The purpose in this research was to find the effect of third party funds and non-performing loans on the amount of lending to banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2018. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports, and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data processing in this study used a statistical tool, namely E-views 9. The results of this study indicate that partially third party funds have a positive and significant effect on the amount of lending and non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on the amount of credit disbursement. Simultaneously or together, third party funds and non-performing loans have a significant effect on the amount of lending.

The purpose of this study is 1. To determine the liquidity, company size, profitability and value of the company in the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2. To determine the effect of liquidity, company size, profitability and firm value on the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange both simultaneously and partially. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The object of the research is the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by documentation method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing. This analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistic Program version 21.0.The results of this research can be concluded as follows: 1. Overall average value of Current Ratio (CR) fluctuates tends to increase 2. overall the average value of size has fluctuated tends to increase. 3. overall the average value of Return on Assets (ROA) fluctuates but tends to decrease. 4. F test found that simultaneously the magnitude of Fcount> Ftable of H0 is rejected, meaning that liquidity, firm size, and profitability have no significant effect on the value of the company in the Ceramic, Porcelain and Glass Sub-Sector Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 .

This study aims to determine the effect of income tax expense and dividend policy on leverage policy at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016, This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements. The research population is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with the sample of research amounted to 32 companies so that the research observation amounted to 160. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) income tax expense has significant effect on leverage policy, (2) dividend policy has no effect on leverage policy, and (3) income tax expense and dividend policy simultaneously have significant effect on leverage policy.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of intellectual capital consisting of value added capital employed (VACA), value added human capital (VAHU) and structural capital value added (STVA) on price to book value ratio. This study uses secondary data from all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with a population of 539 companies. The method of determining the sample is simple random sampling with the determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula that gives 230 companies. Hypothesis testing in this research is done by multiple linear regression analysis technique with a significance level of 5 percent (0.05). The analysis results show that VACA and STVA have a positive effect on price to book value ratio, while VAHU has no effect on price to book value ratio. Suggested for the company, should pay attention to the management of capital employed and structural capital so that resources are used effectively and can create value added for the company.

Banking is a financial institution that has an important role in the economic system in Indonesia. Economic development cannot be separated from the banking sector and various factors that can influence it. This study aims to examine the effect of third-party funds, capital adequacy and credit risk toward bank profitability. The sample used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and not experiencing delisting during the 2013 to 2015 observation period. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that third-party funds and capital adequacy partially have a positive and significant impact on profitability. Meanwhile, credit risk partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of operational diversification and profitability on capital structure in state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data by using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all state-owned banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2008-2016 a total of 41 companies, while the sample taken met the criteria of 4 companies the number of observations for 9 years (2008-2016). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses had a positive and significant effect based on the F test and t test. This means that both simultaneous and partial operational diversification and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of third party fund, capital adequacy ratio, and loan to deposit ratio on bank’s profitability after the application of IFRS. The bank’s profitability in this study is measured using return on assets (ROA). The samples used are 22 conventional commercial banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2012 to 2013, which are selected through purposive sam-pling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the variables of third party funds (TPF), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) simultaneously have significant effect on return on assets (ROA); (2) the variable of third party fund (TPF) partially has positive but not significant effect on return on assets (ROA); (3) the variable of capital adequacy ratio (CAR) partially has positive and significant effect on return on assets (ROA); (4) the variable of loan to deposit ratio (LDR) partially has positive but not sig-nificant effect on return on assets (ROA) in conventional commercial banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (after the implementation of IFRS. The ability of the independent variables to explain the dependent variable in this study is 17.8%, while the remaining 82.2% is explained by other variables outside the models studied.

The purpose of this research is to test and prove the factors that influence the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. The variables used in this study are profitability, leverage, and liquidity as independent variables, while the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements as the dependent variable. The population in this case research is a retail trade sub-sector company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data taken is company data for the 2015-2019 period with using purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained is 7 companies. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that profitability and leverage did not affect the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, while liquidity affects the timeliness of financial statement presentation.

This study aims to determine, test and analyze Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Firm Size, Good Corporate Governance and Profitability of banking companies in Indonesia that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the quarterly financial reports of 29 banking companies for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling method that met the sample criteria desired by the researcher. The data used in this study were in the form of documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. Based on these results, what is done shows that Liquidity, Capital Adequacy, Firm Size and Good Corporate Governance affect the profitability of banking companies.
