This study aims to determine: (1) the socialization strategy, (2) the supporting factors of the socialization strategy, and (3) the inhibiting factors of the socialization strategy. To find out the problems that occur, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data was collected using library techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation for data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The study results indicate that: (1) The selection of a good and correct strategy in conducting socialization is the task of the Aceh Privileges and People's Welfare section. The socialization strategy plays a role in realizing the implementation of the death benefit assistance program, which in essence, the community can know and understand death compensation. after that, determine the target in the socialization, then choose the media to be used and the management of socialization. (2) This program supports several parties such as payment partners and the infrastructure used to support this activity. (3) There are obstacles in managing death compensation, namely in terms of education, economy, and social, which causes the majority of the public not to know information about death compensation assistance.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang has not been carried out optimally because the socialization carried out does not cover all BPJS Employment stakeholders and socialization media that are underutilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of public relations in the socialization of the labor social security program at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive Research. Determination of Informants in this study was carried out with Snowball Sampling Techniques. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview and Documentation, with Model Data Analysis Techniques of Miles and Huberman. The findings in this study indicate that (1) the socialization of the labor social security program is not carried out directly to workers; (2) the lack of awareness of employers registering workers in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Padang program; (3) the media for socialization of the labor social security program has not been used optimally.Keyword: Public Relations, Socialization, Employment Social Security

This endeed of  research is to describe the place of the kolintang music ensemble to accompany the singin of the flag ceremony at SMP Sw. St. Paulus Sidikalang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is flag ceremony. The research focussed on the role of Kolintang music ensemble as song chanting. The data of the final research was obtained from the observations of the flag-raising activities, interview with teachers, student adan kolintang’s players in junior high school and take a documentation. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is obtained through data triangulation, observer triangulation, theory triangulation and method triangulation. The purpose of this research is to know and descriebing  kolintang music. Example, in this research is by using numbered data such as document, archieves, interview results, observation result or also by interviewing more thn one subject that is consideret to have a different point of view.The result showed that : (1) In accompaniying singing at the flag-ceremony, students used the basic notes G, C and F. (2) the tecnic to performed kolintang    were not wheeled with a kolintang played general. (3). After carrying out their duties as chanting accompaniment in the ceremony, students who performed kolintang first practice on kolintang extracurricular activities. (4) in the process of playing kolintang, each player must have a strong feeling so that the technic kolintang is harmonious. Keywords : Descriptive Study, Ensemble, Kolintang music

ABSTRACT Port infrastructure in the transport system is a valuable asset for the national economy in order to face the globalization of free trade. Problems of provision of port infrastructure constraints in general is a factor financing. One of the government's efforts to overcome the problems in the provision of infrastructure financing is through the Public Private Partnership (PPP). This research was conducted in order to determine the opportunities and constraints of PPP implementation in the provision of port infrastructure by Master Plan Tanjung Emas Semarang. This study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques conducted on the characteristics of the PPP, the perception of government and stakeholders, as well as regulatory and institutional policies related to the implementation of the PPP. From this research it is known that in the construction and development of the port of Tanjung Emas does not currently use the PPP scheme because of the ownership status of Tanjung Emas port assets that are still in data collection, and a lack of understanding of the parties implementing the PPP. But the chances of implementing a PPP scheme is still possible in the area of ownership of assets remain below the government. Keyword: opportunities, constrains, PPP, infrastructure, port ABSTRAK Infrastruktur pelabuhan dalam sistem transportasi merupakan aset berharga bagi perekonomian nasional dalam rangka menghadapi globalisasi perdagangan bebas. Kendala permasalahan penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan pada umumnya adalah faktor pembiayaan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembiayaan dalam penyediaan infrastruktur adalah melalui program Kerjasama Pemerintah Swasta (KPS). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peluang dan kendala pelaksanaan KPS dalam penyediaan infrastruktur pelabuhan berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan terhadap karakteristik KPS, persepsi pemerintah dan stakeholder, serta peraturan dan kebijakan kelembagaan terkait pelaksanaan KPS. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa dalam pembangunan dan pengembangan pelabuhan Tanjung Emas pada saat ini tidak menggunakan skema KPS dikarenakan status kepemilikan aset pelabuhan Tanjung Emas yang masih dalam pendataan, dan kurangnya pemahaman pihak-pihak pelaksana KPS. Namun peluang penerapan skema KPS masih mungkin dilakukan pada kawasan yang status kepemilikan asetnya masih berada dibawah pemerintah.

