastered professional IT-competencies. The expediency of strengthening the pedagogical preparation of masters by studying the theoretical and practical principles of the development of methodical support for the teaching of professional disciplines and sections related to modern educational information technologies is shown. Methodical approaches aimed at increasing the theoretical and practical readiness of masters of IT-specialties for pedagogical activity in higher education institutions using the means of LMS-system Moodle and active teaching methods are considered. The proposed methodological approaches to the teaching of the disciplines of the pedagogical cycle were introduced and their influence on the improvement of quality of pedagogical preparation of masters of IT-specialties was experimentally confirmed using diagnostic tools to assess the formation of components of pedagogical competency.
