The development of technology information and communication has a positive impact in the way of accessible information as we need. Companies should apply this information system in their activities to win the competition. One of the parts to which the system information is considered applicable is in the system of remuneration. Though the implementation of remuneration information system, it is expected to enable to handle the remuneration transaction in the way that it can run well and be done in minimal errors. This research aims at developing a remuneration information system that includes data processing of the employee’s salary and the report. The tools that are used to perform the analysis and the design is Data Flow Diagram (DFD) while the programming language used to design the system is PHP and MySQL. The result of this research is a computerized remuneration information system that can be used to conclude that the proposed system can effectively meet what the management of a company wants.

The tuition fee payment system is a mechanism for transferring funds charged to students for educational institutions to expedite the lecture process in terms of learning and teaching. Design of an SPP Payment Information System at Hasnur Polytechnic Using the Codeigniter 3 Framework was created using the programming language PHP, codeigniter framework 3 and database MySQL. This application was made in order to facilitate the financial section for managing payment data and students can find out the tuition payments they have made and will be paid. The research method uses a waterfall from the analysis stage to application testing. Then the system design is carried out using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design is interface also done at this stage. Furthermore, writing the program code is done using the PHP programming language and the codeigniter framework. Then the results of the study were tested using the method black box testing. The test results state that the program is in accordance with the described functional require.

Activities and operations personnel administration, payroll systems, purchasing systems, and inventory systems are conducted manually. Problems begin to become fairly complex on the company’s purchasing system so that a software application is required. Purchasing system is made by Data Flow Diagram (DFD) as a model of the process or system and Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) as a data model. The company needs a warehouse information system to make it easier for warehouse administrators to manage incoming and outgoing goods at PT Duta Astakona Girinda. The role of this Information System is also inseparable from the users of equipment that are able to overcome the inability of human labor. The desktop application created here is internal in nature, which can only be accessed by employees.

Nowadays technology is developing very fast, including information and communication technology. For that we need fast steps in following it. Information and communication technology has entered all aspects of life, including the business world. This is because the work assisted by information technology can minimize errors and even losses that will occur. Warna Print is a company engaged in the printing sector, which serves banner designs and banner printing and is currently facing problems in the field of ordering. The banner ordering system used in Warna Print is still done conventionally. For example, in recording orders, making order invoices to taking orders and transaction reports, they still rely on recording on notes. This of course can cause loss or damage to the order data and sales transactions. With the design of this application will be able to help expedite the transaction process on Color Print. The design of this application uses the Netbeans IDE with the Java programming language and the MySQL database program. This application has guaranteed security, because only owners and employees who have a username and password can access this application. In addition, the error rate in recording orders is very small, because each customer receives a different transaction number, so as to minimize errors on the transaction report.

Yourdon and Constantine (1979), De Marco (1979), and Gane and Sarson (1979) introduced the data flow diagram (DFD) more than a quarter of a century ago, as a systems planning tool that is particularly useful in the fields of software engineering and information systems development. But the DFD is not restricted to those fields. Empirical research projects are systems too (which consist of interconnected sources, data, collection processes, files, analysis processes, knowledge, and users), and those systems are similar to information systems. This article reports how the DFD can also be useful in planning empirical research projects. This finding should be advantageous to research planners, individual researchers, research advisors, research supervisors, or research managers. And it should be especially advantageous to research planners in information and communication technology (ICT) because they know DFDs already, so they can get the planning advantages with little or no extra learning effort. This finding was obtained from two research projects. The first was planned without the aid of a DFD and failed. It was then replanned with a DFD and redone in a second project, which succeeded.

Pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi kegiatan administratif dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kebutuhan pengguna dalam pelayanan resep rawat belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh Hospital Pharmacy Information System (HPIS), sehingga perlu dilakukan desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan menggunakan pendekatan user centered. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan melalui pendekatan user centered yaitu berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna di instalasi farmasi. Penelitian ini merupakan rancangan deskriptif yaitu analisis kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD) dan telaah dokumen. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 24 otang yang terdiri dari 9 orang apoteker, 13 orang tenaga teknis kefarmasian (TTK), dan 2 orang tenaga administrasi. Kebutuhan data dalam pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi data pasien, data obat, data admisi, data pemeriksaan fisik, data pemeriksaan klinis, data pemeriksaan laboratorium, dan data pelayanan resep yang selanjutnya dikelompokkan dalam kebutuhan data skrining resep, labeling, dan penyerahan obat. Desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan yang dibuat merupakan desain dalam bentuk data flow diagram (DFD). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perlu dibuat desain model lanjutan pelayanan resep rawat jalan yaitu entity relationship diagram (ERD), data dictionary, dan system flowchart.

Zuper futsal field rental is a business entity engaged in the field of rental services that require the existence of an information system. Information systems in a company play an important role in the progress and management of a company as well as in the zuper rental system that is to be able to support and provide satisfactory services to each customer. The system that exists in some futsal fields in general is still simple with menual management, most of the problems that are often encountered are the process of recording data and transactions requiring a long time. The possibility of errors in writing a data and the security of the document is not guaranteed, because many lost documents will make it difficult for you to do a data search or report printing. Designing an application in the form of a program that functions to process and simplify business processes that occur on the Zuper futsal field, starting from the data processing of tenants, leasing transactions, to printing reports are expected to be the best solution to solve problems that exist in a business entity to support efficiency and the effectiveness of working on a field rental

Abstrak— Dengan adanya sistem stok onderdil ini, yang diharapkan akan memudahkan untuk pencatatan stok serta pencetakan laporan. Pencatatan pemeliharaan kendaraan dilakukan oleh Divisi Procurement. Semua pencatatan suku cadang mobil Truk Kapsul dan Dump Truck biasa dicatat di Microsoft Excel oleh tim Procurement dengan baik. Cara kerja tim Procurement tersebut biasanya dilakukan dengan sharing data melalui jaringan lan pada komputer mereka. Untuk pengecekan dan bertukar data biasanya dilakukan dengan sharing data melalui jaringan lan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membuat sistem stok onderdil dengan menggunakan metode SDLC data flow diagram.Kata kunci: Perancangan Aplikasi, Java, mysql, Onderdil, Perusahaan Zetka Inc GroupAbstrak— With this spare parts stock system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for stock recording and report printing. Recording of vehicle maintenance is carried out by the Procurement Division. All records of car spare parts for Capsule Trucks and Dump Trucks are properly recorded in Microsoft Excel by the Procurement team. The way the Procurement team works is usually done by sharing data over a LAN network on their computers. Checking and exchanging data is usually done by sharing data over a LAN network.
