This article presents results of the investigation that was applied to 17 companies in the city of León Guanajuato that requested support to establish the Safety and Hygiene plan in their organizations, its purpose is to identify the causes of poor management of the safety and hygiene program and attention to the regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). To carry out the investigation, information was collected through checklists in accordance with the STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOM), analysis tools were applied to identify the problem and a table was prepared to explain the causes. The result of the investigation revealed the main causes of the deficient management of the safety and hygiene program and compliance with the STPS regulations.

This account of poverty and deviance during recent times in the city of Antwerp compares situations of the 1930's with present times. Undoubtedly social security prevented, since the end of the war, that many people feit into poverty.  Still in the presence of massive unemployment, public relieve organisations, such as the 0.C.M.W. (Municipal Centre for Health Care and Social Welfare) are more and more confronted with what is called precarity.About 25% of the Antwerp population is estimated to be living in a precair situation. After glancing on the near future and warningfor a number of social challenges, the article insists very much on preventional politics and coordinated total development projects in the depressed areas.

Resumo Normas relacionadas à gestão de Resíduos de Construção Civil (RCC) estão vigentes no Brasil há mais de uma década. O intuito dessa gestão é amenizar os impactos ambientais decorrentes do gerenciamento indevido desses resíduos. O objetivo do presente trabalho é investigar a conformidade técnica e legal de sistemas de gerenciamento de resíduos de construção civil no município de Curitiba. Para tal, elaborou-se uma lista de verificação baseada nas normas em vigor e em alguns modelos de certificações ambientais, como: LEED, AQUA, CASBEE, BREAM e HQE. 24 obras de edifícios residenciais e comerciais foram  visitadas — com ou sem certificação ambiental. Essa lista de verificação foi aplicada nas construções, para realizar um diagnóstico do setor. Apesar da gestão de resíduos ser obrigatória e restritiva à obtenção dos certificados de conclusão de obra, os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que há problemas na segregação, acondicionamento e transporte dos resíduos. Entretanto, a falta de conscientização e a aparente conformidade documental não se traduz em efetivo gerenciamento dos RCC. Palavras-chave: Resíduos de construção e demolição. Gestão de resíduos. Resíduos sólidos. Auditorias ambientais. Abstract Standards related to the management of Construction Waste (CW) have been in force in Brazil for more than a decade. The goal of this management is to alleviate the environmental impacts resulting from the poor management of these wastes. The objective of this work is to investigate the technical and legal compliance of construction waste management systems in the city of Curitiba. To this end, a checklist was drawn up based on current standards and on some models of environmental certifications, such as: LEED, AQUA, CASBEE, BREAM and HQE. 24 works of residential and commercial buildings were visited — with or without environmental certification.  A checklist was applied, in these buildings, to promote a diagnosis of the sector. Although waste management is mandatory and restrictive to obtain building completion certificates, the research results showed that there are problems in the segregation, packaging and transport of waste. Tramp panhandler (Gelandangan Pengemis, called: Gepeng) is a social phenomenon that is a problem for every region in Indonesia. Gepeng is a promising job for some communities. Gepeng in Serang itself varies, from which can still suffice the need to be said to be sufficient and not including the poor households (RTM), to the poor who really belong to poor households (RTM). This article aims to analyze the background of the emergence of sprawl in Serang city. This paper uses the research method of the library study, discussing the sprawl in the city of Serang to provide the correct problem solving the mitigation in the city of Serang in an effort to realize social welfare. From the results of the study obtained data that the cause factor of the person chose to be a sprawl; Physical disabilities, age, education, economics, environment and religion.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer as contribuições do pedagogo nos Centros de Referência e Assistência Social (CRAS), na cidade de Imperatriz-MA. Com abordagem qualitativa, a coleta de dados foi realizada em um período correspondente a um mês; desse total de tempo, uma parte foi dedicada à observação da rotina das atividades realizadas no CRAS e a outra às entrevistas com os pedagogos que atuam nas unidades, para saber como trabalham e quais são as contribuições desses profissionais para os CRAS. Com base na observação e na análise dos dados, foi possível perceber que os pedagogos participam da equipe técnica, que é responsável pelo acompanhamento das famílias cadastradas no CRAS, de palestras, do atendimento dos grupos e do Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos, além de realizar o planejamento das atividades e dos projetos que serão executados pela unidade, com os outros profissionais que compõem a equipe do CRAS.Palavras-chave: Pedagogos; Assistência Social; Direitos; Planejamento.OTHER SPACES, NEW KNOWLEDGE: the pedagogue of operations in Reference Center and Social Assistance – CRAS at Imperatriz-MAABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the teacher's contributions in the Reference Centers and Social Assistance in the city of Imperatriz-MA. With a qualitative approach to data collection was carried out in a period of one month of the total time two weeks were devoted to observing the routine of activities at CRAS and the other two weeks to interviews with teachers working in units to find out how they work and what are the contributions of these professionals to the CRAS. Based on observation and analysis of the data, it was observed that the teachers participating in the technical team that is responsible for monitoring the families enrolled in CRAS, lectures, attendance groups and Living Services and Strengthening Linkages, and carry out the planning of activities and projects to be executed by the unit along with the other professionals who make up the CRAS team. An analysis of the provision and accessibility of urban green infrastructure was carried out and combined with the spatial exposure of social-welfare recipients to noise, air pollution and weather extremes in the city of Bottrop, Germany. We found out that social-welfare recipients tend to live in areas where the exposure to multiple environmental burdens is higher compared to other statistical districts in the city. Ultimately, there is a real impact of our conceived indicators, since they were integrated into an obligatory ‘sustainability check’, which was adopted by the city assembly of Bottrop in June 2020.

