ABSTRACTThe nutritional problem has happened in Indonesia. One of them is toddler malnutrition. Children who are malnourished have a low immune system. Thus it is susceptible to infectious diseases. Factors that can prevent nutritional problems in toddlers include the age of weaning and the toddler's immune system. Breastfeeding until the two-years-old, weaning, and body resistance will also affect the toddler's nutritional status. The research aimed to identify the risk factors of disease history on toddler stunting's nutritional status in Pidie Jaya District. The research's implementation was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional research design with a sample size of 34 people—data on weaning patterns and disease history obtained through interviews with questionnaires. Anthropometry measurements obtained the nutritional status data of toddlers. Analysis used chi-square test. Based on the results, most of the 14.7% of toddlers had a history of fever, 52.95% of unwilling toddlers. Toddlers with well nutritional status with weight-for-age index 64.7%, skinny nutritional status with weight-for-height index 55.9%, short nutritional status with height-for-age 52.9%, and regular dietary status with BMI-for age index 73.5%. Conclusion there was an influence of children's history disease in the last three months on nutritional status in the index height-for-age P-value = <0.015 (<0.05) with OR 6.0, but there was no influence of sick history on nutritional status with index weight-for-age, weight-for-age and BMI-for-age (P-value >0.05). It was important for the mother to implement a healthy lifestyle, environmental hygiene, and hygiene of the food history to become better.

At present, the incidence of injuries in Indonesia is quite high, as seen from data on traffic accidents in the general public. There are several factors that affect wound healing, one of which is nutritional status. Based on the preliminary data retrieval conducted by researchers in the seruni surgery room in the last 1 month namely in March, it was found that the number of wounded patients was 109 patients, where the number of men was 78 (71.56%) while the number of women was 31 ( 28.44%) The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the wound healing process in RSUD. H. Andi. Sulthan Daeng Radja Kab. Bulukumba. This research uses the type of design of this research is quantitative research. This type of research uses analytic observational research with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were 41 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the chi-square test (chi square test). The results of the analysis used the chi-square statistical test with a confidence level (α = 0.05). Based on the results of this test, the p value is 0.001, thus p <α (0.001 <0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between nutritional status and the process of wound healing in RSUD. H. Andi. Sulthan Daeng Radja Kab. Bulukumba. Researchers suggest that this study be used as a material consideration in the fulfillment of nutrition in wound care patients in RSUD.H.A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Kab. Bulukumba and this research can be continued by conducting research related to the wound healing process and linking it with other variables.

Anemia is a condition when the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocytes are lower than normal. The normal value of hemoglobin in women is 12 -16 g / dl with erythrocytes from 3.5 to 4.5 jt / mm3. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and Anemia of teenage girl. This research is analytic with cross sectional study design. The samples taken are 66 teenage girls, chosen by quote sampling. The data of this research used primary data obtained through checking up of body mass index and hemoglobin level. The data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis used Chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between nutritional status and Anemia (p value 0.001).

Abstract Introduction: Healthy the card serves as a tool for monitoring the motion of growth. The population in this study were a number of mothers in the Posyandu Dadali III, Tugu, Cimanggis, Depok. Objective: This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the mother's knowledge about healthy cards with the nutritional status of children. Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional with 83 respondents were used as samples. The univariate analysis used frequency and proportion. The bivariate analysis in this study used the Chi-Square test with a p-value <0.05. Results: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children. Conclusion: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children.

Abstract Hypertension is a major problem as a risk factor for death in cardiovascular disease caused by genetic and lifestyle factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between hypertension and lifestyle in Poja Village, Gapura District. This study used a cross sectional analytic design. The population in this study were 73 people. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and data analysis used the Chi Square test, the data collection technique used online questionnaire forms (google forms). Chi square test results obtained P value = 0.001 <a (0.05), which means that there is a relationship between hypertension and lifestyle in Poja Village, Gapura District. Preeclampsia is a multisystem complication that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. In recent years there has been no significant decrease in the incidence of preeclampsia, even in developed countries it is still the main cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze differences in individual characteristics, lifestyle (physical activity), nutritional status and diet in pregnant women with a history of preeclampsia. This research design is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach. Samples were obtained from 55 pregnant women with consecutive sampling who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used chi-square test and spearman correlation test. The results showed a relationship between physical activity with systolic blood pressure (p value 0.001, r = 0.449) and diastolic (p value 0.43, r = 0.273), there was also a relationship between diet and risk factors for preeclampsia through blood pressure measurements as evidenced by increase in blood pressure (p value 0.000) in pregnant women in the working area of Puskesmas Kedungkandang Malang. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference in intervening pregnant women at risk of preeclampsia, so that the disease does not develop more severely so that it does not endanger the lives of the mother and the fetus she is carrying

In Indonesia, the problem of nutrition is still very high, we should prepare the Indonesian generation in a healthy, intelligent and quality manner to be able to continue the development of the Indonesian nation to be more advanced, just and prosperous. The survey results obtained data for 72 children under five, there were 83.3% under five with good nutritional status, 2.8% under five with overweight status, 12.5% ​​under five with malnutrition status, and 1.4% under five with poor nutritional status. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of mothers in giving food to the nutritional status of children under five. This study used a cross sectional analytic survey, the primary data was obtained from the measurement of the toddler's weight. The population of this research is all mothers who have toddlers totaling 72 respondents, the sample in this study is all of the total population. The research analysis was univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between mother's knowledge (P-value = 0.001), mother's attitude (P-value = 0.02), and mother's actions (P-value = 0.01) with the nutritional status of children under five.