The study was intended to analyze the casual language variations in the iloquestionnaire's speechs on the public discussion activities. This study uses sociolinguistics concepts from John R Searle’s theory to analyze the problems of casual language variations and any form of iloquestionnaire's speechs. This study is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique that used is purposive sampling method, which in taking samples is concerned with the purpose and problems of research. Data obtained by using transcription videos of “diskusi publik kedaulatan dan kebudayaan bersama cak Nun”. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of content analysis. The data analysis techniques are as follows: 1) looking back over the data already collected, 2) classifying the data according to the question of variations in casual language and iloquestionnaire's speech, 3) interpreting the data with a sociolinguistic approach and John R Searle's theory, and 4) concluding the findings. Studies showed that discussion activities use a variety of casual language with characteristic Javanese, Alegro forms, elliptic sentences, and a mixture of the foreign language code, English and Arabic, and Normative. Since the enactment of Law No.22 of 1999 concerning Regional Government, the regional government has been given the right, authority and obligation to regulate and manage regional government affairs. The Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Blitar Regency is one of the regional government agencies that has the responsibility to record revenues from the local tax sector and report it to the public as a form of transparency. Hotel tax is one type of local tax collected by the local government of Blitar Regency, this is in accordance with PERDA No.2 Year 2017. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs No.64 of 2013 on hotel tax accounting records in BAPENDA Blitar Regency. The type of research used in the study is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis and data triangulation. The results of the study show that BAPENDA in recording has used the accrual basis effectively at the beginning of 2017. However, in the recording of hotel tax receipts there are still records of accounting journals that have not been carried out by the treasurer of BAPENDA Blitar Regency

This study aims to determine the Management of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village Permata District Bener Meriah Regency and the factors that influence it to achieve these objectives used qualitative research methods by breaking down the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, document and archive observation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: First the management stages of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village include Planning and Implementation of Reporting and Accountability Administration. Management of Village Fund Management is carried out by the Government of Jungke Village, Permata District, Bener Meriah Regency, and has followed the technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. But in the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the process of reporting and accountability that is experiencing delays. For the Reporting Process of Realizing the Use of Village Funds not in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing funds for the next stage. Likewise with the Responsibility for the use of village funds so that the community cannot evaluate the results of the work of the village government and the Accountability to the Regional Government which is not carried out in a timely manner. Second: Factors that influence the management of village funds include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are community participation, facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are human resources, technical guidelines for managing village funds that change every year and communication.

Kliwonan is a cultural ritual, tradition for society Stem held every Friday Kliwon per selapanan (35 days) is housed in the square and the great mosque of Rods with an intent expression of gratitude and commemorate the services of its ancestors in the open Trunk of land and fight for Islam in the region stems. This research aims to know the historicity, the value and meaning of Kliwonan in the socio-cultural community perspective on the stem. This research used the qualitative approach, with data collected through methods of observation, interviews, documents and question form to get a response to the tradition of Kliwonan according to the public perception of the stem. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed the public response of the stem against the ritual tradition of Kliwonan is strong enough, 70% of respondents indicate an attitude very agree with kliwonan event that became the hallmark of Batang. Results of interviews with many people indicate a different response. Among the theologian Kliwonan respond that Stem merely a tradition, the myths that are circulating in the community indeed deliberately created. Among the artists thus holds the stem of bermetamorfasa already kliwonan rituals-Mystic pragmatical event transformed into economic reality means that kliwonan is a purely pragmatic interests pageant reality.

Media comic math berbasis wihiteboard animation ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran matematika. Selain itu media ini diharapkan mampu memotivasi siswa untuk belajar lebih aktif dalam rangka pengembangan media pembelajaran matematika untuk memperkuat karakter positif peserta didik dalam memahami konsep matematika dengan memanfatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Metode yang digunakan adalah uji coba produk, yang dilakukan dalam beberpa tahap, antara lain: (1) Tahap Analisis Potensi dan Masalah, (2) Tahap Pengembangan, tahap pengembangan dilakukan berupa mendesain produk media pembelajaran dan validasi desain produk. (3) Tahap Ujicoba Produk, tahap uji coba produk dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk dan efektifitas hasil belajar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket, wawancara, dan tes. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua teknik analisis data, yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahawa media comic math berbasis whiteboard animation layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika disekolah. Dan pembelajaran menggunakan media comic math berbasis whiteboard animation pada materi geometri bangun datar sangat efektif. Comic math media based on whiteboard animation in math AbstractComic math media based wihiteboard animation is expected to facilitate teachers in delivering mathematics lessons. In addition, this media is expected to motivate students to learn more actively in order to develop the media of learning mathematics to strengthen the positive character of learners in understanding the concept of mathematics by utilizing science and technology. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D). The method used is product trial, done in some stage, among others: (1) Potential Analysis Stage and Problem, (2) Development Stage, development stage done in the form of product instructional media design and product design validation. (3) Stage of Product Testing, product trial stage is performed to determine the feasibility of the product and the effectivnesse learning outcome. Data collection in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and tests. In this study used two data analysis techniques, namely qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that comic math media based on whiteboard animation is feasible for use in the process of learning mathematics in school. And learning using comic math media based on whiteboard animation on flat wake geometry material is very effective.
