This is a correlational study designed to determine the relationship between pattern of study and creativity on students’ academic achievement in Colleges of Education in Borno State. The study set two research objectives and tested two research hypotheses. It used conceptual framework and cognitive approaches; this study is unique because Njidda (1994) investigated the relationship between study habits and performance of Diploma students in Faculty of Education University of Maiduguri while this study investigated the relationship between pattern of study and creativity on students’ academic achievement in Borno State College of Education. The target population fo r this study was 4,517 students who have registered in NCE awarding institutions in Borno State. Purposive sampling technique was used to select two Colleges of Education in Borno State, the stratified random sampling procedure was also employed to select (322) participants 186 students from 351NCE III students' from Kashim Ibrahim College of Education, Maiduguri and 136 students from 210 NCE III students from Umar Ibn Ibrahim College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama. Students’ Pattern of Study Inventory (SPSI) and Students’ Creativity Test (SCT) was used by the researchers. Pearson’s r was used to test the hypotheses raised in this study. The results indicated that there is very low and positive relationship between creativity and patterns of study among students of Colleges of Education and indicated a high and positive relationship between the two variables. Based on the results the study recommended for College of Education counsellors to give more encouragement to the students to improve their pattern of study and use of some designed study time tables to improve outcome o f their studies. There is also the need for r College counsellors to give advice to the students to sustain their effort since the results revealed high and significant relationship between students ’pattern of study and creativity.

This is a correlational study design to determine the relationship between creativity and self-concept on students' academic achievement in Colleges of Education in Borno State. The study set three research objectives and tested three research hypotheses. For the purpose of this study, two main approaches were used; cognitive approaches were applied to creativity while humanistic approaches were also applied to self-concept. The uniqueness of this study lies in the area where Xiaxia (1999) investigated gender differences in their examination of the relationship between creativity and academic achievement. While this study focuses on creativity and self-concept on students’ academic achievement, the target population for this study was 4,517 students who have registered in NCE awarding institutions in Borno State. Purposive sampling technique was used to select two Colleges of Education in Borno State, the stratified random sampling procedure was also employed to select 322 participants 186 students from 351 NCE III students’ from Kashim Ibrahim College o f Education, Maiduguri and 136 students from 210 NCE III students from Umar Ibn Ibrahim College of Education, Science and Technology, Bama. Based on the results obtained the following Counselling strategy are suggested; there is the need for counselling personnel to guide the students on how well they should improve their creativity and self-concept through enhancing the students ’ imaginative thinking and improvised their needs by the authority

It also indicated very low and significant relationship between students’ patterns of study and academic performance.  Based on the results obtained, the college counsellors should use their skills to advice students to sustain and maintain the good relationship between their exhibited patterns of study and self-concept.

This study determines the effect of internship experiential learning on students' academic achievement in utilization of model office technology in Federal Colleges of Education in south-south, Nigeria. Two specific purposes, two research questions and two hypotheses were posed to guide the study. Quasi-experimental research design with pretest, post-test, non-randomized groups was adopted. 86 N.C.E. Ill business education (OTME) students during the 2018/2019 academic session made up the population. The sample consisted of 45 and 41 N.C.E. III Business Education (OTME) students from Federal College of Education (Tech.), Asaba and 41 OTME students from Federal College of Education (Tech.), Omoku, Rivers State. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the sample for study. A rating scale questionnaire was used for determining the students' academic achievement in model office technologies utilization. The instrument was validated by three lecturers from Faculty of Education, Nnarndi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. The rating scale was subjected to reliability of stability using test-retest method to obtain r-value of 0.90. Data collected were analysed using descriptive statistics of mean scores to answer research questions one. Independent t-test was used to test null hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. All data were computed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 0.16. The findings revealed those exposed to model office technologies using internship experiential learning scored higher than those in control group. The findings also revealed that both male and female benefited from internship experiential learning activities used for teaching model office technologies. In same vein, the results revealed significant difference in the academic scores of experimental as against that of control group. Based on the findings, it was recommended among others that Business education (OTME option) lecturers should try as much as possible to adopt, design and implement internship experiential learning when handling any course that has to do with model office technologies utilization in order to assist students to acquire the needed practical skills content.

Purpose- The study investigated the indirect effect of innovative behavior on the relationship between e-banking technology characteristics and micro and small enterprises (MSE) performance through e-banking technology adoption in Kenya. Design/methodology: The study employed an explanatory research design and a multistage sampling technique to collect cross-sectional data using a self-administered questionnaire. The sample size of 455 MSEs was drawn from a target population of 5915 in Vihiga County, Kenya. Findings-The study findings showed a complementary mediation of e-banking technology adoption on the relationship between e-banking technology characteristics and MSE performance. Additionally, innovative behavior moderated the association between e-banking technology adoption and MSE performance but did not moderate the relationship between e-banking technology characteristics and e-banking technology adoption. Further, innovative behavior moderates the indirect relationship between e-banking technology characteristics and MSE performance via e-banking technology adoption. This effect was much more substantial, with a higher level of innovative behavior. Practical Implications- These findings underscored the need for policy reviews for government, county, and private sector on e-banking technology adoption and MSE performance in Kenya. Originality/value- The study's findings bring vital knowledge concerning the indirect effect of e-banking technology adoption and innovative behavior on the study variables.