Abstract: Gingivitis is an inflammation process of gingiva caused by accumulation of biofilm on plaques around the margin of gingiva as well as an inflammation response against bacteria. Nutritional status is affected by macro and micronutrient intake. Poor nutritional status can cause abnormality of function and structure of oral soft tissue resulting in increased plaque forming which leads to the occurence of gingivitis. This study was aimed to obtain the relationship between nutritional status and the occurence of gingivitis. This was an analytical study using a cross-sectional design. Samples were obtained by using total sampling method. There were 77 students as samples. The nutritional status was measured by using body mass index (BMI), and examination of oral cavity was performed to check the occurence of gingivitis. The result showed that 46.8% of students had gingivitis. The nutritional status of the students based on IMT were as follows: 19.5% were categorized as underweight, 65% as normal weight, 9% as overweight, and 6.5% as obese. The bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test showed a P value of 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between the nutritional status and gingivitis in students of Dentistry Program, Sam Ratulangi University.Keywords: nutritional status, gingivitis Abstrak: Gingivitis merupakan reaksi inflamasi dari gingiva yang disebabkan oleh akumulasi biofilm pada plak di sekitar margin gingiva dan respon peradangan terhadap bakteri. Status gizi dipengaruhi oleh asupan gizi makronutrien dan mikronutrien yang seimbang. Gizi kurang dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi dan struktur jaringan lunak mulut sehingga pembentukan plak meningkat yang menjadi penyebab awal gingivitis. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan gingivitis. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi sebanyak 77 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Universitas Sam Ratulangi. Status gizi diukur menggunakan rumus perhitungan IMT dan pemeriksaan rongga mulut dilakukan untuk melihat ada tidaknya gingivitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 46,8% mahasiswa mengalami gingivitis. Penentuan status gizi berdasarkan IMT mendapatkan sampel kategori kurus (19,5%), normal (65%), berat badan lebih (9%), dan obesitas (6,5%). Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square menunjukkan nilai P = 0,000 (0,000 <0,05). Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi dengan gingivitis pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Universitas Sam Ratulangi.Kata kunci: status gizi, gingivitis

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is the first cause of infant mortality in West Java. Babies born with LBW need to get serious treatment, because in these conditions babies are easily distracted. Factors that influence the occurrence of LBW are age, nutritional status, pregnancy distance and maternal parity (Manuba, 2010). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal nutritional status and the incidence of low birth weight (LBW). This study used a descriptive analytic using a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in August 2020 - December 2020 at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono. The sample of this study were all deliveries at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono from August-16 October 2020, totaling 182. Data collection techniques with secondary data were arranged using a master table. The results of the study were analyzed bivariately using the chi Square test. Based on the results of statistical analysis with chi square, it was found that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of LBW, with a p value of 0.000 (<0.05), OR = 16.684. Women because they will conceive and give birth and so that there is no further deficiency of pregnancy status, so as to reduce the level of morbidity and mortality of infants. Abstrak Bayi dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan penyebab pertama kematian bayi di Jawa Barat. Bayi yang lahir dengan BBLR perlu mendapatkan penanganan yang serius, karena pada kondisi tersebut bayi mudah sekali mengalami gangguan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya BBLR yaitu umur, status gizi, jarak kehamilan dan paritas ibu (Manuba, 2010). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahuiubungan status gizi ibu dengan kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain diskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah ibu bersalin pada Agustus 2020 – Desember 2020 di RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu bersalin di RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono dari bulan Agustus-16 Oktober 2020 yang berjumlah 182. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan data sekunder yang disusun menggunakan master table dan dianalisis menggunakan chi square. Hasil Penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan kejadian BBLR, dengan hasil p value 0.000 (< 0,05) OR = 16,684.  Saran bagi pasien yaitu diharapkan untuk pasien agar lebih maksimal memperhatikan asupan makanan (status gizi) terutama .

