Based on the Environmental Quality Index reported by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2017 the Environmental Quality Index rank of South Sumatra slipped to rank 20 nationally, wherein the previous year was ranked 16. Environmental performance was one of the factors in Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was carried out in the manufacturing industry analysis units, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the business sectors that is quite related to the environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of the variables Green Recruitment and Selection (GRS), Green Training (GTR), and Green Compensation (GCO) partially or jointly on the performance of the hospital environment in Palembang City. The Grand Theory which is used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Palembang, totalling 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples who became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed by multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that GRS, GTR, and GCO partially had a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Palembang City. The results also show that GRS, GTR, and GCO together also have a significant effect on environmental performance.

The main objective of this study is to determine the empirical evidence of the effect of environmental disclosure, environmental performance, company age, and company size on profitability. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the sample of companies and obtained 85 companies from a total population of 100 large companies listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange (SET) in 2018. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using analysis tool IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study prove that environmental disclosure has a significant positive effect on profitability. Environmental performance and company size have a significant negative effect on profitability. On the other hand, company age is not proven to have a significant effect on profitability. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that more extensive environmental disclosure is able to increase the achievement of profitability. However, company age is not a factor affecting profitability. Meanwhile, company size and environmental performance as measured by total assets and the existence of ISO 14001 certifications are proven to reduce the level of company profitability. This study also has several limitations, including the time period which is limited to only one time period, namely 2018. It is expected that further studies can expand the time period by more than one year. This is since using a time period of more than one year can illustrate the effect of environmental disclosure and environmental performance, company age and company size on the profitability achieved by the companies.  In addition, it is expected that the results of this study can provide input to companies to be more concerned regarding company performance activities, especially on the environment because there are still many companies that have low levels of environmental disclosure even though environmental disclosure in Thailand is still voluntary.

The company's obligation is not only to seek profit but also to do social responsibility (CSR). For companies that use natural resources in operational activities, it is appropriate to conduct CSR activities and disclose them in annual reports. This study aims to determine whether environmental performance, institutional and public share ownership, leverage, size and growth of the company affect the disclosure of CSR. Sample of the research is 25 agricultural and mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over a period of 4 years (2013-2016). While the analysis to be used are equality coefficient test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistic test. The results of this study concluded there is sufficient evidence on the variables of environmental performance and firm size affecting CSR disclosure, whereas in institutional ownership variables, public ownership, leverage, and corporate growth there is not enough evidence of these variables affecting CSR disclosure. Keyword: CSR Disclosure, Institutional Ownership, Public Ownership, Leverage, Size Firm

As a result of their activities, companies are demanded by stakeholders to perform in accordance with the concept of triple bottom line: financial aspects (profit), environment (planet), and social (people). This study aims to examine the effect of environmental costs and environmental performance on the company's financial performance. Environmental costs data are retrieved from the company's sustainability reports, environmental performance is then measured by PROPER ratings, and financial performance is proxied by return on assets (ROA). In addition, company size is employed as control variable. Through purposive sampling method, seven companies were selected in the mining industry sector in the period 2012-2016 as samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research both simultaneously and partially show that environmental costs and environmental performance have a significant influence on financial performance. It can be concluded that the greater the environmental cost and the better the environmental performance (PROPER) can increase the financial performance (return on assets) of the company. Firm size as a control variable is significantly associated with environmental costs and environmental performance. The hypothesis formulated in this study was accepted and has been supported by statistical research results.

An investigation of the factors which affect lead time in spinning mills producing carded and combed counts is reported. Data were collected from 27 mills producing 40 Ne Carded Yarn and 9 mills producing 40 Ne Combed Yarn. A number of 13 parameters which affect lead time were identified and they are FQI (Fibre Quality Index), Roving Production, CSP (Count Strength Product), Yarn Realisation, Spindle Production, Top Arm Roller Pressure (Front), Top Arm Roller Pressure (Middle), Top Arm Roller Pressure (Back), End Breaks, UKG, HOK (the number of Operative Hours required to produce 100 kg of yarn), YQI (Yarn Quality Index), Machine Utilisation. Multiple linear regression analysis have been carried out to find out the dominant parameters which affect lead time. While 71.4% of the variables account for lead time in respect of carded counts, about 78.4% of the variables have dominating influence in combed yarns.

These studies aims to examine and analyze the effect of environmental performance, fi rm size, and profi tability on environmental disclosure in mining companies, participating in PROPER Program and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2012-2015. This study is an explanatory study using quantitative approach. The sample consists of 52 respondents from 13 companies x 4 (period 2012-2015). There were 4 outlier data obtained, therefore the final sample used is 48 selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using a classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that environmental performance and fi rm size have positive effect on environmental disclosure, while profi tability has no effect on environmental disclosure. This study has limitations on the number of samples, because there are still many companies that have not participated in the PROPER program. It can be implied that this study illustrates that the companies to be more concerned about the environment. Therefore, it is recommended that further research use more research samples.

The development of Pekalongan city is rapidly due to its strategic location in the northern coast of Java and the establishment of a world heritage of Batik, so that it gives an influence on all aspects, especially social and economic. Pabean as one of the centers of the home-based batik industry in Pekalongan also played a role in the development of batik, but the existence of the tidal disaster coupled with the lack of conscious entrepreneurs in waste processing has made settlements at customs in a declining environmental quality. Regional recovery programs have been present with the aim of returning the function of settlement infrastructure and facilities in Pabean. This study seeks to examine how much influence the urban regeneration has on the quality of the residential environment in Pabean. by using multiple linear regression analysis using three independent variables which are the concept of urban regeneration, namely social relations of the community, participation of the private sector and the government in maintaining environmental quality, and the relationship between the public and private sector and the government towards the dependent variable of the quality of the settlement environment is obtained by the effect of 14, 29 percent. Keywords: urban regeneration, pekalongan, batik, Pabean
