Effect of engagement and support organization of work the performance of employees in port of indonesia i Medan this study aims to determine the effect of job involvement and organizational support to employees performance in pt port of Indonesia i Medan. This research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia i Medan. The study population was employees PT. port i Medan Indonesia totaling 261 people. The sample in this study amounted to 73 people by using simple random sampling method. This type of research is associative research. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan, while secondary data obtained from the documentation obtained from various information owned by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that work engagement has the effect of 33.1% to the support organization at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan and 66.9% are influenced by factors other than job involvement and support organizations have an influence of 36.5%, and 63.5% are influenced by factors other than the support of the organization at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan. Partially (t test) indicates that the Employment Engagement has T_ (count (2.071)>) T_ (table (1.66), Support Organization has T_ (count (4.135)) F_table (9.447> 2.95) based on the hypothesis testing criteria H_a H_0 is accepted and rejected. Simultaneously (Test f) indicates that the involvement and support of organizations working simultaneously and significantly affects the performance of employees. Partially (t test) showed that work engagement had a positive and significant impact on employee performance and organizational support has positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi pengaruh motivasi ekstrinsik (work environment, reward, job involvement, leadership) dan motivasi intrinsik (self-expression, personal-fit, personal fullfilment) kinerja karyawan CV. Muncul Anugerah Jaya (CV. MAJ). Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan CV. MAJ yang berjumlah 31 orang, penelitian ini diuji dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ekstrinsik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Leadership style and compensation are the factors that are very important in improving employee performance in a company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the style of leadership and compensation simultaneously or partially can affect the performance of nurses at Anna Hospital. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS program. The results showed that both simultaneous and partial leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses. This shows that a good leader who is able to provide direction and motivation to subordinates to achieve the goals set by the company can affect performance improvement as well as the fair compensation provided by the company will increase the productivity of work on every employee to be able to works optimally.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.

This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population partially on the Original Income of Mimika Regency, and to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population simultaneously on the Original Income of Mimika Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from BPS Mimika Regency and Mimika District Financial and Asset Management Agency. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) GDP had a negative and insignificant effect on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency; (b) The number of residents has a positive and significant effect on the Original Income of Mimika Regency; (c) GDP and Population simultaneously have a significant impact on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. Samples of this study was sampled every part of the whole section in the PT. X Surabaya which numbered 80 from a population of 500.