Abstract: Caries is the presence of a cavity on the tooth caused by the activity of microorganism on fermented carbohydrate. Nutritional status is resulting from food consumption, which is one of the factors that influence the occurence of dental caries. This study was aimed to obtain the relationship between nutritional status and caries in permanent lower first molar among students of SDN 36 (elementary school) Manado. This was an analytical study using a cross sectional design. There were 48 students at SDN 36 Manado aged 6-8 years in this study obtained by using total sampling technique. We used the nutritional status based on length-for-age and BMI-for-age using the z-scores WHO anthropometrical standards for children aged 5-18 years and examined the oral cavity whether there was caries in permanent lower first molars. The results showed that caries in permanent lower first molars was found in 77.1% of subjects. Nutritional status based on length-for-age showed normal category (83.3%) and short stature/stunted (16.7%). The nutritional status based on BMI-for-age showed obese category (22.9%), overweight (8.3%), normal (60.5%), wasted (8.3%), and severely wasted (0.0%). The Fisher’s Exact test and the Chi-Square test showed that the relationship between length-for-age and the occurence of caries had a p-value of 1,000 meanwhile the relationship between nutritional status based on BMI-for-age and the occurence of caries had a p-value of 0.024. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between nutritional status based on BMI-for-age and caries in the permanent lower first molars in children aged 6-8 years at SDN 36 Manado.Keywords: dental caries, permanent lower first molar, nutritional status Abstrak: Karies adalah adanya rongga pada yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas jasad renik terhadap karbohidrat yang dapat diragikan. Status gizi merupakan keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat konsumsi makanan, yang menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi proses terjadinya karies gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan karies gigi molar pertama bawah permanen pada anak usia 6-8 tahun di SDN 36 Manado. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling terhadap seluruh siswa di SDN 36 Manado berusia 6-8 tahun pada tahun 2019 yang berjumlah 48 orang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran status gizi TB/U dan IMT/U berdasarkan SD dengan standar baku antropometri WHO untuk anak usia 5-18 tahun serta pemeriksaan rongga mulut untuk melihat ada tidaknya karies pada gigi molar pertama bawah permanen. Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan terdapatnya karies pada gigi molar pertama bawah permanen sebesar 77,1% subyek. Status gizi berdasarkan TB/U didapatkan subyek kategori normal (83,3%) dan pendek/stunted (16,7%). Status gizi berdasarkan IMT/U didapatkan kategori obesitas (22,9%), gemuk (8,3%), normal (60,5%), kurus (8,3%), serta sangat kurus (0,0%). Hasil uji Fisher’s Exact dan uji Chi-Square menunjukkan untuk TB/U nilai p=1,000 sedangkan untuk IMT/U nilai p=0,024. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara status gizi berdasarkan IMT/U dengan karies gigi molar pertama bawah permanen pada anak usia 6-8 tahun di SDN 36 Manado.Kata kunci: karies gigi, molar pertama bawah permanen, status gizi

Abstrak Latar belakang: Dismenorea merupakan gangguan menstruasi berupa nyeri perut bawah sesaat atau bersamaan dengan permulaan menstruasi. Menstruasi merupakan kejadian fisiologis dalam tubuh wanita dan dapat disertai beberapa gangguan salah satunya dismenorea. Kejadian dismenorea bagi remaja dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari termasuk sekolah. Di Indonesia dari hasil penelitian PIK-KRR kejadian dismenorea pada remaja putri sebesar 72,89%. Faktor-faktor yang terkait dismenorea meliputi usia dibawah 20 tahun, status gizi, usia menarche, riwayat keluarga dengan dismenorea, dan merokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan status gizi dan usia menarche dengan kejadian dismenorea. Metode: Menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden dengan tehnik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data berupa data primer dari responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dan usia menarche dengan kejadian dismenorea pada remaja putri SMAN 19 Surabaya (uji chi square status gizi dengan kejadian dismenorea p value = 0,023 serta usia menarche dengan kejadian dismenorea p value = 0,047). Kesimpulan: Status gizi dan usia menarche merupakan faktor risiko yang memiliki hubungan  bermakna dengan kejadian dismenorea pada remaja putri.Abstract Introduction: Dysmenorrhea is a menstrual disorder in the form of lower abdominal pain before or right with the onset of menstruation. Menstruation is a physiological event in a woman's body and can be accompanied by several disorders, one of which is dysmenorrhoea. The incidence of dysmenorrhea for adolescents can disrupt daily activities including school. In Indonesia, the results of PIK-KRR’s study shows the incidence of dysmenorrhoea in young women was 72.89%. Factors related to dysmenorrhea including age under 20 years, nutritional status, age of menarche, family history of dysmenorrhea, and smoking. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and age of menarche with the incidence of dysmenorrhea. Method: This study used an observational analytic method with a cross sectional study design. The sample used is 100 respondents using simple random sampling method. Data is collected in the form of primary data from respondents. Data analysis used the chi square test. Result: There is a relationship between nutritional status and age of menarche with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female adolescents of SMAN 19 Surabaya (chi square test of nutritional status with incidence of dysmenorrhoea p = 0.023 and age of menarche with incidence of dysmenorrhea p = 0.047). Conclusion: Nutritional status and age of menarche are risk factors that have a significant relationship with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in female adolescents.
