The research determines the factors and dimensions that influence the productivity and competitiveness of medium-large companies in the forestry-furniture and automotive sector of the Municipality of Durango, in turn allowing these factors and dimensions to be transferred to a validated instrument. Technology support streamlines the analysis of the information that companies provide to determine the level of productivity and competitiveness. Know the status of companies with their various internal indicators, it shows the need to deploy an empirical study that involves variables and factors, which in turn allows to be Analyzed the results to establish clear and objective strategies all through a Web application. The validity of the instrument content with the V-Aiken methodology with value of .845 and the reliability of the Cronbach's alpha instrument α = .912 allows the instrument to be applied to obtain the Productivity Level 4.4 and the Competitiveness Level 3.8 in one scale of 0 to 5.

Automatic functional tests are a long-standing issue in software development projects, and they are still carried out manually. The Selenium testing framework has gained popularity as an active community and standard environment for automated assessment of web applications. As a result, the trend setting of web services is evolving on a daily basis, and there is a need to improve automatic testing. The study involves to make the system to understand the experiences of previous test cases and apply new cases to predict the status of test case using Tanh activated Clustering and Classification model (TACC). The primary goal is to improve the model's clustering and classification output. The outcomes show that the TACC model has increased performance and demonstrated that automated testing results can be predicted, which is cost effective and reduces manual effort to a greater extent.

Abstract The goal of this contribution is to deepen our knowledge of French cleft sentences through the study of a special category of clefts called adverbial clefts. The issues that we will address concern their form, discourse frequency and boundaries with resembling structures. In order to shed light on these issues, we start by defining the concept of adverbial from a morphosyntactic and functional point of view. We then present a corpus-based description of the categories of adverbials that can be cleaved. Finally, we propose a general semantic principle capable of describing and explaining, in a coherent and unitary way, both the data obtained in our empirical study and found in the form of constructed examples in the existing literature. In addition to explaining why certain adverbials can be cleaved while others cannot, this principle also allows for a distinction to be made between two syntactic realizations of the structure ‘c’est Adv que p’, as well as for a solution to the controversial issue of the status of domain adverbials.

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, has just completed the Run 2 era, colliding protons at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV at high instantaneous luminosity. The Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) is a general-purpose particle detector experiment at the LHC. The CMS electromagnetic calorimeter (ECAL) has been designed to achieve excellent energy and position resolution for electrons and photons. A multi-machine distributed software configures the on-detector and off-detector electronic boards composing the ECAL data acquisition (DAQ) system and follows the life cycle of the acquisition process. Since the beginning of Run 2 in 2015, many improvements to the ECAL DAQ have been implemented to reduce and mitigate occasional errors in the front-end electronics and not only. Efforts at the software level have been made to introduce automatic recovery in case of errors. Automatic actions has made even more important the online monitoring of the DAQ boards status. For this purpose a new web application, EcalView, has been developed. It runs on a light Node.js JavaScript server framework. It is composed of several routines that cyclically collect the status of the electronics. It display the information when web requests are launched by client side graphical interfaces. For each board, detailed information can be loaded and presented in specific pages if requested by the expert. Server side routines store information regarding electronics errors in a SQLite database in order to perform offline analysis about the long term status of the boards.

This paper designs and develops a real-time charger management system which keeps collecting the status information from chargers and converts control messages from the total operation center to a command predefined for charger control. RF cards complete the service chain from electric vehicles to the operation center, making the information flow bidirectional. The extended coverage of the operation control over the charging infrastructure allows an easy payment for the charging fee, based on the membership management and personalized services. A web application is implemented on the digital map of the target city for users to retrieve necessary information from the system and find the best service and chargers. The massive amount of real-time charger monitoring data is being accumulated in the database, and big data analysis will allow us to make intelligent plans for future smart grid city services.

As of 7 March 2013, the possibility of combining juvenile detention and a suspended juvenile sentence as regulated in § 16a JGG was added to the system of sanctions under juvenile criminal law. Based on the central arguments in favour and against the so-called “Warnschussarrest”, the author analyses the regulation of § 16a JGG on a normative and empirical level. Specifically, the legal requirements in § 16a JGG and its compatibility with the sanction regime of the JGG are discussed. The focus is on a broad-based empirical study of the implementation in Bavaria, which examines the status quo of § 16a JGG by means of a detailed case analysis, a survey conducted with Bavarian juvenile court judges and interviews with experts in the relevant juvenile detention centres. It also considers the question of recidivism after such a conviction. The author concludes the work with a proposal on how § 16a JGG can be improved.