This study aims to see the relationship between job placement and performance of the employees of the Navigation District office class III in Pontianak. But with the mediating variable is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a feeling of satisfaction felt by employees at work carried out as a whole or by reviewing aspects of existing conditions at work. Meanwhile, job placement is the individual's need for the suitability of the employee's abilities with the job and the suitability of individual needs and what the job can provide to employees. The population in this study were 121 employees in the Navigation District office class III Pontianak with a sample of 77 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique with data testing techniques using path analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, information is obtained that; (1) there is a direct effect of job placement (X) on performance (Z) is 0.139 or 13.9%. (2) There is an indirect effect of job placement (X) on performance (Z) job satisfaction is 0.574 or 57.4%. And (3) there is an effect of the effect of total job placement (X) on performance (Z) through job satisfaction (Y) 0.426 of 42.6%. These results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between job placement and performance in the Navigation District office class III employees with a coefficient value of r = 0.404 and a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05).keywords: job placement, job satisfaction, performance employee

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

To study the relationship of parents' attitudes towards teachers, school, and education with the academic achievement of their children, a questionnaire was given to the parents of 1021 Standard 7 pupils (369 boys and 652 girls) randomly chosen from the Standard 7/Year 9 population of 14,765 boys and 26,109 girls. Analysis of variance indicated a positive relationship between parents' attitudes and the academic achievement of their children regardless of whether the children's parents were deceased or alive.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan / pekerja lapangan bagian operator mesin pada PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, dengan kriteria karyawan / pekerja yang berjenis kelamin pria. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Subjek penelitian berusia 20 tahun sampai dengan 50 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan subjek penelitian adalah STM Mesin berjumlah 14 orang, STM Listrik berjumlah 9 orang, D1 Mesin berjumlah 3 orang, D1 Listrik berjumlah 8 orang, D3 Mesin berjumlah 4 orang dan S1 Tehnik Mesin berjumlah 2 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah Kuesioner untuk mengukur Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dan Skala untuk mengukur Stres. Sebelum digunakan instrumen-instrumen ini diujicoba terlebih dahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi Persepsi Terhadap Kebisingan dengan Stres adalah ( r = 0,482 dengan p = 0,003 (p < 0,01) ). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap kebisingan dengan stres karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam diterima. Jadi, semakin tinggi persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat stres, dan semakin rendah tingkat persepsi terhadap kebisingan, maka semakin rendah pula tingkat stres.  Kata kunci : Persepsi terhadap kebisingan, stress This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam. The subject of this study were employees / workers in the field of machine operators PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam, the criteria of employees / workers who are male. The number of subjects is 40 people. Subjects were selected using purposive random sampling technique. Subjects aged 20 years to 50 years. The subjects education level is STM Machine totaled 14 people, STM Electrical totaled 9 people, D1 Machine totaled 3 people, D1 Electrical totaled 8 people, D3 Machine totaled 4 people and S1 Techniques Machine totaled 2 people. Instruments used in data collection are questionnaires to measure Perception of noise and Scale to measure stress. Prior to use these instruments are tested first. The results showed that the correlation coefficient Perceptions of noise with the Stress is ( r = 0.482 with p = 0.003 (p <0.01) ). This suggests that there is a positive relationship between perceptions of noise with the stress of employees PT. PLN (Persero) PLTU Sektor Asam Asam be accepted. Thus, the higher the perception of noise, the higher the stress level, and the lower the perceived level of noise, then the lower the stress level. Key words : The perception of noise, stress

This study aims to analyze the green CSR  of innovation performance  with firms approval variables  and public visibility   can support moderating the relationship of green CSR  and innovation. The research sample was 33 manufacturing companies. The results showed that the  green CSR has a positive and significant effect on innovation . Also, the company approval variable has been proven to moderate the direction of a positive relationship between green CSR and innovation . The results also prove that public visibility is proven to moderate the direction of the negative relationship between green CSR and performance. This study provide information that shows great concern for the environment; it will increase the company in making changes through innovation activities. Also, the higher the company's approval and public visibility, the company will get support from various stakeholders to run the firms. The level of company concern for CSR activities will be a misjudgment for investors.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan: budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan komitmen; komunikasi dengan komitmen, komitmen dengan kinerja guru; budaya sekolah dengan kinerja melalui komitmen; komunikasi dengan kinerja guru melalui komitmen. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 250 orang guru di 100 Sekolah yang dipilih secara stratified proporsional random sampling dari populasi sebesar 2.276 orang guru yang tersebar di 274 SD Negeri di Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriftip dan analisi jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja, budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komunikasi memiliki hubungan dengan komitmen, komitmen memiliki hubungan dengan kinerja guru, komitmen merupakan perantara hubugan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan komunikasi dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: budaya sekolah, komunikasi, komitmen, kinerja THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL CULTURE, COMMUNICATION, AND COMMITMENT AND THE STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE Abstract: This study was aimed to describe the relationship between: school culture and tea- chers’ performance; communication and teachers’ commitment; school culture and commitment; communication and commitment; commitment and teachers’ performance; school culture and performance through commitment; communication and teachers’ performance through commitment. The sample consisting of 250 teachers from 100 schools was selected using the stratified proportional random sampling technique from a population of 2,276 teachers teaching in 274 state elementary schools in Banjarmasin Municipality. The data were collected using an instrument which had been validated and which was reliable. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis and the path analysis. The findings showed that there was relationship between: school culture and teachers’ performance, communication and performance, school culture and commitment, communication and commitment, commitment and teachers’ performance. Commitment became an intervening variable between school culture and teachers’ performance and between communication and teachers’ performance.