<p>This research aims (1) to analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the degree of autonomy the area in County Government and city of Maluku Province, (2) Analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the absorption of labor on County Government and city of Maluku province (3) Analyze and test the influence of economic growth on the welfare of society at the County Government and the city of Maluku province (4) Analyze and test the influence of degree of autonomous region of absorption of labor on County Government and city of Maluku province, (5) Analyze and test the influence of the degree of autonomy the area of social welfare in the Government District and the city of Maluku province (6) Analyze and test the influence of absorption of labor against the welfare of the community on County Government and City Maluku province. The approach used is the analysis of Path Analysis, intended to answer a relationship direct or indirect causal model has been developed on the basis of theoretical consideration of researchers and certain knowledge. In addition to the causal relationship is based on the data, also based on knowledge, the formulation of hypotheses and logical analysis, so that it can be called path analysis can be used to test a set of causal hypotheses as well as to interpret these relationships.</p><p>The results showed (1) economic growth positively and significantly influence the degree of autonomy of the region. These results lend support to the hypothesis of one stating that economic growth was a significant influence on the degree of autonomy of the region. (2) The influential economic growth positively and significantly to labor absorption. These results lend support to the hypothesis of two stating that the influential economic growth dramatically to labor absorption. (3) Economic growth positively and significantly influences the well-being of the community. These results provide support for the three hypotheses which state that the economic growth affects significantly to the well-being of society. (4) The degree of autonomy the positive and significant effect of absorption of labor. (5) The degree of autonomy to the region in a positive and significant effect on the welfare of society. (6) The positive impact of labor absorption and significantly to the well-being of society. (7) The results of the discussion to confirm that economic growth affectsconsiderably to the well-being of the community through the degree of autonomy of the regions and the absorption of labor. Significant influence occurs because the existence of a direct relationship with the role of the community.</p>

Elderly was someone who was at the age of 60 years and older with conditions of reduced function of the health, social and economic.The condition was often the elderly had problems in terms of neglected or abandoned by families and communities. Overcoming the problems of the elderly in neglected or abandoned, the government has been providing social welfare institution of Tresna Werdha Sinta Rangkang for the elderly. Social welfare institution was a residence for the elderly who did not had a place to stay with the purpose of empowering the neglected elderly and abandoned. However, such observations can be in social welfare institution have a policy that only receives elderly healthy and independent. In fact, that should be more in need were elderly who were not in these circumstances in order to be empowered in this social institution.Then, with the issue of this study discusses the role of government to the elderly at social welfare institution of tresna Werdha Sinta rangkang in the city of Palangkaraya. The formulation of the problem, namely: (1) What is the role of government on the economy of the elderly in the city of Palangkaraya. (2) How is the role of government to the elderly in Social Welfare Institution Tresna Werdha Sinta rangkang.This study, a field research using qualitative descriptive approach.The object of this study is the role of government in the city of Palangka Raya and the research subject is the section head elderly Provincial and head of the Social Welfare Institution of Tresna Werdha Sinta Rangkang in the city of Palangkaraya. Methods of data collection by observation, interview and documentation. This results indicate that the function of government on the economy of the elderly in the city of Palangka Raya with the function of community empowerment through productive economic business assistance program. The assistance was in addition to venture capital for income elderly. Then the role of the government to social welfare institution Tresna Werdha Sinta Rangkang with service function society through meeting the needs of the elderly both in compliance with food and clothing and health care. It was the role of government to the elderly was maximal however, further enhanced by not limiting the client acceptance process

This chapter outlines the developments against which one can understand the emergence of Soviet city-building—painting a picture of successive formations of government from Petrine absolutism to Soviet total planning. In the Soviet period, the city emerges precisely as that space in which large-scale readjustments of the population's distribution and way of life can be governmentally managed. The chapter then traces the articulation and subsequent redeployment of two critical instruments of government—budgets and infrastructures. Initially developed in the state-building and modernizing projects of the Russian absolutist state, these instruments were turned—first in the late tsarist period, then in the Soviet period—to various subsequent tasks of development and social welfare, and embedded in the mechanisms of Soviet planning. Their present significance lies, in part, in the fact that they were identified as critical targets of neoliberal reform after Soviet breakup, and will thus be crucial for assessing the postsocialist fate of Soviet social modernity.
